-[X] A Cabin & Campfire - Within a forest area filled with some plant life, a freshly dead soul will find a cabin with a campfire in front waiting for them. The fire will give off a comforting aura and provide heat for the soul. The cabin meanwhile will be personalized to the soul, this can happen in many ways. For example a family could get a big cabin with room for everyone or instead multiple cabins placed together and an artist would find the nessesary supplies in their cabin to practice their hobby. If the dead grow lonely and want social interaction then they can follow a trail that will lead to a great shining bonfire that acts as a hub area for souls to gather and mingle about, maybe even make a new friend. The sky is at the sun rise or sunset position longer than pure day or nightime.

Buildings would mostly be made out of wood & silver, but could hypothetically be made out of clouds too. Eating a cloud would taste sugary and water can be squeezed out of rain clouds. Once a soul gets accustomed to the afterlife the can learn how to move clouds by thinking about it and even ride them.

The city is hazed in Silver when lit by the light of the Sun and glows white and blue in the reflected light of Moon. This seems like more of a question about the general lore but I'll try my best to answer with what I understand.
A perpetual is a human who has achieved essentially immortality, they can't die of age and even when 'killed' they will simply come back. The Emporer is the biggest example of this, however his son Vulcan is also one. A perpetual can only be fully killed with truly immense Psykic power or a weapon with said power, the Emperors Sword being a weapon capable of such.
Now blanks are interesting in that they are essentially the anti-pskyer, with no presence in the warp making it seem as if they simply lack a soul. This makes them extremely uncomfortable to be around for normal people, but around pyskers a blank is one of the greatest forms of pain imaginable. In 40k some blanks are trained as assassins, there 'null' aura so intense psykers would rather kill themselves then be around them while daemons and the such are severely weakened or outright sent back to the warp. They are living reality tethers.

Only the chaos gods have shown the ability to do this, with the Eldar gods whom they consumed being at their weakest.
You would have to grow *much* more powerful and get *really* lucky.

No, the old ones did not create humans, they were all dead *way* *way* before the species that would evolve eventually into humans even existed.
It's believed they did bring life to Terra originally though.

How about Same God assuming different mantles? Canon example will be Zeus becoming Jupiter and other Roman Gods or Buddha becoming Avatar of Vishnu or Hindu Goddess Kali becoming Gypsy Saint Kali Sara. Is it possible for a God being worshipped under different name or for specific attributes? Will he select to draw power from all worshippers or it will create new Gods?

This can be done yes, a fine example being your titles.
The chaos gods have countless cults varying in size, with many not even knowing they are worshiping chaos. They worship a specific Title, focusing on a singular aspect or portfolio.
Think of a religion as a species, right now you are at the birth of this species. Over time events and division will cause various members of the species to evolve into variants, they evolve with time. Yet there is still a visible genetic tree they can all use to trace back to the original, separate yet connected.
