@stairmaster: Oh right, you should probably do an attention-grabbing post or something. Spread the Love 1.0 is still the winning plan, and most people seem to only react to a thread when they get an alert.

Regarding Kido Spell submissions, any general guideline we should follow? Be easier to make some if we have specific factors to keep in mind.

Hado #15 Moesashi (Ember)

Incantation: "Ye child! Victim of pasion and love, reminat of hopes, ye who knows nought! Heat and temperance, upon this flething monment furnace of purity open yet gone cold the envy of your black ash."

Effect: In casters palm gathers black orb with red hot specs that scaters as user dose trowing motion as one would normaly do with sand or ash. Its power is not the best and it can't travel too far without asistence sutch as good wind but, it is exelent choice to deal with many weaker oponents or force oponent to keep distance in mid range as the scatered spell still is quite painfull on contact.

Edit: If im wrong about the name inform me as I got the name by just typing ember in japanese in google.

@stairmaster I suggest you make a threadmarked post, dedicated only to Aizen's char sheet, including Kido library and Zanpakuto techniques. Otherwise OP would get incredibly messy in time...

Just a question. Do you have any intentions of classifying the known Kidou and Hado that don't have numbers?
Like Jūgeki Byakurai (Kaizō Kidō) that like Sōren Sōkatsui it's a ramped up version of a earlier spell.

As Sōren Sōkatsui is rank 73 and it's previous level Sōkatsui is rank 33 I would put Jūgeki Byakurai (Kaizō Kidō) as rank 44 as Byakurai is rank 4.

As the only known user is Urahara that used it against Aizen while also using rank 32 Ōkasen against him it put's this spell in a relatively good rank.

As much as people are saying they don't want to retread the steps of canon, let's be clear here. Aizen's canonically Shikai was badass and dead ass useful. I'm not even going to lie, I'd sooner take it then Old Man Genocides... Also, it'll be fun to see how the GM decides to translates the original power into mechanics and such.
 
Ok, going off the new info we have (How boosting to Zanjutsu to trained works, and having Kido at Student), I've edited my xp plan to the below:

[] Plan Spread the Love
-[] 55 xp to Zanjutsu
-[] 80 xp to Hakuda
-[] 200 xp to Kido
-[] 200 xp to Shikai
-[] 65 xp to Iaijutsu

This way all 4 stats level, and we get the Iaijutsu skill.

@lbartolo yes and I'll provide the 10xp to anyone who writes up a dope incantation for the spells that don't have one. Jugeki Byakurai is a custom spell made by Urahara though (hence the subtitle in its name). When you rank up in kido you'll also have an opportunity to improve/modify a spell like that (and it'll go in the techniques).

Can't multiple spells have the same number?

It might be best to fill in gaps, but there's plenty of ideas for kido that could have the same number of a preexisting one.
There are more than 99 spells. We've seen new spells get invented multiple times throughout the series.

I was too shy to ask maugan but they called me out on it so i did it and they gave me permission so I might fill in some of the blanks with the ones that don't seem horribly broken.

edit: anyways heres the sheet of Hado spells I did not take that many from WISA because they were mad OP(And then ones I did take I significantly boosted the numbers on) Aizen's Hadō Spells
