[] Plan Brotherhood
-[] Train a stat Willpower X 2
-[] Spend time with a Neophyte Tyris X 2
-[] Meet another Neophyte ( Tall boy and Sharp-eyed boy)
I am meeting both boys which is 2 differnet actions. We have six actions I only see five here
My plan is because I feel that we should always spend half of our actions training, the spar and the mediation and explore the monastery can open up bonuses that could increase training or lead to other events. The other two actions are because we should reach out to more then one person in the squad and we should look into each advanced position one at a time starting with the Chaplain as we chose a highly religious empire focused chapter.

[X] Observe a specialist Astartes
-[X] Which kind? (Chaplain)
Wait, how do Assault marines manage to have higher WS than Tacticals, when you have to complete a term as an assault marine before you can become a tactical marine?Assault Marines have around 5-6 WS, While Tactical have 5-6 BS. Assault has 5 BS and Tactical 5 WS.
It's because a Space Marine is not expected to specialise. Or, rather, they're expected to specialise in everything.Wait, how do Assault marines manage to have higher WS than Tacticals, when you have to complete a term as an assault marine before you can become a tactical marine?
The typical space marine promotion pathway is scout->devastator->assault->tactical.
Though I guess if anyone were going to go for a training program that's rational enough to not waste carefully honed skill in heavy weapons operation on using a sword or firing a standard sized weapon, or to waste skill honed in swords/massive claws/POWER FIST on using a standard sized gun and a knife, but instead trains its marines as ranged specialists, melee specialists, and generalists from the beginning based on their talents demonstrated as a scout, it'd be a chapter with a rational method of identifying psykers during their early recruitment process.

Don't think of a Marine serving as a Devastator being a heavy weapons operator, but rather their first step on their progression as Space Marines where they stay relatively far back from the frontlines. Similarly for Assault Marines, they're being used as a quick reaction force, shock attack force and potentially reconnaissance, to hone their instincts and master their nerves during the hectic moments of close combat.
A Tactical Marine is not merely in the line of battle, he is the Only line of battle. If the Tactical Marine fails the Assault Marine gets overwhelmed and the Devastator Marine gets overrun. They are expected to do anything and everything, from serving fire support to leading the charge to flanking the enemy to sabotaging their advance to killing the commander to holding the line.
I have no idea. From the units we've seen so far they're far more specialised, with no singular 'Ramirez Do Everything' sort of unit with versatility in crunch or fluff, so its likely that Guiliman designed Primaris doctrine to resemble Legion doctrine more than Chapter doctrine. But theoretically nothing really stops any Chapter from utilising their Primaris Marines in the same traditional way.So out of curiosity, how is it supposed to work for Primaris in general, do they gain expierence in a similair system?
