Oh, no this is very bad, especially is we plan to do a more complex operation in the future. Thank god the vote is actually not a tie this time, because I am sure our sect would split if we have discipline this low.

And apparently, we literally debate with our fists. Maybe it's just me, but I think this is a bad precedence for our future conflict resolution. Well, internal one anyway, no one care if we punch reactionaries.

Well, other than because caste is even worse than serfdom, I also want to know more about the world outside Vaspukaran.

Seriously, we still doesn't have doctrine about women yet, if we can't codified this now where people actually see people fight and died like a man in a fight against originators, then I don't know when we will.

Added two clarifying line about something:

Qanam has written that the Patriarch is amenable to special status for Metamoa so long as its villages respect the authority of the Grand Sanhedron to make laws, and any proposals of Vashti's prophethood firmly stops. This is expected to be a simple enough task, as for all of Qanam's loose talk, it is a principle agreed by all schisms and orthodoxy that Amalgast is the ultimate prophet, and none may succeed him in having a direct connection with the hidden divine. She is a great woman and a hero, but she is surely no prophet.

One thing that I didn't see pointed out is that Ma'on vote not only picks a target, but it also picks which methods will Ma'on (and HaKhofshim) learn. So for Orphanages we have:

All in all, they seem pretty obvious - how to use local institutions to contest Patriarchal one (which might not be popular in the current climate, and all the more necessary for it), how to directly mobilize and channel the power of the crowd and how to use the press to affect general opinions and push through the changes with them. And considering the general disposition of our sect, the rather overwhelming choice of the locale on which we will focus and the fact that other sects (to me) seem less suited for it, I think the best method to learn here is the second one. We already have Amalists that can use local institutions, we already have Iconoclasts and Cofessionalists that use the press well, but this kind of mass street mobilization seems to be very suited for Pugulists.

Switching from orphanages to education because I don't think learning PR for Ma'on is a good idea.

    The present state of HaKhofshim is one of abundance. We are strong, we are numerous, and we are growing. However, such abundance is like a large quantity of pure water poured into a too-small vessel; rather than contain it, we overflow, and that strength is lost. We must enlarge our vessel, and provide the means for its own self-enlargement. Thus will we progress from a small sect, tucked into the corner of the theopolitical discourse, into a grand organization befitting our ideals and goals.

    The smallest possible group is of course the disciple: a single individual filled with righteous fervor and a calling to strike down evil. However, no matter their commitment, one person cannot fulfill every task by themselves, nor should they. A partnership would be preferable, but even the doubling of physical and moral force might be insufficient. Instead, the smallest practical group should be the trinity: three disciples, united in purpose, with two supporters capable of backing up the primary actor on any occasion. With three points of view, any topic might be comprehensively discussed, and multiple perspectives both heard and considered.

    Lest that trinity be overwhelmed, however, it should be supported by a second trinity, ready to bolster its numbers into a significant force at need. Coordinated by a prayer leader, these two trinities will form a sept, a seven-fingered fist that will serve as the main striking force of the Free Disciples. Prayer leaders should be elected from among the members of the sept, with majority support from each of the two trinities, to ensure consensus and harmony between the two groups. Prayer leaders should not be considered sect officers, but rather senior disciples, within the common fellowship.

    When two septs come together, they form a cartim, a formation of 14 disciples capable of handling larger and more complex tasks on behalf of the sect. Under the same rules as the sept elections, the cartim must choose from among its number an ordinary, a sect officer who guides and represents that unit.

    Two carti will in turn form a rivarim, consisting of 28 disciples and their ordinaries. Each rivarim will elect a lector, who will lead prayer services by reading from the Sefer Ghadi and use those services to direct both the disciples and the ordinaries.

    Two rivari will form a navatim, consisting of 56 disciples and their officers. Each navatim will elect a cantor, who will set the rhythm for the performance of the angelforms and bring unity to the group in so doing.

    Five navati will form a shadvim, a greater sacred fist of 280 disciples and their officers. Shadvi are largely administrative groupings, and their elected chorister should be the one of their number most skilled in mathematics and logistics, conducting their work like a choir-master.

    Finally, five shadvim come together to create the hasrim, the ultimate sacred fist of 1,400 disciples and their officers. The hasrim is the greatest expression of sect power, a tremendous force of holy might. Each hasrim should be led by an elected rav, who serves as the uppermost of the sect's officers.

    As for the sect as a whole, it should be governed by a Council of Sages, to consist of the greatest and wisest minds of our number. Seven sages should serve: six ordinary sages and one great sage to guide them. They should be elected from the whole of the sect, and no sage should serve without at least majority approval of the sect.

    Lest my intent be mistaken, this cascade of fists should not serve as merely an organization for soldiers. While one sept may be comprised of committed fighters, another may consist of equally committed healers or builders. These support septs are as vital, if not moreso, to the sect as those who do battle. For every combat sept, there should be two support septs, providing them with vital aid to keep them in the fight.

    By restructuring our sect along these lines, or something like them, we will guarantee that our structure is both flexible and clearly defined, able to break down or build up at a moment's notice. No crisis is entirely foreseeable, but if each member of the sect has known responsibilities and comrades around whom to rally, each crisis can be confronted on equal terms, without unnecessary chaos.

    Additionally, should the sect continue to grow (God be willing), then we can organize even larger units than the hasri as needed by applying the same principles. A unit of 7,000 or even 35,000 is not outside the realm of possibility, nor beyond our ability to coordinate, with this plan.

    Of course, I welcome the input of my fellow disciples, but caution against the proliferation of multiple kinds of organizations. If we are to adopt a structure, even one with parallel branches, it should be the same structure for all of our groups. Only in that way do we avoid calamity.
