Some of your Trees can move a bit. Not quickly, and most of them can't move very much, but still. You're a ways off from replicating the Last March of the Ents, but something like Old Man Willow is feasible. (Both Lord of the Rings references; the second is missing from the movies and thus relatively obscure.)
Until we can recreate horror tropes with Entangling Vines or Roots or at least move like that Harry Potter's tree, I got nothing for now. Maybe creating natural traps? Eh.
But that's what you've just been doing, with Dangerous Terrain! It just required a bit of squirrel help along the way...
Nah, like strong vines that can be triggered like Venus trap, or toxins booby traps, or bent branch that whip things if triggered, or weirder things like hollow trees that create weird voices from the wind.

Since you're just starting, you have to pick Mind tree, Heart tree, or Root tree. Mind tree is the best of those three at research.
It's definitely something to put on the to do list, but it feels premature at this time.
