Magical Tinker Lyrical Taylor Worm/MGLN

I've read Game Theory, it's part of the reason I'm writing in the first place, that and every other fanfiction I've read.

I hate it when I read pages of discussion about stuff no longer actually posted.
It leaves me incredibly confused.

You aren't the only one.

I hated having defend an info dump that I really shouldn't have posted. It wasn't even a snippet, it was just a plain dump of a plot outline.
The response was affecting my desire to continue writing. I'm going to be more careful of what I post.

We don't know what the seeds are for but I doubt they are devices considering they go off on their own with random chaos being the result, and the cradle is a giant spaceship not a device.

I concede on the Cradle. But the seeds could be devices. They might just happen to be built on a different usage philosophy than what others expect.
Still, I get your point. This is not relevant to the story.

And didn't one king have a mana problem that forced her back asleap again?
Could be what they were made for, to keep her alive and kicking.

Well, look on the good side: If it's not 'official' yet, then you can rewrite it later on.

Huh. I thought the "Saint Crystals" were the Relics. I mean a Relic is what Jail shoved into Vivio's chest to connect her to the Saint's Cradle

She was a "king" in name only. She was really a biomechanical superweapon the real powers used as a propaganda tool. Having her need to be put in a coma when not in use was a feature not a flaw.

Relic status is a direct function of an objects physical age. Anything can be a relic, as long as it old enough, and bring forth memories or ideals of a historic figure. Your Great Grandmother's Sterling Silver Tea Set is/can be considered a set of relics.

I'm talking about a specific type of Lost Logia specifically referred to as Relics, as described in the wiki entry

Doesn't mean the wiki entry is correct, as all of the Lost Logia are Relics.

The only difference here is that the Saint Crystals, are also religious icons.

There are relics and then there are Relics. I was talking about the upper-cased ones, you were talking about the lower-cased ones. It's a subtle distinction, but also an important one.

Yep, the upper case ones are stabbed into people to make them combat cyborgs and then the special one is stabbed into a little girl making her into a blond bombshell and a power house.

The Relics are actually used for mind control from all onscreen showings i think Lutecia might have gotten a power boost but i Would have to rewatch the relevant episodes to be sure Vivio on the other hand got her powerboost from the cradle according to the dvd booklets. And the combat cyborgs don't have relics inside them they were genetically modified from birth so they don't suffer rejection from their cybernetic implants.

Capital "R" Relics are just normal relics used as a plot point by fiction writers.

... Odd because they were kidnapped. Most of them. Lutecia and her mother, basicaly. But it was also a plot point that the Relics were used to wake the cyborgs up. Plus the scene with Vivio, the relic was used to force her to age into a combat mode, where she could use her full power.

Basically, I think you are wrong on some accounts as I only watched the anime because that just seems off.

Suberu and her sister were probably cloned from their mother though. Then there was the reanimated corpse.

No... they were in the anime. They were a plot point in the anime. The people in the anime just didn't have a better name for them at the time.

You use a capital for the names of things. So instead of being relics, they are Relics as that is what they were named.

Until you can find an official dictionary or Thesaurus that makes the distinction, its just a heated discussion on the pronunciation of potato, and tomato.

Wow, we just had some one show how clueless they are about the production of animated works of fiction.
You can redundantly restate my argument about 'R'elics being a plot point in a work of fiction all you want. I tip my nonexistent chapeaux at you.

Uh, no, this is an argument about the in-universe distinction between a generic term for old things and a term for a group of items with some defining property.
You're ignoring the distinction between a Relic (i.e. proper noun with specific in-universe meaning in a specific work of fiction) and a relic (something that actually has a dictionary definition).

And the defining distinction of a "Relic" is?
