Would have liked 35% or even 25%. Budget but that is not how the votes are going. Revitalization might be doable but I hope it would be fine if a field falls a bit short of the deadline.

Honestly, the military cutting into the budget of the security services is probably a net good for everyone. I'd go Reclamation, but I don't know if we'd actually be able to handle that much, and Mengsk isn't one to be kind to failure.
