The blooming sensor is Ino, methinks. Her father, I believe, maintained the sensor sphere in the Alliance HQ, during the Fourth Great War. Either that, or it was someone looking suspiciously like him. Whoever it was, he managed to sustain contact with the sphere even after he felt thousands of people die when Madara started farting meteors. And then he got blown up by a random Tailed Beast Bomb. She likely inherited the talent.
The Half-Soul... I say it's either Kiba or Sakura, depending on whether the whole Inner Sakura thing is anything more than a cheap gag in this story/quest.

Shinobi Theory and History should probably be left for now - they're ideal to study at the academy while the non-prodigies learn the basics. Sealing on the other hand should be done now, before we lose the best teacher in the village.

Piece of advice. You don't want to study Ninja Theory or History? Drop Grandma, select some Fourth thing from Training. May I suggest Hand Seals?

The cold ruthless gains getter inside of me is kind of happy the Massacre is coming to nuke a large portion of my plan off the map. The gains getter is also utterly pissed cuz most of those people are our tutors and we're going to lose them all!!!!

You misunderstand - if we're going to be stuck at a desk for large portions of the year we should make sure we have a productive way to use that time, i.e. bookwork. The other kids will learn their times tables and kunai trajectories as we learn the advanced stuff, and we'll even have teachers on hand we can ask questions. Sealing is an exception due to not wanting to waste our insanely good tutor.

And that has to do with our Grandmother why? She's our Ninja Theory and History tutor. To not take them while also socializing her is a waste.
Also, I heavily argue for grabbing the Academy Three NOW. Our Dad seems to be our Tutor for that and if we have ANY desire for early graduation after the Massacre, which I really want for a certain reason, we need them now.

It was more of an argument for not taking History and Theory, but I suppose that makes sense. I'll drop Grandma for the Academy Three or Handseals when I get to a desktop (because it seems like higher Handseals Ranks should make the Academy 3 easier to learn anyway?)

An argument for History and Theory, more for History than Theory really, is that the less theory stuff we have to actively take later, the easier it'll be to graduate early. With Theory I'm willing to bet we're either already there or just near close.

I don't plan to vote for a training plan; our training is further ahead then I was expecting as it is.
On the other hand, Rin Tohsaka doesn't really do people. Training elemental attacks and being ahead of everyone in the magical fields feels like the Rin Tohsaka way.
Also, how old are we? How old is Sasuke?
Anyway, this is the most Rin Tohsaka training plan I could come up with, as in, it's the closest to what I think the girl would actually do:

@AoMythology how are you going to handle plan votes across two boards? I can't think of a way to make it work.
