Purple is Proposed
You start a fire, not all that easy when you don't really know what you're doing and the mage that taught you the spark spell explicitly said not to use it to start campfires. There was probably a story behind that but, well, you hadn't thought to ask and the mage had not been particularly talkative either. With that done and nothing more to do except keep an ear out to make sure Morlia and Diana don't start screaming for help you start thinking up suitably cool things to say when you manage to do something very, very awesome.

Critical Hit! Is both obvious and wonderful for those inevitable occasions of punting random enemies into the sky with your strength.

My name is Fast Enough, you killed Morlia's father, prepare to die! Is, of course a classic and should be used as such. Hmm, maybe enough of you are Spanish to fake the accent. No point not giving it a try!

"My name is Fast Enough," hmm, not really working maybe if.... "you killed Morlia's father!" Too dramatic, sort of sounds Italian though, could be useful later, "Prepare to die." Oh yes! That's almost exactly Inigo's accent, brilliant! Now if you can pull of that then quoting bond and sounding like Connery should be simplicity itself!

"Fast, what are you doing?" Morlia's voice comes from behind you. She sounds more incredulous than anything. "And what in Oblivion was that accent?" You turn to face Morlia and see that she seems more or less back to her usual self, despite Diana being practically glued to her side and smothering her laughter using Morlia's shoulder. It's impressive that she can somehow make that look dignified.

"I was thinking if we met an assassin I could say something witty and cool before stabbing them." You explain logically. Morlia opens her mouth, one hand rising with index finger pointing up. Then she stops, closes her mouth with a frown and lowers her hand.

"What was that accent though?" Diana asks in a brief moment when she's not giggling like a school girl.

"Spanish. So, anyway, I figured we could use the time before dark doing team bonding!" You announce cheerfully and half drag the others over to the fire.

"Team... bonding?" Morlia says skeptically, eyebrow arched. She sits by the fire, raising her hands to the heat. Somehow Diana doesn't stop hugging her.

"Yeah! Like, answering questions about ourselves. Like... uh, what's your favourite colour, or what are your hobbies." Diana perks up at that, transitioning from human limpet to merely having an arm around Morlia's shoulders in a friendly manner.

"I like moss green and dancing!" She declares proudly. Morlia sighs like she knows she's going to regret this somehow.

"Yellow, like dragons tongue flowers, and if you must know my 'hobby'" she even makes the air quotes with her fingers "would be gardening. Your turn Fast." Oh... right... your turn.

"I like the colour-"

I propose red!

Of course you do. I think it should be dark.

You realise how badly wrong that would go? I propose PURPLE

I am a fan of cyan but PURPLE works.

All in favour of PURPLE?

Aye! Of course. Yes.

THEN IT IS DECIDED!

"PURPLE" You answer and oh god that felt weird, everyone coming to a unanimous decision for once.

Morlia and Diana stare at you for a second. "Fast, what did you do to your voice?" Morlia asks slowly.

"Uh..." you have no idea, "injected it with the enthusiasm of several people?" Seems as good a theory about what just happened as any. You get a moment more of the two staring at you before they dismiss it.

"Suppose I shouldn't have expected anything else from the daedra with several voices in its head." Morlia mutters to herself before taking a steadying breath. "And hobby for the... several of you?"

"Reading." That answer came surprisingly easily. Then again there wouldn't be many people here who didn't enjoy reading in one form or another. "Fiction mostly I guess... we're a bunch of head voices communicating mostly through written word across vast distances, it seems like a safe bet."

"You know what, I'm kinda tired anyway and now my brain hurts." Diana says lightly. "I'm going to sleep."

"Sleep, yes." Morlia agrees quickly. "Fast keep watch and try not to say anything weird to any strangers you meet." Aw, she didn't like the one-liners. If you could make the kicked puppy expression....

"Yeah, yeah, I'll be fine." You wave your hand dismissively. Crystal grinds against crystal with the hurried motion. You should probably work on that if you want to sneak up on notorious assassins.

"Right." Morlia doesn't believe you. "Good night Fast." She says a little quieter before laying down on the bedroll Diana didn't take and pulling a blanket over herself.

You start sneaking around the camp area, trying to be a stealthy as possible. You pause occasionally to feed the fire and you're always looking out for something, eyes in the night, glowing anythings, spriggans. Nothing disturbs you and the night wears on with you creeping about as silently as you can.

Morning breaks, early sunlight filtered through the branches overhead and the bushes all around. Morlia and Diana are still sleeping.

[ ] Wake them up? If yes, how?

[ ] Plans on how to use the traveling time to the next city.

Oh my gosh an update! Would have had this out a couple of days ago but life happened and my house is being redecorated so time kinda... vanished away from me. Sorry about the wait.

The whole update was amazing, but this was my favorite part. I giggled myself to tears!

[X] Sneak up really close.
-[X] Really, REALLY close.
--[X] Like step over their bodies, and between their feet (if not covered by a blanket anyways).
---[X] If they wake up, explain we were testing our sneakiness. Still needs work. If they don't wake up, scream out loudly in joy of our success, for we have reached (insert threshold here) sneak skill!

[X] While traveling, explain our (probably) advanced ability to gain proficiency in skills, and ask them whether they think we ought to work on anything. Speechcraft is a skill too!
-[X] If they have no good suggestions, practice jumping. Measure jump height before and after training session.

Seriously. Let's jump now. Please?

Edit:
AGILITY-30:
Security-5,
Sneak-25,
Marksman-5

This was before this update. We are apprentice level by default. If we reach journeyman (50), will we get flavor text or a new spin on our abilities?

Edit2:
PERSONALITY-NA:
Illusion-5,
Mercantile-5,
Speechcraft-NA

Apparently speechcraft isn't a skill for us.

-[X] "It occurs to me that these younglings want to go fight a bunch of sneaky assassins likely armed with all sorts of poisons and nasty enchanted weapons. Therefore, it would behoove them to learn how to DODGE!"
--[X] Toss water on them

[X] Discuss ways our two little mages might be able to leverage some synergy with their respective specialties.
-[X] With DODGE interrupts as needed to keep them on their toes.
--[X] Work in jumping somehow, maybe sneak off to the side and then leap out from the humorously tiny cover?

Yes I just got done binging TFS DBZ Abridged. Why do you ask?

I wonder.

If we were to take a map and mark down places we've been to, picked up our mini mages, pointed at a mark on the map, said "Fast Travel," closed our eyes, and started walking, would we just appear at our destination?

"We will run all the way to [Insert Destination Here], while yelling how great we are to ourselves!"

On real world biology, you do not want to be working on your top running speed while trying to cover distance.

In Oblivion biology? Who knows?

I know but we are fighting deadly assassins with mommy issues.
We need to be able to run in order to escape when things go hairy.

It is the utmost of importance to fix this.
[X] While traveling, if you can grow daggers out of your head then you can grow facial expressions, practice this.

Figure I might as well.

To be held in abeyance for an appropriate time: Mini-Omake!

Disclaimer: I have no idea why this site is named what it is. So I'm just gonna go with my headcanon!

As you walk along, you turn to look at Morlia and ask lightly, "How far do you think you can throw a stone?"

Morlia looks at you in confusion, but she's gotten used to weird questions from you and decides, wearily, to go along for now. "I don't know, maybe a hundred yards?"

You chuckle. "Ah, but I am a daedra, and with my strength I can probably throw a stone farther, maybe two hundred yards, or even three." She glares at you, and you hastily clarify. "But that isn't the point! Imagine you were really strong. Like, really strong. Stacked potions of strength with enchantment strong. How far could you throw a stone?"
That sets her thinking. "I suppose, you could throw a stone as far as the distant mountains?" You chuckle again, and she rethinks her guess. "Well, I mean, at some point it'd just fall off the side of Nirn. Wait." You can almost see the gears turning in her head as she realizes that yes, Nirn is a sphere, and there is no true 'downwards''. "Hm, it'd still come down, but maybe on another continent?"

You try to smile, with little success. "Imagine, that you were so strong, so unimaginably fast, that you could throw a stone quickly enough that it'd fall all the way around Nirn and hit you in the back of the head!"

You both laugh at the image, though you can tell she's disturbed by this line of thought.

Solemnly, you ask. "What if you threw it faster?"

And you can almost see into her head, the rock leaving her hand, flying around Nirn and around, and never coming down at all...

And you say, "About seven miles in a second. That is 'Fast Enough'."

Note: assumption is that Nirn's gravity is 9.81m/s^2, as Earth's.
[edit] Gave the wrong velocity, so embarassing!
