Round 5 Part II - Council Conflict Resolution
We find ourselves with a minor conundrum. Namely, that we have distinctly conflicting actions and events.
First, we have the matter of farming that is questionably in conflict with Quest Lab progress.
Second, we have the matter of the Naysayers.
At present, that their intents have been discerned is arguably debatable and their 'strikes' can be argued either as being reactive or as go ahead to start getting hostile with the Naysayers.
In order to solve these conflicts, we will now have a COUNCIL-ONLY BONUS ROUND!
For this round, voting will only be open to players who are members of the Council (or new players who sign up as members of the council). They will make two simple majority votes that will be open for roughly Two to Three Days in order to determine how to resolve this conflict.
Riot players are welcome and encouraged to lobby the Council to make a decision a certain way or otherwise make a case for a certain decision, but rioters will not have a vote for these decisions.

Choose carefully! The simple majority result of these votes will have implications for the rest of the actions of Round 5 (and quite possibly the quest as a whole)!

I am a part of the naysayers, and I have not done anything negative or untoward. So, peace is preferable between both groups.

As a Rioter, I cannot vote, but I definitely would have voted Maybe if I was here at the beginning, so I must ask the council to do nothing just like real world governments err on the side of caution and not declare war unlike real world governments.

You think you can seduce me with promises of power, but I know that I am not and will never be a Naysayer!

Deep inside myself I always keep the truth of my mentor close to my heart, who told me that the only way to truly defend ourselves against our enemies is a proud and strong NAY. Her memory is always with me when I go out to strike against the nefarious Naysayers, denying their advances and forcing them to stop doing stuff.

Au Contraire, A Naysayer isn't defined by their wants or desires for the prosperity of the quest.
It is one who says, no. No to the quest was the unanimous no, but saying no to the change in policy you naysay that change, and thus are a naysayer.
For everyone is a naysayer and everyone should welcome that truth in their heart. For to not be one is to accept the unreasonable, and that is a far worse fate. I'd rather say nay to test my freedoms, than say yes, and settle in my chains of slavery.
Through saying nay we are given freedom to seek our own way, to seek what lays beyond the intended path, and when needed to say nay to the temptations that promise sweet rewards for greater rewards beyond.
To say nay is to say nay to tyranny, to say ay to the ideal paths we seek. Be it the end of this quest, or the rewards within it. Even saying nay to the end of this quest is being a Naysayer, so stand tall and proud for to be a naysayer is to be a rebel and to gain glorious freedom, in our paths in life, here and elsewhere.
