The issue being that the Excellency gives your stealth efforts a distinctly short timer. The non excellency stealth charms are much better at it

You don't tie a friendly to a chair for interrogation. It won't hold a ninja, who can use substitution anyway.
And it antagonizes friendlies. For a hostile, they'd be using seals.
I will admit that I was worried Tenten had been abducted by ROOT, when she got grabbed by faceless people who refused to ID themselves.
I mean, Konoha already knew Sound were involved with Orochimaru's plans as of when Team 7 gave their report about their encounter in the Forest of Death. And Kabuto's involvement was not hidden ever since he slaughtered his way into Sasuke's room in the hospital.
Now they can suspect that Sand are working with them; not confirmed, since stealth/transformation is a thing in this universe, and Tenten didn't even see them fighting. Furthermore, they know Orochimaru and his agents love to wear other people's faces; both Orochimaru and Kabuto have done it.
And Oro's a known Wind user as well.
This rather easily could be a false flag incident to get Konoha to break it's only standing alliance.
They still don't suspect about Danzo/ROOT's probable involvement either.
Fixing Lee requires Medicine 3(12 XP), Flawless Diagnosis Technique(5XP) and Wholeness-Restoring Meditation(5XP).
Throw in a 1st or 2nd Medicine Excellency to be sure(5XP).
It would be hilarious to have Naruto and Jiraiya go off to find Tsunade to fix Kakashi and Lee, and get back only to find that we fixed them both.
Even better if we do it by talking to them in Gai-platitudes.

Post-Invasion, when Kakashi has his Itachi encounter, we can find a Medicine Tutor for a discount.

Besides, HNE only helps those who want to be helped; anyone else can resist for 0 WP.
The appropriate charm for Sasuke's situation is You Can Be More with the E4 upgrade, which when successful basically kicks him in the Motivation and changes that to something else. Presence Excellency + Irresistible Salesman Spirit + You Can Be More and you can flip him if he falls to Orochimaru.
Fair ways off, though.
Alternatively you could simply dive into the Medicine tree, pick up Body-Purifying
I am going to note that if we pick up Medicine charms and it becomes known?
Tenten is going to become very valuable to some very dangerous people.
Danzo . Orochimaru if he gets crippled by Sarutobi. Kimimaro, who is slowly dying. Itachi. Pain.
And unlike Tsunade, our PC does not have the reputation to scare off S-classers.

That is incredibly awesome. A bit overspecialized but incredibly awesome.
Unfortunately, she doesn't favor Medicine.
And to be fair, that is likelier to be either a Solar!Hinata or Solar!Sakura thing.
Dawn or Zenith Sakura, Solar Hero Stylist favoring Martial Arts and Medicine would have been an unholy terror.
And Solar anything Hinata would simply have been broken.
Tenten is more likely to go Linguistics/Fuinjutsu Excellency + Whirling Brush Method assuming she knows an appropriate seal, or can stunt one up with sufficient sux.
Or at E4, Magic-Shattering Strike.
Throw in Spirit-Cutting Attack to strike at the Orochimaru fragment in the seal itself.
Any rules for stunting up a seal mid-combat, or is that just as dramatically appropriate?

Unfortunately, it's canon that Tenten sucks at medicine. One of the reasons she eventually stopped trying to mold herself into Tsunade 2.0. Along with not having super-strength and getting banned from every gambling house and bar in Konoha for being underage.Unfortunately, she doesn't favor Medicine.
Dramatically appropriate, but I reserve the right to veto it if It falls too far outside what Tenten would conceivably think of/know how to make.

The Sound Four, say, are reliant on that supermode to punch above their weight.
Kimimaro, whose Curse Seal enhances his super mode.
Kakuzu, who installed a kinjutsu in his body along with multiple hearts.
Deidara, who installed a kinjutsu in his hands.
Danzo, who installed eyes in his arms. Orochimaru, who is Mr Body Modifications R Us.
Or Kabutomaru after he starts infusing Orochimaru juice.
Even Tobi is basically running around with a graft comprising half his body.
Basically, there are a bunch of mid-to-high end ninja who could really benefit from housecalls by Dr Tenten, MD.
It does depend on what the GM rules can be classified as Poison effects, though.

I would argue that the whole point of hitting someone with Tsukiyomi is to inflict a mental derangement. Just because he's adopted that into his motivation doesn't mean Itachi didn't do some serious damage to his psyche.
Given the specific form, I'd argue he had some serious trust issues from that. A phobia or delusion(not alll of these are obvious hallucinations, they can be a simple belief that all trust would be betrayed for instance) regarding close relationships.
...much to everyone's alarm, it means she needs to take more leaves from Naruto's playbook.
Speaking of which, Naruto is surprisingly stealthy considering he managed to sneak up to and vandalize a public monument while wearing a bright orange jumpsuit.

She never stopped trying to follow her goal of becoming a legendary ninja. She just stopped trying to do so by literally being Tsunade.Entirely appropriate for the apprentice of an advocate of hard work
And also despite how she acts, Tenten really does buy into Gai's talk about Hard Work. Almost as much as Lee does. Literally the only time we see her really cry in the entire series is when, after Temari stomped her and Tsunade says she can't heal Lee, it looks like neither her or Lee is ever going to accomplish their dreams and Gai tells her hard work may not be enough. (BTW, if this was an Infernal Quest, that's when it would have started).

We see Kakashi as well post-Tsuki , and he had nothing of the sort.
Sauce's issues are partially inflicted by Itachi, yes, but they aren't on the level of what Exalted would term a Derangement.

I assume that situation had people simply leave him and go looking for who had authority to call the Uzumaki boy to heel.
But yes, Naruto can skulk with the best of them.
Do remember that it is canon that he pulled off an ambush of Sasuke, tied him up and then impersonated him before going to talk to Sakura.

Tenten would need to buy her Medicine from 0 to 3(12XP) and then buy three or four non-favored charms(2nd Medicine Excellency, Flawless Diagnosis Technique and Wholeness Restoring Meditation) to get it done.
Contagion Curing Touch would also help if she intends to do such in the field.
That's 27-32XP all told; a fuckton of XP not being spent on upgrading our killiness.
Depends on what her Motivations are after visiting with/talking to Lee; an appropriate questline might open up.

Actually that's a really good point; if we get a chance to change Tenten's motivation to Heal Lee, I think we should take it. We'll need to buy a shitload of non-favored dots and Charms to make it happen, but that just makes it a more worthy Motivation, with Tenten applying hard work to overcome her lack of talent and heal her comrade.
Also, get that sweet sweet Essence 4 for completing a Motivation.
