Just so you know, the 'Safe Distance' CaA is essentially being targetted at you, so you have the opportunity to roll defense against it before whatever main action you choose to take this turn.

I've also bound the stat packages to the CNT armour to reflect the different levels of power. This should have freed up some refresh in the process, which I've spent on an airdash stunt. I'm not sure if I'm below the cap though.

There are more than a few people with stunts attached to gear right now, but I don't believe we've been giving them rebates on those stunts. I might go through and change that at some point, but for now, it's just to make certain abilities make sense.

Anyway, Sam's got a refresh score of 2 now.

Depends, did you think this was Arkalest's RP or Cyreni's?

If the former, then yes, it's different. If you thought it was a different RP from Cyreni's, then no.

If I have Nestor ditch his bow so that I'm fighting with Black Jest, I get Snake Style's +2 boost on Athletics vs the Vengevine...right?

Edit: As stands, roll is 6 or 8. If six I intend to spend an FP to Invoke Swordsage Scion and make it 8.

Sound Strike managed an 8-shift hit, which is downgraded by your armor rating to 7-shifts.

You can A. take the hit, which will necessitate that you fill your mild consequence box and your sixth stress box(as your fifth one is already filled) or B. Use your free invocation of Off Balance to add a +2 and successfully dodge.

You could heal off the mild consequence afterwards with Quick Healer, but it would stick a -1 to the main action you did on the turn you did so.

Which choice is 'better' depends on the choices of your teammates and enemies next turn.

With the boost from Snake Style, Nestor succeeds with style on this defense; no damage, you have a boost to invoke against Vengevine.

Well, once you figure out how you want to handle that, everybody will have all they need to start posting their next turn stuff.
