Canon Aizen was already pretty dope, so power/skillwise I'd like to stick to what he had + some extras we pick up along the way. I adore his usage of Black Coffin, it was one of the first moves I'd seen in the series that got me hooked on Bleach.
So. Achieve Bankai and all the power shinies. Become a scientist and captain of great renown. Right all the wrongs in SS. Hook up with a hawt and powerful waifu. And be intensely gorgeous and bishounen while doing all these.

@stairmaster what are requirements and price for learning to condition trigger spells anchored Aizen's body? Like that shield spell that triggered on a condition the opponent strikes from behind that was used in fake Karakura to stop strawberries sneak attack right out of his portal exit.

I'm surprised at the thread, though it's a positive surprise. I was expecting more people to want a deep fix-fic, where we completely disregard the canon path.
The Aizen-wasn't-completely-wrong crowd is strong here. And I'm definitely of it.
Instead of going to Hueco Mundo to build an army, I'd rather we build up our rebellion in the Soul Society. That's why I like the Lisa path, it gets us closer to more people than just Tosen and Gin, and Isshin given how much we've interacted with him.

Unfortunally, I don't think we'll be able to defeat some shinigami like Yamamoto and the members of Squad 0 if we rely only on the rebellion of some soul reapers. They are the reason behind the lack of large scale rebellions in Soul Society and even canon Aizen isn't bullshit enough to defeat all of them, unless we decide to fuse with the Hōgyoku if we find it, but it is likely we won't want to do that if we aren't searching to ascend like canon Aizen.
That said, we can probably use something different from canon Aizen to obtain the same or better result while not alienating the soul reapers who want to rebel with us.

It was more an hypotetis, but I forgot to put there a "probably" in here. However, we can probably try to use fullbringers and Hōgyoku enhanced mystics without causing problems with our allies. As bonus point, if they die in battle, they can still fight in Soul Society like nothing happened.

We can also not be a total dick, not kill our minions for failure, train them to learn from their mistakes, and give our men info about all of our opponents capabilities like their known skills, strategies, Shikai, Bankai, techniques, oh, and if we go with Arrancar: let them know Shinigami use limiters in the mortal world.
Also, if we fake our death and it triggers a civil war, we will not reveal ourselves the moment Soul Society is about to collapse and give them a threat to unite against.

There is no reason to not create/recruit the Arrancars, even if we don't go for an all out civil war against Soul Society they can act as an avanpost in Hueco Mundo and help cleanse every Hollow that reaches the stage where they eat only other hollows and essentially remove all the souls that compose it from the circle.
Also they seem to have the ability to be loyal and form bonds which basically removes a huge part of the loss of the heart/humanity that comes with hollowfication

In regards to rebellion in Soul society, Yamamoto and 0 squad might not get involved if the fighting is low intensity. Yamamoto wants stability and doesn't want a warring states like era to return, like in his youth.
Ichebei and squad 0 went tolerate a threat to the soul king or his prison. As long as you dont kill a ton of shinigami or spout crap about taking gods place, squad 0 won't get off their butts'.

So we hide our power level, in the political sense. So long as we explicitly limit things to lower Soul Society, Yama and the 5 Houses are the biggest obstacles.

Ichibei serves the nobles houses, though. I doubt he would let us remove their privileges and powers. And Yamamoto may still oppose us because our actions will weaken soul society.

When it comes to the Noble Houses, we might not have to oppose all of them. That's the thing about starting the quest so early in the timeline.
We can probably convince The Shihoin or the Shiba to back us at least in terms of some reforms. Even if they're not on board with anything we want to do to the Soul King, that comes far later.
Having some political cover when we oppose Yama shouldn't be that hard to do.
The Tsunayashiro might be in play too, depending on how we play the social game in the future.

As a curiosity how much would cost a control move that purges poison? How well would it scale with our control stat? I think it would never become full on immunity.
