"We certainly got enough evidence to call in a small taskforce to arrest the local leadership and kick Czerka off-world," you say to Mum once your group is back safely around the Red Banner and out of earshot of any potential eavesdroppers, "However, I would like to do some more investigating if possible. They had a couple hundred secret war droids and there were a couple areas that I was unable to get into. It might not matter if we do deal with Czerka Corp directly, but I would like to know what we've missing."
"Do you think we could get the rest of the information without too much difficulty?" inquires Mum.
"I just need access to another computer or the id codes of an individual with a higher level of access," you answer, "Administrator Varton just lacked the access to get what I wanted. We should try to hit an actual Czerka building or try to find someone high ranking. Having a computer spike to help wouldn't hurt either."
"We will make another attempt at getting this information," says Mum after a moment of silence as she thinks, "Should it fail, we will then call in Republic reinforcements to deal with the evil has Czerka Corporation has gotten up to here in Kaliton. First thing we will do is go shopping for a computer spike and try to find a good target to hit. Kira, since Luka and I shall be going away from the ship, you will be left behind to keep an eye on the Red Banner. It wouldn't be the first time that Czerka Corp has tried to go sniffing about my ship while Revan and I had gone somewhere else on the planet."
"Yes M-, I mean yes Bastila," replies Kira, "I won't let you or Luka down."
"It will be risky, but I think that hitting their local headquarters will be best," you tell Mum as the two of you begin to make your way back to the Red Banner, having a quick shopping trip and done some reconnaissance into Czerka Corp's facilities in Crystal City, "We have the best chance of getting the information from there and while we have the highest chance to run into trouble, I'm confident we can take care of any immediate trouble."
"That is a good plan," agrees Mum and you feel a small bit of pride at her words, "While Czerka Corp has enough forces locally to overwhelm us with numbers, we should be more than capable of keeping them from doing so until Republic reinforcements arrive. Now, there is a topic I would like to address with you."
"Of course Master Shan," you reply, "I am all ears."
"Good, I would like to discuss something that happened on Nar Shaddaa," says Mum and you tense slightly, "You not only killed a fellow sentient for the time, but you did so multiple times. How are you-?"
You strongly suspect what Mum want to talk about, but she is interrupted as both of your communicators go off and a quick glance tells you that Kira is urgently trying to get in touch with both of you.
"Bastila! Luka!" exclaims your pilot as both you and Mum promptly answer your communicators, "Czerka Corp is making a move. At least in the city and maybe all over the planet. They've locking down the spaceport and have cut off the HoloNet. They haven't tried to get aboard the ship yet, but I'm pretty sure they will. Czerka is doing stuff in other parts of the city, but I can't tell just what they are doing. Any suggestions what I could do?"
"Lockdown the ship, make sure the shields are raised and get on the gun controls," replies Mum, "If Czerka tries to get in, use the gun turrets to take them out. The Red Banner has enough shields and armour to keep you safe until we or someone can back you up. But first, get a message out to Republic High Command. Use my name and send the evidence that Luka found alongside a summary of the situation."
"But Czerka has shut down the HoloNet!" protests Kira.
"The Red Banner has its own HoloNet transmitter and receiver," answers Mum, "We aren't reliant on the local HoloNet infrastructure. The Republic will send someone here, even if it is only to investigate just what is going on here."
"Right, okay, that makes sense," says Kira, "I'll just go and do that then. Bye and uh, may the Force be with you?"
"And may the Force be with you too," says Mum before the call ends and she turns to you, "Luka, we'll be-"

So the enemy gets a say and after finding out someone found their dirty secrets, but until able to find out who it was, the local Czerka leadership has decided to outright seize control of the planet. I know it derails your choice a bit, but the NPCs get their own choices and reactions and sometimes you just got to deal with there.
The vote is basically choosing how Luka and Bastila react to this current set of events. I know that Bastila is deciding what they do rather than Luka, but it doesn't make sense for the Padawan to make the call over the Jedi Master even if Luka is the player character.

I ended up rolling the most extreme reaction possible for them, which is to say "Kriff it, we'll just take over the planet and hopes nobody notices until we got everything sorted out". Which to be fair, it probably would have worked if it wasn't for the presence of two important Jedi on the planet.

"Luka, we'll be hitting the Czerka Corporation headquarters," says Mum as both you and her draw and activate your lightsabers, "This is will be our best chance to get the information that Czerka is trying to hide to before reinforcements show up and when they do arrive, there is a good chance that Czerka will delete or otherwise try to destroy the evidence of their wrongdoings. Understand Luka?"
Right, you are a Padawan and as part of your training, Mum is explaining her decision to you so you will understand not only what she is doing, but why she has made the decision that she has.
"Yes, acquiring the evidence is priority because the risk of doing so is low enough to be worth it and we don't have anything of higher priority to achieve," you answer as the two of you start moving in the direction of the Czerka Corporation headquarters on Kaliton, "We don't have civilians to protect or anything else like that otherwise they would be a higher priority and Kira is going to be calling in reinforcements so we don't need to do that."
"That and Kira is secure and safe in the Red Banner so we do not have to worry about securing her safety," says Mum and you flush slightly.
"Technically, that falls under not having something else like civilians to protect," you mutter, but your heart isn't in it.
"You are a Padawan and fresh one at that so you aren't expected to know everything," says Bastila, "But by the time you are ready to become a Jedi Knight, you will need to consider all of these factors when making decisions in a crisis."
"So this counts as a crisis?" you inquire.
"Given that Czerka Corp appears to be taking over Kaliton, I would say so," replies Mum, "Be on the look-ahead!"
There are a group of four individuals in the uniform of Czerka Corp, all armed with a blaster rifle if even there is no armour amongst them.
"Stop!" yells one of them and you feel the wariness, their fear and most of all, their hostile intent.
"No!" shouts back Mum before she catches two of them in a Force Stasis.
The other two open fire and you deflect one blaster bolt back at one of them while Mum throws her lightsaber. While the reflected blaster bolt catches one of the Czerka security guards in the unprotected neck, Mum's lightsaber cuts the other one in two.
"You okay Luka?" calls Mum as her lightsaber returns to her hand.
"Yeah, I'm fine," you call back as Mum swiftly deals with the other two guards, "Onto the Czerka HQ?"
"Yes," confirms Mum, "We continue before anyone finds out about this, especially since how and there who took them out is obvious."
You nod, knowing that it is hard to disguise the fact that most of this group were killed by lightsabers. The two of you set off again and thankfully the rest of the trip goes without incident even as becomes evident that Czerka Corp is very active on Kaliton.
As the announcements from Governor Bryna, the local security chief and the head of the planetary militia come out throughout Crystal City, it becomes clear that Czerka Corp has decided to openly seize control of Kaliton. Worse, it seems that they have done so with the support of the local law enforcement and planetary militia with Governor Bryna folding to the pressure though you can't judge how willingly she has caved in from city-wide proclamations.
The entrance to the local Czerka Corp headquarters that you find has a couple of guards, but before you or they can do anything, Mum slams them into the wall of the building with the Force.
"Luka, slice the door open," Mum tells you, turning to you with both of the guards knocked unconscious.
"On it," you reply, deactivating your lightsaber and holstering it as you get to work on trying to hack the security on the locked door.
You attempt to enter what you remember of Administrator Varton's access codes, but either you misremember, he doesn't have access to here or they revoked it because security rejects what you enter. Annoying, but it just means you have to do things the hard way instead of the easy way.
You get to work trying to hack the door open and it goes well at first, you get into the system and the door can open, no, wait, it is still locked. You can try the opening sequence, but it won't work so long as it is locked. You try to reboot the lock since that should give you a brief window of opportunity to open the door, wait, is the whole...? Ah! The whole system is rebooting! It wasn't supposed to do that and without access to the system. Ugh, who knows how long it will take to reboot.
"Luka," calls Mum as some guys open fire on her.
"Right," you call back, "Oh, just..."
You draw your lightsaber again and activate it. With the silver blade springing to life, you stab it into the door right above where the physical lock should be.
"Luka," Mum calls again.
"Working on it!" you tell her as you pull your lightsaber down to cut through the lock.
"You just stabbed the door Luka," says Mum as a blaster bolt hits the wall next to your head.
"Literally slicing is going to be quicker than trying to do it the traditional way," you reply and you feel the door go loose as you finish cutting though the lock, "See? Done. Now I just need to pull the door open. Or maybe push it?"
Whatever the right way of manually opening the now unlocked door is, Mum doesn't give you a chance to find out as she shoves the door open with the Force.
"Inside!" orders Mum, but you don't need to be told to get inside as you rush in only to find yourself faced with two alert guards.
"Freeze!" shouts one while the other opens fire with her blaster rifle.
You deflect the blaster bolt back at her, taking her down and that apparently inspires the other one to action. Despite seeing how poorly it worked out for his fellow, he opens fire as well and you easily deflect the blaster bolt back at him. The man drops with a hole burnt into his forehead.
"I am not sure how long that will hold them," says Mum as she steps into the building behind you and closes the door using the Force, "What sort of terminal do you want to go to Luka?"
Which sort of terminal does Luka want to access?

While you ran into a few foes, I didn't roll for most of them because while Czerka Corp security might cause Luka some trouble if she gets low rolls, they are no match for Bastila so she basically tore through them like a hot knife through butter.

While you ran into a few foes, I didn't roll for most of them because while Czerka Corp security might cause Luka some trouble if she gets low rolls, they are no match for Bastila so she basically tore through them like a hot knife through butter.
