While it's true that Sufficient Velocity's Rule 6 allows for a great deal of latitude with respect to depicting sexuality, there are limits to this, usually referred to as 'handling content maturely'. The most well-known of these limits is our zero-tolerance policy towards sexualising minors, but there are others. In the text of Rule 6, we note that handling content maturely includes not fetishizing violence or abuse - which a rape scene written to titillate definitely qualifies as.
