That's probably in the 'players writing omakes' category. Maybe if it's good enough he'll give us a bonus or something.

Maintain order (Blood)
Of the methods this is the one that doesn't interfere with other things.

What can you do?
Shinies don't matter if we have no-one to use the things.

Lodging (integration)
As much as I want food fast, we have some supplies and we need to get the people settled. Between this and the military action we should be able to keep order.

Followers
Better chance and considering the timeline it might not be just Gensokyo inhabitants she's picking up.

Mend the heart
The morale problem is currently bigger then Suika's capacity for Sake. We need to get a handle on it.

Subconscious friend
Bad Flan, no ripping up forests until we get industry going to work said logs and sawdust.
 
As everyone seems to agree on Lodging (Integration) Mend the Heart and Followers I suggest we lock those in, and discuss the other options. Any objections?

EDIT: My mistake - there's one dissenting on Lodging (integration) in favor of scouring the gardens, and unity on Mend the Heart.

We should seriously consider at least one food action. Our food will become a very dire problem very quickly if it is not addressed ASAP.
 
The Hunt is on

Food is pressing. We can handle security breaches somewhat, but they're going to starve soon.
Maintaining order by force works very well in the short term but will only backfire long term. It would also deter other refugees from joining up with us. Carrot first, THEN stick.

Maintain order (Tears)

Long term the best way to keep things from exploding. If it works we get the best possible results.
And if they refuse to accept diplomacy we'd show them violence. So much violence.
Talk first, which justifies uberviolence if it fails the coinflip.

Lodging (integration)

Probably best long term since factionalizing is a pain to fix.

Followers

Better find where other refugees landed so we can assimilate them before they go do their own thing.

Mend the flesh

Flesh first. Disease is a very real problem.

Stewardship: Sakuya was in the kitchen trying to manage the fairy maids, she is the most loyal of all your sister's servants and you could tell the loss hurt her just as much as you. (Choose 1)

Piety: You were never the most religious of people, barely ever going to the chapel in the mansion or the shrine for anything other than a party. But now you need it, just a little bit of faith to get you and everyone else through this. (Choose 1)

Veekie has a point and while chance of Tears is lower it probably will be better for the populace in the end.

A box to input our username would appear to be a common feature to prevent duplicate submissions, but otherwise is looks fine to me.
 
The idea just came to mind since looking at how Kanami acts most of the time, I saw Touhou Oni having something of a kinship with her.
 
I can't help but have this silly idea where Cirno is traveling through the multi-verse on a quest to find all of the denizens of Gensokyo and find a way to restore it too.
