If you vote for "surrender but refuse to join" it will count as a surrender vote, not splitting the vote! So don't worry about it!

so, for example, if I get 3 surrender, 1 surrender+don't join and 3 don't surrender, then surrender wins (with her not doing the "don't join" bit since it was not the most surrender vote, does that make sense?

Slow burn lets people appreciate more subtle nuances and gives more room to examine characters, relationship, etc. and can lend to a more realistic progression than something that only takes 5k words to go from "pure" to "corrupted". Of course, it depends on one's definition of "slow burn", sometimes it's 50k words to complete other times it's 100k words before the characters even talk to each other. :V

Mate this is a Genestealer quest, I don't know what you expected. The quest was already filled with tons of dubcon too so IDK why you're suddenly drawing the line here. Not to mention there's no indication she'd be subjected to that? The vote is just if she surrenders.

EDIT: Actually I just saw your profile subtitle, it's fucking hilarious you call yourself an "edgy quest lurker" and balk at dub/noncon.

Yeah, it's a bit baffling to come to that argument, now, when this is literally the only character who gets a choice in the matter.

(In so much that you have a choice when you're sheltering from acid rain. There's well, implications there.)
