Lavenza doesn't respond to your words. You can't help but wonder what she's thinking about.

So interesting thing with Lavenza here that I didn't see anyone mention. She's developing a Persona. I say developing because... well see for yourself.

...Apparently, what had come of that connection was a year spent among human friends, learning how to fit in, how to make friends, and, perhaps most importantly, the joys of fashion. It was something she thought back on with a fond memory.
Not... that far... back.
Of course, she couldn't really spend time with those friends now. A new Journey was about to begin, and that meant everyone had their roles to play, hers being to fade away into the background as if she didn't exist.

Slow hesitant and the ellipses very much implies quiet. Or struggling. Also a small thing here is that the four words are entirely a rebuttal. Lavenza trying to distance herself via time and her persona pointing that out.

So when Theodore says that Lavenza is changing... Yeah I think developing a Persona very much is near the definition of change.

Now, to tag along with them.

Front-row seats to step one of answering the question of 'Is Elizabeth foolhardy enough to get possessed twice?' Because she's already done so the once...

Yet Another Golden Beetle
"C-could I go along?" You find yourself asking without really thinking about it. Sure, it means going back to Wonderland for a bit, and that may not be the safest thing when you think about it, but you're sort of interested.

Makoto-san nods, like you've always known he would. "...Sure, if you feel like it."

You kind of feel bad about posing questions to him. It's not like he can deny anything to anyone- if he were the leader, you imagine SEES would end up just a pile of disasters.
He wasn't that bad... but he did manage to make all the girls he knew mad at him that one time.
You hope you're not going to regret going with him later.

Aside from yourself, Makoto-san has gotten Zen, Rei, Kanji-san, and Narukami-san to go along with this particular brand of madness. At least one of these doesn't surprise you at all. "Does Elizabeth usually ask you for these things?" Narukami-san asks.

Makoto-san shakes his head. "If she wants things, she can just go into Tartarus and get them herself. Mostly, she wants me to introduce her to restaurants and stuff..."

Kanji-san blinks. "So... you're dating?"
Well, sort of, but most of us know better than to bring it up.
"I don't even know anymore." You guess it can't be that easy for him to figure out when Aigis-san also attaches herself to him at any given opportunity- you're pretty sure the only reason she's not here with the rest of you is because something's actually succeeded at distracting her. Or because Makoto-san figured out how to get her to go away.

...Somehow, both of these things seem somewhere near impossible.

"Are we all ready to go?" Zen asks, as though the subject of Makoto-san's love life doesn't interest him at all. But then, you suppose that you can all be curious about it another time.

It's not like they're going anywhere, after all.

All of you nod, and the world shifts and contorts itself, and suddenly you're standing in the corridor where you met Narukami-san and his friends.

In front of where the gate used to be stands a giant golden beetle.

...You're pretty sure you've faced something just like this before.

This does, at least, help you to narrow down your options.

[ ] It's weak to lightning, right? So Zionga!

[ ] ...Don't those things hit pretty hard? You should try and keep everyone else healed.

Yeah -I think we are the only healer main right now.

Yet Another Golden Beetle Part 2
You've fought Golden Beetles before, and as a result, you know plenty of ways to battle them. Ways like throwing lightning at them and watching them fall to the ground, as dangerous as that is when you're the only one with healing abilities on your main Persona.

Due to said danger, you're not going to be doing that.

Kanji-san, Narukami-san, and Zen are all more than capable of electrocuting your foes. They don't need more lightning. And while Rei is a perfectly good healer in her own right... it just feels strange, to rely on her for that.

Besides, for whatever reason, Zen never seems to be using magic at the same time that she does. In this moment, between healing and lightning, you think they'd both prefer to focus on lightning.

Which leaves you to be the healer. It's definitely not going to be Makoto-san.

So, as the others charge the beetle, you stand back, just a bit, and prepare to cast healing spells.

You have to do so almost immediately, because as sturdy as Kanji-san is, being struck directly with a beetle horn is painful. You should know!

On the bright side, with all this lightning flying around, the battle probably shouldn't last that long.

The beetle stood no chance. It doesn't really surprise you, there wasn't much that it could have done.

Really, you doubt that anything in the Labyrinth with a weakness to electricity would be able to stand much of a chance against you.
We'll see about that...
Inside the room where there was once the Queen of Hearts, an odd rift has appeared in the air. You'd say it's like the void, except there's a void just outside the door, and it doesn't really look all that much like this.

"This is what she wanted you to find?" Fuuka-san asks. "And it seemed like the Golden Beetle was guarding it... Even more than the ones in Tartarus were guarding the ways forward and back." You're amazed she picked up on that much, given just how new of a Persona User she'd been when she helped you fight those beetles.

Kanji-san pauses. "In Tartarus? Guarding?"

[ ] Give a more personal account of that one time Fuuka-san and Shinjiro-san ended up locked in Tartarus by accident.

[ ] You're a bit more interested in what Makoto-san's doing with that rift...
