With how this vote is going, Allfather's going to go from in control to the situation to blasted through a wall thinking this.

Quest is maintaining canon in some form right? Cause Atlas is downright the second strongest parahuman alive, maybe Hero could rival him (he's supposed to be able to make anti endbringer stuff) but at the end of the day in Brute power even if he isn't going full strength (Which I suppose is a reasonable handicap) he's definitely stronger than Alex and Legend.

I don't think a bunch of B class capes sprinkled with maybe two A class capes would do well against a cape that's S-Class whilst he's limited. Of course, that is unless he holds back from killing them. (Curse you heroic tendencies!)

Actually we've had WoG on this, while Atlas is potentially a rival to Eidolon in a fight between all the founders either he and Legend would be 4th and 5th in whatever order. He'd lose to Hero and Eidolon due to a lack of experience/control/fighting instinct/whatever, he might lose to Rebecca on the same reasoning, but he'd probably forfeit first just so he doesn't have to fight her.

The danger of most fights doesn't come down to how big of an explosion that someone can make, even though that is a pretty nice bar for some people. No, the danger comes from the subtle ways that a power can mess you up. For while the empire as it stands doesn't have much in terms of raw power with the exception of Iron Rain, it has a lot of powers to chose from and Allfather is smart enough to get the powers that would be useful in situations.

Yes Atlas can steamroll about 99% of the world right now, but there's still a bunch of people that will be able to take him out with as little as a sniper bullet.

His name is Drake, and he's a stranger that induces emotions on people. However, he needs eye contact, and for the sake of trying to project power and get rid of stragglers, Allfather has him fear mongering people.

Not exactly the most powerful, but useful yes.

Anything that can penetrate the waves is pretty threatening as far as things that Atlas needs to be worried about at least.

Continuing on that fact, there are varying levels of Wave Protection.

At base, the waves keep out things up to the level of small arms fire. With more attention, those levels increase of course, however, there are things they can't block. Notice that the waves still allow Atlas to breathe, so gas and other such things could be as worse as a nuke to the face in terms of getting rid of him.

Yes, he can move the gas clouds, but when you have a lung full of invisible tinker gas, you're SOL.

Heros going to have to build a spectrometer and stuff into our visor at some point. Lets add it to the LOOOOOOONG list of stuff we want. Stuff like moar updates.

I'm getting it done now.

Before I forget, Hero would love that. If Alex just bombards him with ideas, both he and his shard would love it. Most of the time they have to come up with the cool stuff, but if someone gives them the idea, they can get straight to building. He'll be in heaven. He's already started making a flight suit based on Atlas' style of flight. Removes the pesky bulk of a jetpack.
 
Hero's an insane force multiplier gotta keep him far more safe than original timeline.

On that note we need remember to remember to kill Manton instantly the moment he tries gulping down a vial.

I suppose Atlas would be weaker since he's currently capped at 37%(?), still in a no holds barred he's definitely a S-Class parahuman. Hell the Protectorate (team) is decently stronger with Atlas around.

No given enough time Hero will be the single most powerful Parahuman to have ever lived.

For clarification, that percentage of limitation is what his mind can currently handle. Once his body has fully adapted, the earbuds and mask will manage the backlash of overuse. As of right now, Alex has truly gone 100% once.

So can we slowly remove the limiter? Cause if Eidolon's cheat sheet is right and our social links fail we might have to be at 100% to fight an Endbringer. Or Eidolon. Either really.

Must also make him conserve his stronger powers, matter annihilation would be awesome to have as he goes from 4 -> 3

Yeah, I thought so, his info says that he was a 'dear friend' of Canon Alexandria. If anyone wants that title they pretty much have to trigger early Protectorate (The Team) era.

Also is the quest there on Spacebattles? Because I can't help but think this would be a really popular quest with the large base over there. Hell even a story thread would do well since it's very well written and comes off nice (and not grimderpish)

It is not on spacebattles. I've never thought about it. If you recommend it, I'd be willing to put it over there.
