A Little Nonsense and Hand in Glove are pretty appealing to me with A Little Nonsense being rated higher then Hand in Glove due to ridding ourselves of a negative trait.

[] A string of paired-off wilderness survival exercises, where each partner must extend trust to the other

I'm always a sucker for more shenanigans

I'm fairly certain Lean on Me is the best. It's a massive reduction in variance and a very significant improvement on average. The virtual elimination of critfails is a huge benefit. It doesn't scale quite as well if dice count gets extremely high, but we're a long ways off from having enough dice for that to be true and scaling dice count makes the extra reliability even more valuable.

I agree with taking Lean on Me as the dice it changes are the ones that matter the most, the ones that are failing to reach the DC or progress needed for the action

I, too, agree that Lean on Me is probably the best; but alas, I am compelled to choose based on which option is funniest.

Korhal is not a difficult planet to get lost on: no matter where you are, one grey and broken wasteland looks pretty much the same as any other. I think we ought to choose wilderness survival, and give our subordinates the chance to get lost on the far side of the planet together.

[X] A marathon of mixed-team competitive problem-solving exercises emphasizing cooperation and unorthodox thought

The most steady, reliable bonus provided, in my opinion.

So I think I'm going to go with that option but I am also interested in the second one too.

Narratively, a chance to foster good balance between professionalism and actual potential friendship i think. Plus the effect is appealing.

Remember, whoever picks up the most rads has to do a remedial lesson on nuclear safety!

I like the narrative of this one very buddy cop action.
