Fair enough. But if we're hanging back, Autumn is the one to be the first one seen. The one likely to get the first attack of the enemy on her. And, since I am assuming CWMGQ move order rules are a thing here, the one to act first to respond to attackers.

Also, we are moving towards the sounds of fighting, so enemies are already busy with someone else.

It's not a guarantee by any means - but it's a better option than moving to a suspiciously silent area, an intermittent sounds of fighting area, or to inhuman screams area.

This is a fairly safe bet, though; especially because the turn system is explained on the front page.

I am leaning towards 2 EXP-Options: First one is that one from Kinigget and the other is that with saving the points from flight, because that bit speed isnt enough (but maybe really helpful) and we have options left.
The next thing is about getting Veil of the Lunar Goddess, because it is a SUPER-Ability, I expect much from it (if it is not worth it EXP I will complain at Naron until he changes it :V). BUT after that I really think Evas defense is done for the next updates and we can focus EXP on rico and her attack-power.

About the Plan with Going Autumn, because her buff remains in the whole area we can maybe go elsewhere and try to find some survivors but then we need to be carefull, because even Ludger cant tell the difference between friend and foe just now.
The next thing is the following: We shouldnt just tell what we can do, but we should ask what Autumn can do, too. She has 4 spells and 3 of them are unknown. She even was within a team (four seasons) and maybe even is in possession of buffs, or at least helpful tipps how we can help her with our abilitys.

Despite all of that we should add some specific commands how we will react when enemys appear. Until now it was always better to specify it and Naron even hinted that without it it wont go as we wish.

But one last time back to the options: I truly believe that everyone of them is at some sort not perfect and/or a trap.
Hiding = we will most likely be found or it will succed but we wont get EXP
South = Defenitly some sort of Monsters or MG-fights (most likely of that sort go there and you are right between the claws of 2 monsters)
North= it is silent ........ silence on a battlefield is NEVER a good omen ... therefore trap
East = most likely in control of the enemy but with a bit luck or godwill of Naron there wont be incredible strong monsters or MG´s

Somehow every choice seems like the bad one but i tend to go west. We can still try to sneak around and use burning flames to hide our glowing and scout. If we can do something then good and if it is far too risky we can withdraw and bring autumn information.

That is a really really tough decision. We even have a possibility to reduce dmg (Rico), block multiple hits from a few soldiers (Eva and a shoot from 1 soldier shouldnt do much dmg against us after getting defense up to 10) and we have a chance to evade attacks.

These are my 2 pennys of thoughts about this ....... besides the fact that this balanced reflections do knock us out, which makes me worry a bit, but i dont think it will happen amidst of a fight.

Evas defense is done for the next updates and we can focus EXP on rico and her attack-power.
Going to be honest here, 32% expecting to meet with a second season. Also expecting it bare minimum of giving us 75 EXP each from the meeting. Oh, and I am very tempted for our Aura on the hopes that it might not effect just us but also people within a certain range too that we consider allies. Passive buffs to allies are never a bad thing. Especially when fighting as part of a team. So I personally would like to get it after getting our super ability.

Kind of why I want to go there. Maybe foil an enemy trap before Kibo is got by it. Or help Kibo make a trap for the attackers.

As an aside, just letting things run on auto-pilot by not adding any write-ins will never yield perfect results. I gave you a direction to go, but there is no plan of action included.

Besides, what kind of plan can be made based on vague sounds? Enemy numbers, their stats, the quality of the troops, the landscape are all unknowns, or very vague estimates. There is not much space for applying our inner Tactical Genius (TM)

Plans involving going west, for example, assume there are survivors being executed by the enemy rather some stragglers from the invading force being mopped up - and we have no way to know which is which.

It was more of a general statement, actually. Mostly to make sure no one assumes the options I give them are the best possible ones.

As for basing what is going on on sound, this is sadly the only thing you have at the moment due to the situation you arrived in.

There are other tactical decisions to make, though.
Let us assume there is a trap being laid in the north for a moment, as someone assumed before. That is a reasonable assumption to make without further input.
It would now be up to the players to decide whether they want to try defusing this assumed ambush over what they expect the other directions to be about.

Granted, there will be no quick back and forth between choices; this encounter has three stages, each one adding another Season to the battle at its end. Each Update during the encounter will go until the next Season arrives and the overall results depend on where you go and what you do.
 
I really think this is a bad time to be grabbing one extra level in Flight.

That level isn't going to change anything about the immediate dangers, and costs 80 EXP that could otherwise go towards grabbing Veil of the Lunar Goddess next vote.

Grabbing the Health and Resilience upgrades that are prereqs for the super is enough for now.

I support Justinkal here, because I like it. My Idea was a bit more of going to the west, then going over the south up to going east. We dont need to fight if there is a problem. We can move a bit slower forward and look what awaits us. Then we can even say that if they dont think they can help/win or whatever we can retreat and at least we can scout it out and bring Autumn that information. We dont need to throw us ourselfs completly into the fights without information but we can gather these. Together with possible information from Autumn we can help them without killing enemys.

That are things we can determine directly and the concern with the landscape .... asking Autumn is in any way a good way to go. Even if she just gives us really short explanations and so on that will be at last more than we have now.

If I have missed something feel free to add things and even if you dont agree add your thoughts to it if you want.

Right now there's 6 votes saying to get both Health and Resilience of Moon to level 10 (the super prereq).

Of those 6 votes, right now 3 of them include the Flight level, 2 include no other upgrade, and the last adds a defensive 300 EXP shop item.

I am still thinking about it, but not just about the EXP-plan but about our other options too. Where i would love to hear other opinions like nevill did. XD

I'm honestly torn between the option of getting the two prereqs and nothing else vs getting part of the way (but not all the way) to each prereq but also grabbing the defensive ability.

Yep I stand between a few of them myself, but i think we will have 1-2 days to decide.
 
Honestly, Patience is a Virtue is a risk I'm willing to take which is why I made it in the first place. If all works well, we finally get Eva her tanking power.

this is partly for the reason already stated. any serious fight will damage us and our stuff, but also to get rid of the -1 flight level.
stashing it leaves it less likely to get damaged in my opinion.

we have only one person which can give us some guidance here, and we should not run away from her.

it's important for her and us to know what each can do, sadly there is only limited time to convey information, so we should give the most important. and Moon may save quite a few lives here today, and return allies to the battle.

this are sadly vague, because we know little of the details of the battle.
 
one thing I want to bring up just so I don't forget to type it later is not so much a full vote but a recommendation for if we go with autumn and try to heal.

It's basically to set up a "healing camp" for autumn and others to bring wounded to, with eva healing and rico acting as a line of defense with the more severely wounded taking first priority. we could ask autumn (who I assume has a good mental layout of the area) where we could set up camp and ask her to look for people to help bring wounded there. This plan would also help ensure autumn doesn't need to worry about defending us as much and can even send us to an already existing camp/place where someone can even show us who needs healing the most.

I just really don't like the idea of getting separated from autumn or not healing the people who need to get back in the fight. plus I'm not sure but I think there's a limit to the number of times eva can heal safely so having a set of priorities would help us get more done in less time.
