You mean they aren't? But then why would Kazari-san allow Ruiko-san to spend as much time staring at her underwear? I mean there has to be a level of requited affection, cause otherwise she would have stopped it a long while ago. All it would take is one talk with a teacher or the like to get harassment like that stopped. In fact, I'm almost certain that it would actually take a degree of action to prevent action from being taken against Ruiko-san...

Maika's not the Tsuchimikado I meant, but we're on the right track, and maid on spinning robot is always a welcome addition to, well, anything and everything in life.

We definitely want to meet this guy and learn from him at some point, we're following in his footsteps by becoming an Esper and a Mage after all and he no doubt knows something useful about that.

He cheats though. We can't use his method which involves basically dying from blood loss and ruptured internal organs. His Esper ability is what keeps him alive. That Auto-Rebirth man. =/

He would still know about magic and esper powers and how they interact, well... beyond just 'horrible death' anyway. He's got to know something useful to teach us even if it isn't very much.
