I have no Ide why, but that idea amuses me. Anyway no and way off base. It's one of those thing I'd have to straight out say and explain in order to understand how terrifying it is. It's not something you could get just by guessing.

As for the sabotage, well they certainly aren't happy. To quote my mental version of John "No one gets off that island until we know how many times they sneezed in primary school!"

Look him up in fandom wiki though his daughter has not died yet so he would be the same as John feel on hybrids it's only after her death he started to clone her. No they would not become something like you, it just be a very painful and terrifying way to die.
Pretty much, it's why you are a trap. On the surface level your blood is perfectly compatible with humans, enough to be a viable donor. Until you realize you are way to compatible, and your regeneration tries to fix things.
