The only problem I have with this plan is the object.

'Fraid it has to be something physical.

The way i see it a good set of partners covers for each others weakness. Our character is a pretty straight forward guy so in order to cover for where we are weak at we should get someone that is good at being sneaky. Besides i really like the contrast between the two, it is sure to make for some interesting interactions.

Also I'm surprised female partners are an option. That's the domain of the protagonist after all. I was expecting for us to have to wait until like season 2 before we could get one of our own.

What better way to show how much cooler you are at the start of the anime than by letting you have cool female Partners?

Plus, the Harem stuff isn't a focus so this stuff is open to you.
 
Question if we picked gauntlets and close to bind them with a pair if gloves could we get the gauntlets to possess them and transform between the two?

If you mean could you move the spirits possessing them around, not currently.

Maybe later when they've hit their evolution. Right now they're stuck to the guantlets.

I meant like physically possess. Like we are just wearing the gloves constantly and then when an enemy shows up we are like TRANSFORM and the gloves morph into the gauntlets. This way we are constantly battle ready.

Only if the female partner is romantically involved with them.

You can have mixed gender partners without being romantically engaged, a Valkyrie for instance, is more likely to be have like a battle brother than a girlfriend(unless seduced by the protagonist).

Just for a note, this plan means we are boosting 2 of our tagged skills and 1 of them already boosted by our class skill, all at the cost of we only being good at diplomacy that we tagged when comes to speech.

By the way @LinkOnScepter , is bound object reinforced by the contract or not? I'm worried if we ever need to fight "normally" without the gauntlet manifesting and accidentally destroyed the gloves. If it is not I'm thinking a pair of armband instead, still (almost)on fist but safe-ish from normal damage.

Well Lil Bro is probably "not in the know" about magic and we are the mentor figure to give exposition and slowly introduce him to the supernatural world and help him get a harem. We are probably gonna die once MC learns the basics tho.
