So... In PHO it was revealed that:
1) Simurgh is a "terror drone #7" - outright stating that there are at least 7 endbringers
2) That Simurgh is fully capable of human speech
3) That there is someone behind endbringers, and Titania knows who that is
4) That the world is going to end in 2 to 15 years
5) That Titania could become a new endbringer (that last one is a lie, but it would be hard to disprove; which is why I want to post a detailed physiological explanation of why it is a lie).
In Brockton Bay, there's now a giant indestructible "tree" with a swarm of drones maintaining it, and a weapon capable of killing Endbringers.
I doubt there are nukes already launched, but I don't doubt that the fingers are on the buttons.

Assuming a wakeup with no problems, one of five conditions must occur for this to happen:
1: Clockblocker time-locks her and the players vote to reassume control.
2: She actually physically goes to sleep and the players vote to reassume control. Given as she doesn't need to sleep anymore, she might choose not to.
3: Her brain re-breaks.
4: She otherwise wishes to flee from the world.
5: She becomes convinced that the world is a dream and starts performing actions which would harm her. Just thinking its a dream isn't enough.

Behemoth is the reason why they don't use nukes at things anymore. Far more likely to sound the Endbringer alarm or flat abandon Brockton Bay. All things considered, as long as she isn't killing people, they'll probably just roll with it. Earth-Bet is so used to massive property damage that a mere godtree will become a tourist attraction.
Also, English (or any human language) lacks the necessary words to explain how it isn't possible.

I'm half expecting that we'll turn into a wish-granting fairy godmother at some point, once people acclimate to the fact that we're generally more or less benevolent and happy to help newborns and the like.
I would add this to my vote if I actually thought it was true. But I'm pretty sure we more or less could.

I still don't think we could explain it in any way that is comprehensible to humans. We could try explaining the math behind it, but I suspect that we'd run into the problem of the math not existing, yet. If we somehow overcame that issue, I suspect we'd run into the problem of a post text limit. If we overcome that, it would still take experts time to prove that our math is true...
