Stark Transcendent (Iron Man/Marvel Quest)

What's project Hellion again? Ive forgotten over the break.

I'm made of metal
My circuits gleam
I am perpetual
I keep the country clean

I'm elected electric spy
I'm protected electric eye

Electric eye, in the sky
Feel my stare, always there
There's nothing you can do about it
Develop and expose
I feed upon your every thought
And so my power grows

It's okay. Only had a 3% chance of creating Skynet, so don't worry. All will be well. :V

Ah, Jarvis, you're so cool. Babby A.I. all grown up, making his own decisions. I'm so happy.

All hail our glorious new overlord!

As an aside, since I'm sure everyone else has the prerequisite jubilation down, does the Iron Spider have repulsors in it? I get that Tony's repulsors would cause serious damage/injury to a normal person (i.e., someone not wearing a metal exoskeleton) but Peter's decidedly not normal.

Probably depends on if Tony has had the chance to actually figure out Peter's tolerances and such. Didn't get that impression.

I'm guessing that on top of the facial expression thing, the lens in Peter's mask have likely been replaced with a HUD for tracking, keeping in contact with Jarvis etc.

Anyone have any reservations about if the military will want to refuse to hand back War Machine after this? I can see them trying, even if Jarvis can remotely lock is so it can't be used.

Doesn't really matter what they want.

At this point ST is a well known privately owned organization that is actively working on solving the energy crisis, reigniting the space race, and (presumably) successfully avoided the destruction of New York where the military failed. this fight will presumably be highly publicized, meaning that everyone will know who owns what, all it would take is us insinuating that we might want to move ST to somewhere more... 'accommodating' (Latveria?) if the military attempts to slow our progress by stealing our equipment. (We are no longer a weapons company, so this doesn't sound as treasony as it would have with SI) the backlash that would bring should be bad enough that they wouldn't even attempt it in the first place.

Of course this is assuming that we don't WANT them to keep it. but that is another matter entirely.

Well, if we want them to keep it, fair enough. I was just pulling a thought about that whole government thing from the start of the second movie when they demanded the Iron Man armour be handed over.
I hadn't thought about the fact that we are operating under ST and not SI anymore. :3
My guess about those 'errors' that Jarvis is experiencing is him crossing over from simply being a very powerful AI to possibly some form of true intelligence.

Pretty sure we were also supposed to have a viewpoint from the Shocker (vibrational dude, forget his name) because he was the one who actually won the vote, along with Jarvis.

@Roarian This part:

"If I can help…" Peter shivered, and all he could think about was the price of inaction. He knew that price entirely too well. "Aunt May. Could you pull over? I… Please."

"No." He couldn't meet her eyes. "Not with this. Any other time, I'd drag you along - but this is too big. Too dangerous." They both knew there would be no second thoughts. She knew what she signed up for when she learned he was Spider-Man. "I'm sorry, Gwen. I love you. Don't hate me."

The bolded looks like he is responding to something that was never said. Is there in fact a missing part of the conversation?

We wouldn't even need to lock it; all we need to do is give them the invoice for how much it would cost for us to maintain it, and then another breakdown detailing how much it would cost for them to maintain it, and it'll be on its way back before we can finish the conversation. :D
