[X] Take Ludger for his morning-walk
[X] Make breakfast for everyone and surprise your mother
[X] Have Rico do her homework; slacking off is not a good thing

I definitely want to find a more secluded spot before trying out our magic and if we spend one more vote with Ludger we'll find out more about him, same goes with mom. The last one is more up in the air for me but since were going to school eventually might as well prevent something bad from happening.... DETENTION! *Thunder crack*

I don't actually. The...joys of being on the phone. It's actually under a button that looks like a page break.

Not following the logic. If the attack did almost no damage, perhaps she isn't supposed to do damage?

A mixture of instinct and the fact that hey, Rico actually has a spell for damage; not a heal like Eva and not a buff, either.

she's lost two husbands (at least, possibly two families) to Magical Girls

That one was a fail on my part; she only lost the twins' father after the war broke out.

Except here literally every human has a negative modifier to reacting well to MGs or something.

This is still a narrative-driven Quest. I decide beforehand whether someone dislikes Magical Girls and how much they do so.

Besides, I just want to note this for once to make sure you all are aware: you can upgrade your weapons to raise their Base Damage and your Magic Modifier.

Is it the same way we level up spells or is it different?

It is the same mechanic as for everything else. 10*[Current Level] EXP per level.

Edit: As a rule of thumb, this goes for everything with a level.

Interesting. Thanks for clearing that up! Just three more questions.

One, can we level things up by training them and not by exp?

Two, I looked through the character sheets. Primordial Moon's healing went up from 35 to 36 it seems.

And three, how does the level up gains affect spells? Like, what is the measurement of how much stronger they get?

1) No, it is the other way around: you have to train to properly work with the increased power you get through buying things with EXP; of course you can get new things if you have a clever idea, but the chances for that are not good

2) In fact, it went from 40 to 36 because I changed the formula around.

3) Each spell has its own growth formula to calculate its damage and Magic Modifier; they do get additional abilities if you level them far enough as well. If you want to find out how they have changed after increasing their level, you have to try them out.
I am also going with CW's measure of how damaging something is: an attack even without an ability that damages the surroundings (Detonate, Collateral Damage, Apocalypse) starts destroying your surroundings when its damage surpasses 20k.

And no, I am not giving you the formulas. Have fun finding out on your own. :V

...additional abilities?

...um, that sounds...both good and bad.

Also, is it possible to combine Moon's healing and Sun's damaging in some way into one attack? Or do we need to try that out in-character?

Then I vote to try this as soon as possible guys!

Also, are there level caps for spells? Because we have a level requirement for Supernova.

I will tell you if you reach them.

[X] Make breakfast for everyone and surprise your mother

[X] Continue examining your connection; there has to be something there

[X] Go into the basement to examine your magic; maybe you can find out how it works?

[X] EXP Plan
-[X] Shell of Light

I can see the value in being able to take a hit

But then we really will need to boost our healing

After letting our white mage survive a hit too please.

[X] Go through your situation with Rico; what can you do now?

We should first level our defense and HP and then we can see how we boost our dmg. I still think our heals are strong enough. (Our heal still heals 50% of our complete HP, that is enough (for now) and our abilitys of surviving and do a bit dmg is a bit more important. But Kinigget has the point, that we shouldnt forget to rise it later along with our gear.)

My level plan: Defense and HP, then Dmg and heals along with our gear.

Isnt it obvious that Rico is the DD and Eva at least the healer? Maybe Eva can learn other stuff too, like buffs and so on.

And the part with humanity ... humanity was even in the eyes of the dark/evil dudes to extreme/scary. Therefore it is way too risky to inform anyone of our situation. I think the best change of mind we can accomplish is that they dont think we are outright evil and demons that must be killed. But more like that we just have a timer before we reach that formentioned evil state.

Good plan!

Eva is key!

Well, when you have no chance, a person becomes a cornered animal. Very dangerous.
