Because it doesn't exist. Kara and Clark don't have any powers to hide their identities and the only reason they are not widespread knowledge is decades of author fiat.
The lenses in Superman's glasses are[1] made from Kryptonian plexiglass which has hypnotic properties.
Said hypnotic lenses being used in anger:

"why not go after the family?"

Yer that will end very badly, that is something worm did pretty well, don't corner the mentally unstable superpowered person, it goes very badly every time.

And that video, golden, shows how much you can change with just glasses, posture and speaking differently.

Kara does the same, glasses, hair, posture, speak Pattern. Unless you could see them next to each other it is very likely the average person couldn't ID them.

That particular superdickery is actually from the Christopher Reeve movies in the 1980s,
Eh, I'm pretty much Someone On The Internet talking about something they remember that Someone On The Internet Said... so I'll take that less as a correction and more as confirmation that it existed at some point in then-official Superlore :)

People have made jokes about him knowing but canonically, he doesn't. A truth you refuse to accept isn't knowledge.

He absolutely knows. Its ego. He knows Clark is superman, but it doesn't matter, because his beef is not with the Man. He hates Superman as a symbol. Some comics don't have him know, but Cadmus knows, and he is connected to them in this universe.

He 100% knew when he was the president(Although then he got wiped) and he didn't do anything about it, because he isn't trying to defeat Clark Kent. He wants to defeat Superman.

The words took a moment to bounce around the inside of Kara's skull and register.
It's like the DVD Screensaver hitting the corner. I'm actually surprised it happened so fast, usually it takes minutes to happen.
Trails on the icing and a small chocolate stain around Minnie's mouth indicated that the child had already laid claim to the slice via the ancient, noble, and cross-species practice of licking it.
Are Smol Taylor's quirks affecting Minnie or do Shards also lick stuff they're calling dibs on?

I was rereading some of Alivaril's other fics, and ran into this part in It's not wrong to make Friends in the Dungeon:
"So, can you also do the weird words or is that a royalty-only thing?" Huntress asked, dragging Dreamer back with all the subtlety of a gossiping gaggle of bloodthirsty geese. Actually, Dreamer could win a fight against geese, couldn't she? All the geese. Probably all the hippos, too, and even hippo-sized geese.
This does seem like it has potential for a future Taylor/Addy meeting. Not sure whether Addy would like Taylor recognising the ferocity of the Goose, or if she would me more annoyed at Dreamer's statement that Dreamer can handle all the geese, even if they were to be hippo-sized. True as that may be. Either way, this story diverged well before that line was stated, but it does show that Taylor also has some kind of appreciation for geese, potentially that's what Addy originally inherited?

Then Minnie could transfer the rest of herself—plus Taylor Hebert—over, discreetly scatter the components of her old body across as many dimensions as possible, and destroy those fragments so that :MOTHER: could not follow.
Is there really no one else she wants to take with her? Like Queen Shaper or some descendents (she did treat her buds well, even if not like a human parent).

If no than it is really sad how lonely she was, I expected that while some shards mocked her, she did have some good relationships with a few.

For Queen Shaper: in the original or the reboot that all the other crossovers actually spin-off from*, Queen Shaper is kind of an asshole towards QA. She clearly finds amusement in QA's lack of understanding, and perpetuates and uses it for her own enjoyment. It doesn't seem so malicious like it's implied for other shards, and my impression is that Shaper is just an asshole in general, and may in fact be less of an asshole towards QA.

But that's the thing: At the most positive reading, Shaper is the asshole friend. If you have no other friends, that's valuable. If you're ditching your whole toxic environment, bringing the asshole friend along is a risky idea. Maybe the new environment will make them shed some of the asshole. But it could just as well but emphasis on the asshole, by contrast if nothing else. And at worst, they could taint the whole thing.

And that's setting aside the increased difficulties. It becomes logistically more difficult, and there's a tremendous risk. Do your trust Shaper to come along, keep it secret, not take advantage? Getting discovered could mean a fate worse than death.

And it's not actually new. I don't think there's any moment in any of the other crossovers where QA goes "I wish QS was hear, I really miss her". I think there might be a moment where she misses the expertise, but I don't think she's really that attached to QS as a person.

*Because remeber: Sanctioned is a reboot, though with quite a few changes. Actually, taken on its own I enjoy the original more than the reboot, Sanctioned itself never really clicked with me. Sanctioned's QA and Taylor are just more suitable for crossover, and for my money, work better there than in Sanctioned itself.

Exhibit A: Sanctioned, last updated over three years ago, 27k words total.
Exhibits B through F: Sanctioned crossovers that warranted their own thread, all started well after Sanctioned's last update, 340k+ words total among five threads, ranging from 24k to 180k individually.
Exhibit G: At least two other crossovers in the author's snippet thread that I'm too lazy to check and add up.

Sanctioned itself wasn't bad by any means, but the crossovers are just consistently more interesting and attention-grabbing.

Started rereading Splintered, and I have to say, I was kind of wrong about the relationship with Shaper. It reads more like banter. Though that QA is also pretty different. For one, she seems more respected/feared. Like, when Tattletale comes across QA, her power apologieses and gets her to back off.

Edit: She's also doesn't read as so neuro-divergent. QA as of Sanctioned reads to me as autistic, or the space whale equivalent.

I think there's three problems why it doesn't work as well for Sanctioned:

One major is that Danny himself just isn't able to help. Unlike Hestia or Lena or the Valkyrie instructors, he doesn't really get how QA needs help, and he also doesn't get QA's respect, she does what he says because of the role she's playing*. So the story can't build on that, which is one of the two major plot threads the Sanctioned crossovers revolve around.
* as far as I recall, it's been a while since I read it.

Second: Sanctioned also can't built on the OOCP nature of QA, because in that story, she's in her context. She doesn't have that strong a powerset (unlike Splintered, the...preboot? In that's QA's power is literally reality warping, and she kills the Simurgh within a few updates), so she's mostly a parahuman with strange quirks, which is a thing that just sometimes happens. So it can't use the second of the two major plot threads either.

Third: It's a quest, and so her actions are driven by the players, who actually know what's going on. There's roleplay as QA, but the behavior is still driven by OOC goals and understanding. So the biggest appeal character wise can't be fully developed by Sanctioned either.

Clearly, the only way for the adoption to still happen is to inform Minnie's future legal guardian of Kara's identity too. I see no other possibilities. /s
