Sakura's design is both good looking AND functional. I'll take it.
Tenten's design is theoretically functional, but it's a horrible abomination so...

Remember nice clothes can give (small) bonuses to our (terrible) social rolls!

The first outfit Tenten tried to make a horrifying abomination of pastel colors and clashing clothing choices. However the one that's actually being voted on is the result of her going back to her own style and hammering that. Which in fact gives the best bonus to her social rolls because she high-rolled like a motherfucker (not by much, since it's a 6 dice success vs. a 5 dice success for Sakura but still).

The pink dress picture is correct.
However, I used these two pictures for reference on the other two (just without the flak vests and ANBU gear):

That's what Tenten ended up wearing in Naruto: The Last. So yes.

What can I say? I like Grays and stepping out of your comfort zone every once in a while can be interesting too. Tenten learning some fashion is also a plus!

Though I really want to buy both. I wouldn't be too discouraged if either wins really!

Yes. Next thing you know she will see jiraiyas hair needle jutsu and get inspired to weaponize her hair so that she is never unarmed. For when shes used up all of her scrolls, and the hundreds of kunai, shuriken, and ninja wire are used up first of course. Then theres all the essence use up conjuring weapons, and the sudden lack of ability to retrieve weapons from the battlefield.
You can never have too many weapons. No that huge mountain of retrived weapons in the corner over there, that pile of summoning scrolls right here, and that pile of unspooled wire over there is not evidence of there being too many weapons. Thats just means she needs even more...

No thats not another mountain of weapons behind me...
I swear!
Those are just the scrolls I didn't use this time. I need more!

Don't forget the large portions of the battlefield rended unrecognizable by all of the explosive tags Tenten used.
