How about people calm down and realize that star platinum even without time stop can just demolish sabaton, so can silver chariot and the hand and magicians red and so on and so forth, until it's fully unlocked sabaton is in no way even close to the upper tiers, 5 humans even if they are armed and skilled are very little threat to someone with a stand.

@Sinsystems - For Sabaton, the adjustments that are needing to be made are appearances as Maki doesn't know who Avdol and Iggy even are. It might subsequently change the appearances of In regards to the Spirits, I think there should be a limit into regard of who Maki summons. That being Maki has to contract the spirits herself with her Stand. This will give a sort of balance as both user and spirit must be in agreement of when they are used.

The weapons would, at the very beginning be very small or easy to summon for the first go around. Maki isn't skilled in her Stand yet, so this would be reasonable. It takes time to learn and progress in skills. If there is a show of how Maki in the beginning doesn't have many skills but gains more and grows stronger, it'll outright improve Sabaton in quite a few ways and be more viable for selection.

@The Oldman - For When She Shines, this Stand is plenty good. Although a question of mine is, does For When She Shines use her blade for attacks, too? Even if her Destructive Power isn't high right now and it has an A in Learning, it's just a general question that I want to know.

@Varano - Yes, that is true. However, this is involving game balancing here. It's important in regards to actually having a proper, functioning Stand. Unlike Josuke who has used his Stand for a while, Maki hasn't really used her Stand, hence why for the record Maki's Stand could potentially well... evolve.

Alright making the adjustment with her having to make a contract by communing with the dead. Although I'm going to need some clarification on the second part about the weapons, the phrasing is confusing me a tad.
 
The weapons, what I meant by that, is more weapons suitable to her build and then as it progresses, like when her Stand gets stronger, she'll be able to handle more powerful weapons as time goes on is what I meant. Sorry for the confusing phrasing there.

Okay so basically we'd start with standard Delinquent weapons (Spiked Baseball bat) and then move up to proper weapons like a anti-material sniper rifle.

Yes, but only on rare occasions as it's kinda big and also crystal-like.
If there are any ORAORAORA moments I imagine WS2 gently kissing the blade, setting it down on the floor, then go for it.

@Sinsystems - Ah, yes, this functions much better mechanically. Although is Sabaton still planned to be just a regular white cloud then, or is there no different appearance that you have in mind? Sorry, I tend to ask lots of questions because I'm quite an inquisitive person.

@The Oldman - I see then, thank you for answering that. Another question, thinking considering that she's not aiming for more destructive power, and seems to be more a support type, just using the blade more of setting up lines rather than a sword, then does eventually WS2 use the sword as the hack-n'-slash weapon that it is? Just curious about that part.

Although it seems that everyone is either being on Sabaton or on Blue Öyster Cult from what it looks like to me. This is quite interesting to see everyone seriously thinking about the Stand and what Stand everyone wants Maki to have, which I encourage. After all, a Stand shouldn't be easy in creation, and creative minds when jumping into the fray can throw out quite a few ideas.

Well the White Cloud shape is mostly to facilitate it easily shifting into the weapons or contracted spirits, but you are free to alter the appearance for the sake of the story.

... you know is this site seems to have a habit of making their stands borderline useless.
But anyways the evolve bit is already covered in that it requires "a true warriors spirit" which you as the GM chose when it becomes a thing but with with your modifications sabaton is honestly just another case of borderline useless stand so vote change.

It's a real shame considering how awesome and interesting sabaton was, but awesomeness doesn't compensate for ineffectuality.

Oh I'm so dumb! I didn't think of another way to use it!
Let's say yes. WS2 uses the sword as a normal one, yet it could use slashes that missed the target, intentionally or not or not to set up lines as she strikes. If the enemy doesn't notice what our protag is doing, she will have already completed the area before they know what struck them.

Actually, now thinking on that, the modification actually is a bad idea. Although it seems to be hard to balance to make sure of what's OP and what's not OP. So in reality, my input really just didn't help at all here, hahaha. This is why I don't really do well in inputs for whether it's OP or not, because I do understand that nobody wants a useless Stand. Nobody wants that. And as GM, I should take responsibility in that regard. Because that was a bit irresponsible of me changing my mind like that on an ability that some people actually really liked.

Because it wouldn't be fair because of my advice that people switch their votes like that...

This part doesn't make sense to me. If it was something I'd written in the character profile, then maybe. What's with all these minuses for, then?? I edited it to be more consistent to have it describe the Speed, Durability, and the like without the minuses in front of the words.

Also, the SB Stand Maker. I'm not sure what it is, but I don't recommend using it in creation of Stands here. Because not only does it seem to not fit with the guidelines like I set up, in general, the way that the Stand and how I'm seeing work isn't going to work very well the way it is now, for sure. Considering it just doesn't feel like it fits very well into the series in general and that's generally how I feel about it in regards to that.

It's just the spacebattles stand maker thread.
The minuses are mostly there purely for separating the words, and are purely a representation for he's potential creations stats not including range. he s 'real' stats are flat out C's.

@Sinsystems Do you have Sabatons actual stats because from your posts you didn't show any. Also for appearance maybe something like a huge dark humanoid coverd in scars wearing a 17 century military uniform that still exposes his chest.
Example:
Someone like this

Wearing something like this

My reasoning behind this it shows both the savagery and civilized appearance war can take also the uniform is the swedish one from the 17th century which relates to another Sabaton song Carolus Rex. This is just my suggestion though.
