Something to make us a little less homesick (even if that something is talking about how good Pokemon taste). My first pick would be Riding Club (riding Pokemon is cool and we did it a bunch at home) but I'd be happy with any of the four.

Also, poor Espurr. Less hatred towards humanity and more... absolute apathy for the world around them.

I think Cooking club for maximum Mad Science plot synergy (cause Arwen is probably there), Programming club for Penny, or Battling club for sweet, sweet Skill EXP. Though Literature club so that is also funny.

Who do you think the ??? is for Literature Club?
I'm assuming it's only one club per person, which means it can't be Penny (Computing) or Arven (Cooking) or any of Team Star and Class VII.

for clubs, I think i'm gonna probably go literature and approval vote battling cause I like our funny gay dialogue. I think we should terrorize Erika by making a ship name between Marianna and Erika and be extremely innocent and not realizing what we did to them, I do kinda wanna meet astrid again i love her ADHD brain

Honestly now that you bring it up, Tio's got my vote. The basics of Tio and Renne's background are mostly the same, it's how they dealt with it after, and with Espurr's... lack of drive and such does fit Tio's better. Especially since, like you mentioned-

Really, can't go wrong with either cat themed little girl who was experimented on by awful people.

For Tio, Espurr's current mindset leans closer to Tio's post-rescue depression than to Renne's post-rescue throwing herself into Enforcer training and Gordias testing.

But Renne does fit the ridiculous power and self-scarring better. So again, close fight.
