Love how everyone is remarking how cute/adorable Yandere Isabella is while completely ignoring the fact that she is torturing innocents in her shadow war.

had given the order to torture a few more -a couple were innocents, but oh well, they were commoners, a sous in an ecu while her Henry was one of a kind-

And unless they have access to a memory modification spell that I don't know about, then Isabella is also ordering their executions, innocent or otherwise, to silence them, lest Henry hear about her methods from them. Not exactly someone to venerate for being cutesy adorable...

And before people start going on about 'Hard choices' and 'Necessary sacrifices', remember that it is super easy to call for those when you are not the ones making said sacrifices.

Also, in the Tsundere category, no mention of Erina from 'Shokugeki no Soma'? The perfect balance of flustered Tsun with hidden Dere.

It was a joke about her literally murdering Subaru before she fell in love with him. If that ain't Tsundere to the extreme, I dunno what is.
Ah, I see, but I would argue that that was before they even got to know one another, but oh well.

On a different note, say Louise summons someone like her brother. What if she summons someone else who is also an SI, but is also like Henry in personality?

So Henry wants to stop the crusades from happening but what about his friends that want to go crusading through the elvish lands?

Seems like this shit has turn into tradition and a highly value point of pride among the nobles to survive fighting the elves.

Everyone's talking about tsundere characters and yet there isn't a single mention of Tohsaka Rin. For shame.

Because she really isn't either.

She is honestly exasperated at Shirou's lack of capability as a Magus and when allied frustrated at his lack of ability to help.

Just because you like someone doesn't mean you can't be offended by them, argue with them, or even feel they are too stupid to live.

The problem with stopping the crusade is that everyone dies if there is not a mass exodus from Halkeginia. The windstones could reach critical mass in less than a decade, nowhere near enough time to stabilize the continent even if the elves were willing to help. And they are not willing to help. If Henry puts a stop to the crusade then humans have zero chance of escaping. The elves consider the Void a corruption that the world itself is attempting to snuff out. They will bar the roads to any significant number of human travelers and watch as humanity is exterminated. Maybe there is a chance Henry can help reach a diplomatic compromise, but if that fails then a war for survival is literally the only option.

Then again, I wouldn't put it past Shade to end a story with "rock fall, everyone dies."

The impression I have of Isabella is less that she's cruel, and more that she is a pragmatic ruler - who thanks to Henry's influences - realizes that she has done, and continues to do some terrible things. I don't think she's anything worse than pragmatic by local/non-Henry standards.

As Henry has just recently mentioned the need to destroy entire towns to deal with disease, vampires, and various other problems, if he were to find out he'd give her a hug, apologize for making her feel bad, and tell her he's proud of her. Rule of Steel and what-not.

There is just one thing, that I realized but never saw anyone consider.

Why does humanity have to leave through the desert and not the sea?

Because the Sea is full with giant and terrifying monsters...
They have flying ships and magic, and wind stones can be recharged by a powerful enough mage, plus Henry is making a type of airship that doesn't need magic. Get enough fuel and suddenly you have the same reason why Columbus (the bastard) 'discovered' America, to avoid the Ottomans in the east.

And because it's a Shade story, we finally find out that humans are an incredibly rare species and on the New World they only find powerful elfish Americans.

That plus even if the terrifying sea monsters can take down normal ships, Shade could have mages convert some of the flying Islands into flying fortressships with airfields full of dragons and/or fighterplanes to ferry the population safely.

Could maybe even grow food on them during the trip.

So long Louise doesn't summon a certain Italian insomniac author... :p

Hmmm...

Would the story he planned remain, or would his future meta knowledge be rendered useless? Would the floodgates of angst or fluff pour out and sweep across Halkegenia? Would he retain his God Writer abilities for additional hilarity? If not, would he mistake NO!ZnT for Canon!ZnT or vice versa?

Garçon! I require an omake!

That would be pretty cool, actually. Imagine if Shade started a second story from his other POV. Neat!

Clash of dissonant world views, go!

Isn't that pretty much what happened in Soul Splitter? Two different (at least) Shades with different POVs? Yes, divergent stories, but at least there was a shitton of angst.
