That's what I asked. How do you even see an opening like this? What do you say? Because I can't visualize it in any appropriate way.

I can see Dragou's, since we would prefer it if we were friends and not a bully/victim, and it isn't in direct speech.

...but yes, "we just want to help" would be saying the same without walking on any landmines.

Saying we want to be friends... There's a high chance she'll reject the statement and thus widen the gulf instead of shorten it. You're better off opening with some variation of "We just want to help."

What I had in mind is similar. How should I explain it?
I will try to explain.

Naturally I wouldnt bring it up as the first thing but more like getting her that feeling. From helping her and maybe suggest her to be friends with her even if she bullied us and that we would prefer beeing her friend than rather her victims of bullying. That could give her a feeling of not beeing alone and could help her calming down.

That was my intention an a simple way. Naturally the thing with helping her would be the more safer opening on that topic and could avoid landmines. But I think Anastasie will feel even more isolated because she is a MG now. With that we could give her something she can cling to.
Maybe there are better ways and I hope you understand what I mean.

PS: I hope Naron wont differ between them and take them more as a general direction. If necessary i can edit my vote too. Should I do it or is it ok that way Naron?

However, @Nevill, you kind of forgot to add an EXP plan to your latest vote. I only count the newest version, so you would not have a plan going for yourself.

I didn't vote for it before either. I am largely indifferent about character building, as I wasn't around during CW's quest and don't know the system all too well. I'll let others decide and will work with whatever is available.

Running sounds appealing in that Rico and Eva will be safe from any immediate trouble but if there's a way out for all three of them...

By the way, I was thinking...
So far, I put the Upgrades into the Update proper so people would not have to look through the thread to find them again. But someone reading through the whole thing would get thrown out of it each time an Upgrade comes in...
Hm.

Another idea would be to put the Upgrades up separately and threadmark them under Informational.

Does anyone have preferences in that regard?

I personally think it's nice. Easier to find the upgrade, and it tells you what the players were thinking at that point in time.

The main reason I stopped reading Crystalwatcher's quest part way through is because I couldn't see which vote had won. Nor know what was upgraded.
 
It's fine as it is. They are compact enough to skip them if people aren't interested in all the mechanical trivia, and you can look up the character growth if you want to get into it.

Hey Naron, just from pure curiosity, since this probably won't happen for awhile, but if we buy something thats description is all ? marks, do we learn what it does? I'm probably being stupid, but it never hurts to ask.

You would be pressing your luck on that, though, seeing that those are expensive and you do not know what they do beforehand.

Bianca's "Commander" mode voice is... loud. Loud and angry.
That in combination with this line would have been... bad. Especially with Anastasia right behind you, hearing what you say.

Well... true.
However, the only time the girls actually heard anything aside from the calm and quiet voice was after they actually managed to make her angry; Rico would still default to that one, mostly because she does not know any other that would fit "Commander".
