Rebellion in the land of Veska.

Not gonna lie, I like your Gnoll better, Zedalb, ah well. Guess we have another Heavy Infantry tribe off the bat. Don't forget to note where you're located!

Yeah, speaking of diplomancy I'm on the look out for harpies or centaurs to ally with as both make excellent recon/skirmishers/perusing broken foes, all of which the Low Mobility High Defence Dwarvern playstyle I'm going for lacks.

Also, interestingly enough all three of the heavy infantry based builds (Me, Orcs and one of the Gnolls) are actually the closest to the enemy seat of power.

Gnolls shouldn't be heavy infantry

They have two militiamen per archer unlike most other people who favoured ranged-builds, additionally they have a banner about charging in and hitting hard using raiders on foot. Potentially that's more shock infantry than conventional infantry but they are definitely in the top three melee builds for now. While they may turn into guerrilla experts as they unlock advanced units right now that doesn't seem to be their focus. Particularly since right now no-one has the numbers or the drilling for proper formation melee infantry such as hoplites, pike walls or roman swordsman formations.

Okay So, I'm going to be posting the IC either tonight or tommorrow. Turns will be about a week of in game time and however long it takes for everybody to answer IRL. You are able to do 3 small tasks and two large ones. Small tasks are things that your General/Chancellor/Leader Dude can do themselves, research, recruitment, Diplomacy the like. Large tasks are things that require at the least one of your units, i.e. raids, construction projects, attacks, scouting, and other things like that.

The initial post is more about giving a sort of overview or how your town and units are doing at this exact moment.

As a race though they are poorly suited to heavy infantry.

Also the speed banner is another skrimisher thing possibly and the player said plans to make them hunters.

@See my smile

Something weird's happening with your resource counts. Mine subtracts 5 from 8 to get -3, Slick starts with 13 and looses 5 to end up with negative 8, and so on.

My guess is that instead of consumption minus production you wrote production minus consumption.

Fixed it. thanks for the warning I wrote those last night and then went over them today. and forgot about the math bit completely.

So, I have +5 resources unspent from, unfinished army, I'll be spending that.

As well, Now that I have these rules, I wanted to ask. You said I could produce gear personally with my magic, how does that translate to this, I'm thinking +3 or +2 Wealth per personal action dedicated to it.

So I can make gear or recruit/research/diplomacy.

for every WR you use transform you gain +2 wealth for every personal action that you take.

That sounds like I convert war resources to money. (Which isn't useful to me at all either)

Which isn't what I was shooting for at all.

So you said I could produce arms and armor with my magic.

This should help with production of buildings (assuming I can make things like, nails tools and braces)
but mostly help produce units cheaper. (Since they manual labor can be at least partial bypassed)

This should be a bonus to war resources. I may be misunderstanding but that seems to me to say I can use actions to lose war resources and gain wealth.

Am I misunderstanding something?

No, you've got it, your converting WR into Wealth. You may control the material but, you still need material to work with. If you want you can take two personnel actions to walk around and find enough small bits, and pieces to make something.

Yeah no thats not at all what I wanted.

I wanted to get better at fielding units and it loses WR it makes me worse and since I don't have a tavern or market provides no benifit, can I just change that to +5 resources from backing, like the kobold had two of?
