I fail to see how Plan: Kill Jar-Jar accomplishes anything at this point. If he's still an incompetent idiot by the time Canon Episode 2 comes, maybe, eat the Dark Side points and figure it out from there..

*paranoid ranting voice* He's deviously incompetent, and thus the truest threat of all!!!

We're 9(?). If he's not a Sith Lord we just ganked a guy for no real reason. If he is a Sith Lord, the machinations of a 9yr old aren't going to do anything to him.

9 year olds are below his consideration, meaning that this is the easiest we'll have it. Thus, we must strike upwards now!!

A Jedi uses the Force for knowledge and defense, never to attack. Why would we chose to kill Jar Jar now when one of our long term ambition is to become a Jedi? In-character it doesn't make a good reason because Anakin spent next to zero time with Jar Jar. More than that if we manage to see an opening and take it and Qui-Gon or Obi-Wan suspect us, they won't bring us along with them to the Temple. They'll believe there's too much darkness inside us.

Killing Jar-Jar is just too gamey/meta anyway. And the GM could just find another character to introduce legislation for the Clone Army.

Don't forget that Palpatine has backup plans within backup plans.

Let's not plan for that to happen until we get to the clone wars or something since jar jar is a good person

Ummmmm, you do realize that Jar-Jar was the one who gave Palpatine ALL the power, right? Also if he is some kind of Super Sith or Force Savant, then killing him will be incredibly difficult. Do or do not, there is no try.

Well here is my vote. I like the stat improvement over questionable force skills. I also hope everyone knows there is a very good chance that the Balance of the Force quest line implies that Anakin has to get the Blade of Mortis from the Ones, then team up with an opposite side force user, get into the Maw prison, and then kill Abeloth. The Ones and the Blade of Mortis are both Cannon and Legends......so yeah. It will probably be a long, long quest line, but let us not take it lightly.

<paranoid> Jar Jar is a foul demon, for why else would this rule's laws of physics defy him so? </paranoid>
Mostly while I recognize the pragmatism of a double of leaving + going to padme's planet, it's just a tad bit boring. <3

Well if we don't join the Jedi, Naboo will be a good place to hang out? Maul will most likely be killed and Palpatine will come visit.

Step 1: Locate Palpatine and put ourselves in his path
Step 2: ???
Step 3: UNLIMITED POWER!!!

I am thinking ahead to how the meeting at the Jedi Temple will go if/when they refuse Anakin. Since we chose the Balance Dream, there is a chance he could black mail them with visions of the future? Or if we really want to mess up the plot ask Qui-Gon if he is willing to leave the order to train us. If there was ever a shatterpoint that meeting is definitely going to be one. I always did find it odd how they brought a small child to a war zone. I mean the Jedi should have offered him a place at a boarding school or something, not just said 'nope'.

Tally.
