Question - what kind of spell is it that has Base Damage, Base Resilience, no Health and no Magic Modifier, and EXACTLY ONE Ability? Boost-Self? Or is there anything else?
This is me failing. Fixed.
Just so you know though, all unknown Spells on all sheets are marked as "Base Damage/Magic Modifier", even if there is something else written there. The actual caption only shows up once the Spell is known/seen.
@Naron, is the following mostly correct?
Damage: 183k on Moon (with Overwhelm), ~25k x2 on Sun (with RSU), is 233k unified damage, or 466k synchronized damage.
Intercept: Due to Moon being involved in the Intercept, Guardian lacks benefits of Godlike Strength, and Intercepts our synchronized attack with damage ~50-60k, and loses.
Post-Intercept: Due to both Sun and Moon having Superior Discipline, it comes along for the ride and gives us ~600k post-Intercept damage, well above what Guardian has.
I have not calculated damage beforehand and will not do so.
Yes to losing Godlike Strength and taking the synchronized attack, no comment to the rest.
No comment to the post-Intercept.

Pity, that. Though I do prefer if we're given small details about the spell's nature like giving its actual numerical functions, or lack thereof.
For example, a spell with no damage and no magic modifier is a wonderful hint about it being an esoteric effect.

No problems about damage calculation. After all, it depends at least on the ability levels and damage rolls.
It's good that my expected result of ability interaction, numbers aside, is correct-ish.
Awww. Well, at least if we do it without Superior Discipline we're still hitting her for (presumably) 400k-ish, and Moon's next attack can finish her.

-[X] Scorching Sunlight 10 -> 14 (460 XP)
-[X] Flight (Sun) 4 -> 5 (40 XP)
[X] Plan: Solar Power
-[X] Moon throws her Moonlight Scepter at Benign Guardian to make her use up First to the Fray. (try to not trigger Brave Souls)
-[X] Sun casts Scorching Sunlight at Benign Guardian using Radiant Shine Unbroken to double it's power after First to the Fray has been used up.
-[X] Moon casts Scorching Sunlight at Benign Rogue once Benign Guardian has been taken out. If Benign Guardian has not been taken out by the aforementioned Scorching Sunlight try to finish Sun's job instead of casting at Benign Rogue.
-[X] Try to stay away from the Kunais Benign Rogue is sticking into the walls and roofs.
This plan might avoid going into melee with the Big Twins and has a chance to take them out from afar.
I expect a holyshitwtf modifier on Benign Guardian's intercept attempt on Scorching Sunlight, because a sudden x16 increase in damage is not something you expect.

@LightLan, if you're using Scorching Sunlight (in hopes of taking out the Benign Twins), are you expecting it to not kill them immediately? @Naron, does LightLan's plan work from a standpoint of Primordial Twins managing to save Benign Twins if the latter get taken out by Scorching Sunlight?

For the sake of keeping plans easily readable, will Pris keep in mind stuff we've talked about a lot in thread (like be wary of the kunai Rogue has stuck in the ground, in case she's got something like tripwires between them or is setting up a spellcasting array) even if they aren't explicitly mentioned in the plan as "watch out for this"?

-[X] Once Sun and Moon are in melee range, they commence a synchronized attack on Guardian. If it lands true, Sun rises to achieve height advantage on Rogue.
-[X] If Guardian is still active, knock her out by Moon in melee.
-[X] Once Guardian is knocked out, change your attention to Rogue. If she's rushing at you or is already in melee, Intercept her attacks with Moon and break through her guard.

The impromptu standoff ends as fast as it started; you separate to the left and right while lifting Moon's scepter; Eva below raises her Katana in response, though there is a confused pause in her reaction once you pull back your arms and throw. All the force in your muscles makes the weapon fly fast, gravity making it become faster on the way down before it crashes into her parade. Sun is already taking aim in the meantime.

It manages to push aside her haphazardly held blade, but the one arm holding up her top snakes out to smash your scepter aside before it can impact with her chest; you were not meaning to deal damage on that one, anyway.
"Scorching Sunlight!!"
Your voice comes loud and clear, making it apparent what you were doing. Rico's head turns for a moment and you can see both twins become slack-jawed at the titanic beam rushing out of Sun's scepter; a cascade of bright sunlight bigger than either of your bodies banishes all shadows from the city for but an instant as it rushes to meet Benign Guardian, whose blade is too slow to catch it.
But something is wrong.
(Scorching Sunlight: +327680 Base Damage, +131072 Ordnance, +165 dice, x2 Radiant Shine Unbroken = 917,834 Total Damage
You watch in horror how a shimmer of magic grasps for the powerful torrent and... snuffs it out. Just like that, with nothing happening. Eva's eyes are wide in shock and she moves her hand before you can finish casting Moon's spell, the second scepter returning to your hand in an instant.
"Guarded Zone!"
"Scorching Sunlight!"
Another, not as powerful beam rushes out yet does not make it before a strong shine begins to coalesce around Rogue and Guardian, the former now completely turned your way and the latter finally having let go of her ruined top. Malevolent sunlight crashes into her defensive field, punching through only to get caught by her Katana. Before it collapses, you can see the actinic glimmer of her field's walls reach even into actual walls surrounding her; it is the same kind of shine you saw around the place of your first confrontation earlier.

Even with all her defenses, your suddenly powerful attack goes through and pushes her back into the skyscraper behind her; only a trail of scorched concrete is left while the building begins to shake. Eva smashes out of it a moment later with but a few scratches, though, which is is when Rico all but dances over to her side. You refuse to get closer because of whatever those Kunai might do, so you can only watch and listen.
"Hey sis, I can see your boob!"
"Don't say it, I knooow..."
"Nah, it's fine. Here, have a Protective Talisman. Now you're decent again."
"...you're horrible..."
Out of nowhere she pulls a strip of paper with some weird signs on it, then gently attaches it over Eva's exposed breast. You can tell easily from your own thoughts how embarassing that must feel, her beet red cheeks and ears only confirming the fact.
Then Rico's head turns back to where you are hovering in the air, easily a hundred metres above and away. A dozen Kunai appear in her hands as she turns around and throws, one after the other before waiting a moment and throwing more. You faintly wonder why her Shuriken remains unused, but push the thought aside to take care of the weapons flying directly your way. Something is going to happen with how she threw some that could never hit you with their trajectories, but they are too fast for you to get Sun out of whatever it is.
A moment before you manage to intercept the first Kunai though, Rogue appears out of nowhere with one foot placed on its center. Her grin is more grim now, which is all you see before-

-her fastest weapon sears into you again. Wounds you did not even realise had healed are ripped open once more and the force of her strike throws you back. Sun's attack is pushed aside by a flurry of Kunais smashing into her scepter, one of which comes for her instead. You can not do anything even though you are nearby, despite all your new speed. It is too fast for even you to react to.

Mistress of the Tide: Moon takes the damage instead
While your other half is pushed around as well and another deep gash opens on Moon as you relocate the damages, you realise what is going on. The flurry of Kunais has become small platforms, allowing Rico to dance through the air with uninterrupted grace and precision. You rush her to use the opening her attack left, but...
(Moonlight Scepter: +28544 Base Damage, +14272 Superior Discipline, +764 dice = 53,580 Total Damage
Target is not there)
She vanishes into thin air a moment before your weapon connects, reappearing on another Kunai's tip right behind you.
That is when you notice the boulder flying right at your side.
(Boulder: No Base Damage, +20000 Thrown with Godlike Strength, -2500 Gravity Disagrees, no dice = 17500 Total Damage
It will not go through Veil of the Lunar Goddess anyway, let me spare you this)
You ignore it, the large piece of concrete shattering against your protective magic as if it had run straight into an iron wall. Eva below does not look any happier, but continues to throw boulders which you ignore. The only thing they do is giving Rico more platforms, but she is busy enough dodging... and you do notice she only ever appears above her Kunai.
She evades another two strikes, but you planned for this; Sun's latest hit makes her appear again in a place you can reach, so you rush in again. She has to get tired sooner or later. Not right now, though; a flurry of hand-long blades diverts your angle and Rico bends her back around it before throwing one more at you and vanishing.

You only barely manage to lean your head out of the way and take the hit with Moon's shoulder instead. Blood trickles down from the various open wounds you ignore, though the wet and squishy feeling is weird when it starts creeping under your armour. Your magic thankfully closes that up quickly.
Rico is on the ground again, all those weapons she threw are past you and she seems to shake out her arms and legs for a moment. Eva is right by her side... but Rico quickly darts out of the way once you look back down. That is perfect for your new plan; Moon charges ahead while Sun aims and stays still, letting the magic build up. It is much harder to hold back magic now, but you manage. Eva casts before you can, but your spell follows right behind with Moon already close. "Guarded Zone!" "Scorching Sunlight!" "Hyaa!"
You figured that, while it did not stop your magic before, Eva's magic completely nullified a much stronger attack later. Which means that if you can get the right strength to be just below whatever threshold there is, it will go through.
And you are right. It works even better than expected because Eva does not try to do anything, hoping for her magic to snuff out your light again; she does not have that luck this time but instead of being thrown away, it spears right through her side and leaves a hole the size of your head before melting the concrete behind her.
The field suddenly gets quiet; you slow down as fast as you can and drop your scepter to catch the older Eva before she can actually fall. Her clothes are still there and her eyes still hold light, so she is not dead. You try not to look at the large void where her abdomen used to be, only noting the smell of burnt flesh yet again. Barely any blood, though.
Your other pair of eyes takes note of Rico closing in again, but Sun's "Wait!" gives her pause. She looks up at you, down at you, and lowers both arms to her sides before walking closer. Yet you can clearly see that her cheeks are wet with tears over what was inevitable.
Eva in your arms squirms a little bit, but ultimately lies still. Her lips quiver, trying to form words that never come... while you concentrate. Your magic does this, did this just before. There is a chance. Slowly, gently, Primordial Moon's veil retracts and loses its shine in all but her right hand, which you push onto your older self's lips to shush her. "Shh, it will be alright. Sleep now, we will meet again soon."
Her eyelids flutter for a moment and those very same eyes reflect the tenderness found in yours. Then they fall shut as you begin to intone. "Become-"
You can feel it, the magic surging from your very being through Moon and into this one hand. Magic flickers within the girl you hold, trying its hardest to hold onto life even though her body is already giving up. "-Whole-"
Rico watches curiously and you place Sun next to her, taking her hand to give at least a bit of comfort. The force she squeezes back with almost breaks your hand.
Then Eva's breathing stops, her heart fails and her outfit begins to dissolve. The moment you were waiting for. "-AGAIN!"
The last word is a shout out against fate, a scream louder than any you ever produced before. Magic explodes from your single hand and rushes into the dead body, finding resistance before flowing around and pulling.
Everything becomes quiet, even the very concept of sound seems to stop existing for but an instant.
And then the resistance gives, allowing you to pull the girl in your arms back to life. Her torn outfit vanishes entirely and leaves her nude, but this makes it even easier to see how every tiny bit of charred flesh becomes pristine and rosy once more, what was gone instantly growing back. Evangeline Vescovi The Older opens her eyes with a start and sits up straight in your hold, which you allow. Her own twin stands frozen, with a myriad of emotions running over her face.
"...what... happened? I just..."
"You died."
Her eyes meet your own as she becomes aware of her surroundings once more. You gently squeeze her suddenly frail body while explaining: "My magic... just did this. I brought you back. I don't know if it helps with your whole condition, but I want to try. I got you back, now it's Rico's turn. And once I repeated this with her, we are going out of here and become a family. Are we clear?"
She nods mutely, silent tears streaming down her face while her arms slowly snake around your waist and pull you into the strongest hug she can muster untransformed.
(Evangeline Vescovi revived
Primordial Moon's spellcasting is blocked for 7 days)
You stand by for a minute or two, watching the newly revived girl cry out her happiness. At some point Rico stops squeezing Sun's hand and gives you a determined look, slightly ruined by the still present tears. "Thank you. This means the world to us, I'm so incredibly happy right now... but I still want to see this through to the end. Fight me, defeat me. Okay?"
You nod solemnly, to which she smiles and gives you a shaky thumbs up. "Good. Eva! Get out of here, go look after the others!"
The other twin perks up in response and turns to look Sun's way, then at Moon holding her, before nodding. "Okay... good luck. W-Wait, why am I...!"
Only to realise she is stark naked, which makes her quickly push Moon aside and wrap her arms around herself. "Kind flowers grow even in hell. I am Magical Girl Benign Guardian!"
And then her outfit is back, pristine and the girl herself happier than you have seen her so far. She quickly runs off with a last wave, the Katana sheathed and out of the fight. Both of them furiously rub their faces dry, as do you; now is not the time for tears.
Still, that leaves only one.
Rico snickers at the both of you before leaping back a bit. "Guess it's time for the neat stuff. Let the steel sing."
Where Moon's shine dimmed after using so much magic, you can visibly see power course through Benign Rogue's entire being now. Her smirk grows an order of magnitude and lithe arms grab Kunais out of empty air.
This is it.

Just to be sure, "opposing damage-negation" does not include things like the Defensive String or Intercept, but does include things like the no sell threshold of Veil of the Lunar Goddess, correct?
Now, about Rico.
Her shtick right now is up to 32 teleports-per-turn (assuming movement tokens aren't action-activated), or up to 12 teleports-per-turn if they are. Either way, more than we have APT.
Our three methods are this:
1) Catch her with an Overwhelm - rather impossible because she can negate/attack at once. Well, maybe if we're fighting purely defensively.
2) Catch her with a Scorching Sunlight - rather impossible because she can teleport with her Silver Diamonds
3) Catch her with a Supernova - assumes that we can bring enough damage on her with the spell, and she sticks at the AOE.
