Screaming at the top of your lungs is an essential part of Persona summoning, obviously.

Now that Lavenza is aware that Kyubey probing was actually he trying telepathic talk to Lavenza, there no reason for her to continue ignore his attempt at having a talk with her telepathy.

Technically, yes? In practice, not really. Lavenza's Grimoire was specifically made for her by Igor, and she's trained with it all her life. It takes an obscene amount of power to summon a Persona into the real world, let alone maintain it. So, if you encounter someone powerful enough they could siphon magic into an Arcana Card and maybe summon the Persona for a seconds before it collapses.

Can Lavenza forge Persona card for others to use? Like Igor in Persona 1, 2 and Persona Q? Design those persona card to be usable by a normal mortal could use them?

You'd need to go to the Velvet Room to fuse Personas. And why would you want to do that, anyway? The Compendium has records of every single Persona in existence; Lavenza can easily draw a Persona card from it.

Artificially induced Persona-users are always bad news, I'd be careful with any experiments you decide to make.

Does Lavenza have a limit on how long she would be able to real-space summon then? Or is it a 'limit' of like 3 months at a time? And do more powerful attacks (i.e. Hassou Tobi) take more energy?
 
Personae should just be considered unusable in the real world. Unless we intend to take Mami and Kyuubey on a jaunt through the Sea of Souls, we should consider personae to be our own unique ability.

Really we should be concentrating on relaxing and having fun. This is vacation after all. No giant authoritarian demiurges rising up to take power, no ancient goddesses of death shrouding the world in lies and misinformation, no avatars of pure destruction and night descending to the world to drive all mankind into suicide, no giant alien empires ripping out souls for inscrutable purposes. We should relax. Chill. Watch some TV. Cook with Mami. Avoid Brockton Bay. Relaxing, vacation things.

Edit: You know what would be fun? Nature tours in the Yuyuyu universe. Ophysium, watch Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru. I need Lavenza-Itsuki Imoutou fluff, please. And it'd be relaxing, and new; nothing bad ever happens on Shikoku!

I second the Ouija board! That and giving the thing a possible in-road for a mind-whammy is definitely not a good idea.
