Right, fixed. I was thinking it was just 2 AP. As for your other questions:

There is one more normal turn. Then Urgent Times. (Which I will post probably at about the same time!)
 
Right. I'm sorry to add this less than a day before voting ends, but there's actually a good chance Xiaomei will hit L10 *during Urgent Times* depending on your choices. (Which.. well, we'll see, right? :D)

we havent finished researching godless worlds,so this should be our best bet. dont know if the force counts as a god, i know nothing about babylon,And we are not ready for marvel. any marvel. there are like 500+ people randomly going around who could kill her by looking at them. and most of them are easy to convince to kill someone,and even easier to bribe.

I think both settings can work as a second world, albeit in different ways.

So as a note:
Marvel is easier than Babylon 5, because Xiaomei gets to keep her not-cultivator powers. Babylon 5 she's .. not going to have anything but her ability to wield a gun, diplomance, and solve problems.

(And, of course, the Vorlons and Shadows will be very interested in her, which is .. not great..)

That said, Babylon 5 is also a sci-fi setting. I omitted Cyberpunk, because it's always a possibility. (it's the "roll failed major failure" transmigration roll. Star Trek is the roll failed, minor failure. Critical Failure just results in a -10 loss to everything. Critical Success is +5 to everything.)

All of them are doable at her level. While I do believe you can get yourself into a no-win situation, rolls like this are always never like this.

(As a tangential note, I almost put up Elenium but.. as much as it's a guilty pleasure, the authors are rather yikes!)
 
if star wars isnt a godless world i would be interested. a lot of slaves to free, a lot of soulsearching to do,and hopefully some diplomancy. oh also swords

Organisation: the magi working for phoenix city.
Change : the forgotten forgetful. many of the magi now helping phoenix city have been taught by a very old quite forgetful magi. they left to help and left him a letter. he just read it. she scried their location, saw that their defenses are very weak, and decides to teleport in and deploy his own defences wich he uses to protect him on expeditions.
she is ...very powerful. Their name is Micca. He was once known as the strongest battlemage of her generation.

can we do this? how many fp to do this?

(so,made some edits to the he she they stuff. i think the best way for me to write someone with nonbinary gender is to just write a person, and then fill in the gendered parts. i dont know if thats sexist or anything. its how i started writing women. anyway,the idea is they got into a huge chaotic mess in a battle,making them forgetful, because of their magical power, when they think they remember stuff about themself they change according to it. they remember their gender,haircolour, species,clothing and if they are currently flying, many times a day. every time different. very good teacher though. they always remember that part. )

That.. would work badly. May I make a recommendation?

I would make the School of Micca, which rotates every year. This year intrigued by the city,etc etc

The idea is not to directly state this would help but make something that logically must. More FP makes the organization larger and therefore more able to cast spells
 
yeah,lets do that,just wanted a random archmage with weird magic to show up, but i guess the school is better. its just,we need to change the history of something,and you didnt give a list. up to this point i wasnt aware there was a magic school in the setting and we cant just create the organisation that part we already did. it makes it difficult to use this option,which is sad,cause its my favourite one.

Organisation: some magic school i didnt know about
change: the school of micca has a very eccentric headmaster. the others go along with whatever she says, because she taught most of the teachers and is very powerful. She has shown an interest in the stuff happening in phoenix city and has decided to teleport the campus diectly adjacent to the city use 5 fp for this

There was none. The point is - don't directly state it's for x, build something that will do x.

It's like playing Chess - you build something that will do something for you a few moves down the road.

So having a rotating magic school is something I created out of thin air, and your option would. It's more about creating something that now always existed and had a legacy.

i dont understend. we had an option to create an organisation. we did that. now we dont have that option. the option we have says to change the history of an already existing organisation. i thought this was a deliberate choice to nake us think more about the setting,and wherr we can tweak it to our advantage. if we can just insert whole new organisations without makkng them a subdevision of an existing one? thats great. makes this easier.

I'll clarify but yes. I prefer existing tbh, but Keria doesn't have a setting bible so as long as it's plausible I'll allow it.
 
How the Change a History option works
So:

First, the Organization. A good rule of thumb is that if it's something they could do but don't due to internal politics, it's somewhat cheap.
e.g the Jedi Order running Outer Rim clinics and schools and using it to create a railroad and recruit? Cheap.

The Jedi Order having a hidden order of assassins? *Very Difficult*

Using extant organizations in unique ways will get better results, but if you come up with an organization that should exist that's fine too.

Second, the circumstances. Is it internally consistent without a lot of rewriting? Cheaper.

Thirdly, how obvious the goal is. The thing is, changing the fate of an organization shouldn't directly state what your goal is, but it should lead it to the goal. A lot of this is worldbuilding, because I might want to work out the ripple effects. (For example, that last one is uh.. well. I think the Hutts and Republic would be more upset. Which might mean the main temple has moved, etc.)
