Well, using the examples.
Blood Ape. A giant, boisterous ape that lives to fight and kill. Hates cats, and so will clash will Madoka on many levels.
Time-Strung Harpist. A beautiful woman that plays Time like an instrument. Generally calm and collected, they never stop playing.
Deer That Hunts Men. A ropy mass of flesh shaped vaguely like a deer, it entices humans to chase it to exhaust them, then turns the hunt around and eats them.
Beauteous Wasp. A large, impossible beautiful insect that lives to be ridden. Even tempered, responds well to praise.
Stomach Bottle Bug. A locust/grasshopper looking thing, about the size of a cat. They swim through flesh like water, and make excellent surgeons. They clear away impurities, and other demons do their best to keep them away from taverns, because they adore alcohol. Excitable, and rather friendly (if childish).
