Reasons to decline/lines of thought to consider.

1. I am on vacation. Will this interfere with my duties as an attendant of the Velvet Room when I return?
2. What are the terms? The standard contract of the velvet room is simply that the wildcard agrees to take responsibility for their own actions.
3. I nearly came to conflict with Tomoe Mami earlier over grief seeds. She was under the impression I was a Magical Girl. My current magical capabilities enable me to interact with her with no fear of grief seed disputes, and part of the point of this vacation I'm on is to interact with humans.
 
Here's another thought for potential votecrafting.

Well, humanity is obviously not the first civilization to have Incubator meddling throughout its history, but I'm pretty sure human MG's give more energy to them for some reason?

Also, QB has never done soul manipulation at Lavenza's level before, so there's a small chance he could screw it up if he rushes things.

@Ophysium Humanty is one of the races who gives to the incubators more energy than most of the others, but it isn't the.

Tempted to try to get QB to spill the beans, but with Mami right there that would probably be a really bad idea.

With that much potential, a good wish could probably "solve" PMMM.

Contracting now or tomorrow is not really an option, however, even if I am personally not really opposed to it if someone presents a wish sufficiently clever to break the Incubator system and not leave us forever scrambling for a limited resource present only in a single dimension.

At the very bottom on acceptable, say, Sabrina's/Systema wish of grief control. That said, with Madoka's level of potential we prolly can do better.

Goes without saying that we need instory justifications and information for all that.
