Thanks for helping, @LostDeviljho. That is quite good to know for future references...

Oh, now that makes sense-- *looks closely at the vote line up*

Well, mostly everyone is agreed about shaking the bottle... but now there's four choices who are tied in regards to being picked, from what it seems...

[X] Your dad had a high interest when it came to medicine. If you're going to keep doing this, you might as well have the basics under your belt in case you aren't near Josuke.

[X] Shake the bottle.
[X] Try to explain and demonstrate stands: even if Ryohei can't see them, he would notice the table stand becoming as soft and heavy as the couch, or a large wound healing itself in an instant.

Last minute vote ho, lets learn some medicine and try to demonstrate our stand.

Alright, getting the show on the road and I apologize for such a delay. I just needed all these votes cleared up that's why I kept them open for a bit longer. With this, votes are officially closed now. I'm getting myself into writing gear. Full speed ahead, y'all.

That's weird, your tally didn't automatically order them by number of votes.

Yeahhhh, let me fix that there to make sure it is all correct. I might have dun goofed as usual. I just really wanted to get the show on the road. I'll make sure that this mistake won't happen next time. :V

EDIT: There we go, all corrected. I swear voting won't get this chaotic again. Eh. Who am I kiddin'? It always throws me for a loop...

You were just wanting to do this one thing. You wanted to shake the bottle and see what it felt like for Aqua Necklace to be in pain. You had shook it with a mischievous grin, knowing that it was probably a bad idea. But it was fun. Seeing him squirm and tremble at the power you had over him. The bottle was sturdy enough since it was just reformed but Jotaro glared at you.

"Stop shaking the bottle, you idiot. What if it breaks again? You caused that last time, remember?" His sharp words reminded you of your previous action and he had his hand outstretched. "Give the bottle over. Before you do something stupid."

"Can't let a girl have her fun it seems. You're almost like an old man already, ya know." You commented with a pout.

"I'm twenty-eight, I'll have you know." Jotaro snipped back, removing the potential threat from your hand.

"Wow, you really are, ya know..." You gave a dead-pan look. "I'm sixteen. I don't want to be boring like you, ya know..."

Jotaro glared at you silently. He didn't even retort back, he just looked away. Until he finally figured out what he wanted to say. "Maki, you really ought to treat your elders with respect. You don't want to see me angry..."

Getting in between of you two, Josuke inwardly groaned. "Please calm down. We kinda have my grandpa to deal with right now..."

And that was because Ryohei was tapping his foot, looking at the three of you. There was no way around it. You all had to explain. But how? Stands weren't able to be physically seen. Because of that, it made this much harder. It took what felt like an hour, when it was in reality just more than ten minutes or so, to compose up of an idea all together. They all had to put aside

"Wait." You held up your hand. "Idea of how to explain. He can't see the actual Stand. However! He can see what they do... I mean he's already seen that."

"Y-Yeah!" Josuke replied immediately. "I mean, you can't see, but those are our Stands at work. Seriously. We mean it, grandpa. If wounds start sealing left and right, then... that's because of my Stand. Crazy Diamond's ability is restoration after all... it can revert things back to normal."

"That when you got injured, your wounds suddenly disappeared without warning?" Ryohei had questioned.

You had given a confident smirk. "Yup, that was Josuke's Stand. My Stand's ability, When She Shines, has property transference, ya know. I call it property exchange because it sounds cooler, but eh. That's just me, ya know. Like this!"

Giving a quick demonstration, you had When She Shines switch the property of your weight with the weight of a pillow and sat on the table with ease, feeling no discomfort in the slightest in doing so.

"Which explains why things suddenly starting to not behave as they normally should as objects... Anyways, I think I get the picture now. Just don't cause trouble with your powers, for lord's sake. Heaven knows that people with power like that..." Scratching his head, he had grunted. "Never mind. Just don't do anything stupid. Your powers aren't play toys. I'm going to take a nap in my room. Or at least try. This already has been quite a long day..."

You blinked. He was right. It looked like it was getting closer to sunset. You had thought about what to do. You weren't really in use when it came to the medicine department or the treatment department. Josuke was the one who was able to do that with a snap of his fingers with Crazy Diamond... And you couldn't rely on Josuke for every little thing. You recalled that your dad had an almost ingrained interest when it came to medicine. He had tons of books at the house. You weren't sure if any of them would be quite useful for your fights, but...

Might as well give it a try, right?

Pulling out book after book from your father's shelves in his study, trying to find medical books for beginners. You, of course, reversed the process on yourself and the pillow. You couldn't stay like that forever. And you said your good-byes to Josuke, Jotaro, and Ryohei, as well. You were relieved that you were able to help Ryohei. Although you felt like that was a miracle. Toying with miracles was something that only gods could do. Did it meant that fate just happened to be kind that one moment and spared Josuke's grandfather? ...Or did it mean that worse things were coming up?

Your father was a kind man, who encouraged you to learn beyond your means, saying that knowledge was power. That if you learned, the more powerful you were. You debated on that topic quite a few times with him. It was an interesting subject. Strength or knowledge. Brains versus brawn. You could never truly say you definitively believed in either topics. You tend to not debate about a lot of things, you've come to realize. Soon you found the books that you needed through your listless thinking.

"Basic Medicine 101... 102... hm. Both of these books are not too thick, but..." You observed, as you winced at the page amounts. "Not exactly how many I expected."

"Found the books, Maki?" Your dad popped in. He was tall. Not as insanely tall as Jotaro, but tall enough that it can intimidate you sometimes. You must have inherited his blue hair. Mom also joked that you inherited your father's brains as well. Although it was a very light joke in this regard. "Medicine is utterly fascinating. I have a few notes here and there regarding about medicine. Not sure if that'd help but..."

"It'd help plenty, ya know." You said with a gentle smile. You placed the books down on the table in his study and pulled him into a hug. "Thanks, dad. Love you."

Your dad hugged you back and gave you a head pat. "Your welcome. I love you too. Oh! I know you might be ready for your studies, but when you can, come down and visit down for dinner."

"Actually, I'd like dinner first, ya know."

After the lovely dinner that your father had prepared, you had made sure that you grabbed the books and opened them up. You were reading through them. The basics seemed like you would be able to learn in a snap. You weren't sure how much you would make progress. Especially considering tomorrow Anjuro might show up... no. You had to think about the medical things, first. You had set up some piano music in your room. As much as you disliked studying, music made it easier to just get wrapped up in things and to keep on going.

Your eyes were glued to the text. You practically were putting it to memory. You really weren't the one that patched others up. That usually was somebody else's deal or that girl's special talent. She was good at these sort of things. You were more of an... enforcer, if you thought about your position? You needed to play more RPG games... you surely were in a class of your own.

Acquired Skill: First Aid - You can't say you are a professional, but at least you know the basics in case something happens. Look at the Character Profile for knowledge on Maki's new skill.

Checking the time on your clock, you had stared. It was about... hm. Was it really nine pm? You found it hard to believe. That meant you spent practically two hours or so reading up just the basics, this included sprains, broken bones and the type of things to put in a first aid kid. God, medicine must be really complicated. You had to give the doctors and nurses some credit: who would have the patience for reading all this material?

You still have some time before tomorrow. You're sure that something big will happen tomorrow...

Any choice picked, including write-in, will immediately start the next day.

[] You want to experiment with your Stand and see what When She Shines can do.
[] Put together a first aid kid. Surely dad wouldn't mind if you borrowed some medical supplies.
[] Spend time with your dad. After all, family is important.
[] Time for bed. You are tired from studying and tired from the events of today!
[] Write-in.

Hello, everyone~ I am here checking up on votes and we need more of them since there isn't really enough to make a proper vote pool and to be able to get the show on the road. I'll give you all until about 12/3 at 6 pm, Eastern Time, which is my time, in order to get some more votes in. This should give plenty of time to have more votes come in because votes are valuable. Thank you for your participation! :3

Might raise some questions from him but we could probably explain that its just for emergencies if out on a field trip or something like that.

...And this why, everyone, I shouldn't do time limits on votes, because now it's way after the time I planned to get it closed and got distracted by shopping from earlier and various other things.

If you want to submit your votes in now, go ahead and feel free to do so. Let's not worry about the time limit.

I apologize forgot about the time limit and kinda just got lazy about the vote sorry and thought I still had a bit of time so sorry about that.

No, no, I'm doing away with the time limit. If people want to vote now, vote now. I'll close up the votes in an hour or so.

...And only to realize that I screwed up about the time limit thing... I apologize for that, everyone. I'll just write up the story post and get the story on the road. No more delays. Got to get the plot going and get action set in place again.

Well, since you had time... you might as well make a first aid kit. You knew that there were medical supplies around the house. And because of that, you would certainly be able to put together a first aid kit. Considering the fact that your mom and dad had a tendency to get cuts and scratches here and there, you wouldn't blame them for keeping bandages and the like around. It was for safety, after all.

"Say, dad? Can you help make me a first aid kit, ya know?" You poked your head through his study door after knocking and resting against the door frame.

Your dad, who was studying from one of the books in hand, had looked up and gave an inquisitive smile. "Sure. What for?"

"...Well, I want to try and put one together. Not saying anything bad will happen. I just want to try, ya know." You explained, as best as you could, without mentioning Stands and all the battles you went through and are about to go through in the future.

"I see." Shutting the book and placing it on the table, he had risen from his chair and he had placed a hand on your shoulder. "Well, I'll help you out. Now, the first thing about a first aid kit must be portable. I'll lend you one of my first aid kit bags. It's not big, but it should be enough..."

It took a bit of time to compose a proper medical treatment set-up. It was filled with the basics in regards to bandages, like band-aids, gauze, absorbent compress dressings, cloth tape, antibiotic ointment... There was even antiseptic wipe packets, aspirin, a breathing barrier. Not only that your dad insisted on scissors and a thermometer, as well as tweezers.

"You never know, Maki. It can be the difference between life and death." Your dad gravely said.

"Dad, dad, it's not like I'm going to war or something like that, ya know..." You chided, although wouldn't fighting a bunch of Stands against bad guys technically count as a war? Maybe. Again, as much as your knowledge extended about Stands and their users, everyone has their own unique ability. And that meant you had a lot to deal with.

"I know your friend got wrapped up in a horrible incident. She is hospitalized until further notice. You were involved too much as a delinquent back then in Osaka. I'm not having a repeat of that accident. I really, seriously, don't want to see that happen again. And don't light your lighter near the rubbing alcohol. An open flame to that entire bottle there will be disastrous!"

"...Yeah. I know. Thanks dad." You quietly remarked. You really wished that event turned out differently for her. You closed your eyes. "I'm headin' off to bed, ya know. Night."

Heading off to do your nightly routine and heading off to bed, you had stared up at the ceiling of your bedroom. Had you done something back then... had your Stand fully have activated... could she had been saved from that explosion, back then?

The next day, you had headed off to Josuke's place after breakfast. Everything surely looked normal. Nothing felt out of place and you weren't in any immediate danger. Although you had a feeling something was off, still. You didn't trust your surroundings. You had gotten attacked out of the blue once, considering Dorothy's sudden appearance, too. Speaking of Dorothy and coming back to the thought that she knew of you... Since you never got around to that topic with Jotaro due to Aqua Necklace, could you be able to talk to him at last about that...?

You had bumped into somebody and tumbled backwards. You rubbed your forehead, since you both literally knocked foreheads. "S-Sorry... I wasn't watchin' where I was goin', ya know... I hope I didn't..."

And then you saw a beautiful girl. She appeared to be around your age. Her silky black hair. Her amethyst eyes. Everything about her positively sparkled. And because of this, you had to take a moment, even when she was picking up your things and placing them back in the proper place in your first aid kit and then she helped you up. Damn was this girl strong.

"No, I apologize. I should have been more careful. I'm Yukako Yamagishi. What's your name?" Yukako said with a kind voice.

"Maki Kunikida." You introduced, still feeling in a daze.

"Well then, I see you are from the same school, judging your uniform. Let's chat sometime. I have places to be, but we'll see each other again at school. Have a good day!" Yukako seemed to be quite friendly enough. Her elegant, lady-like posture... were you ever jealous of how composed she was. She reminded you of your older sister...

With that in mind, you had carried on and got to Josuke's house safely. You gave a look around once more. Just to make sure. When you felt like you were safe, you had knocked on the door to be greeted with an immediate response of the door opening and heading on inside. It seemed that Aqua Necklace was still in the bottle and it was on the table. There was no sight of Josuke's mom and Josuke's grandpa around, it seemed.

"Maki, you haven't seen Anjuro on your way here, per chance?" Jotaro quizzed, throwing you for a loop.

"No... I only saw a classmate from school, ya know. It looks like nothing is out of the ordinary." You responded automatically.

"Figures... That means we don't have a clue when or where he'll pop out from." Josuke interjected, as he had been glaring at the Stand the whole time. "At least he's quiet for now..."

You had sighed. "Well. All we have to do is wait, only a day has passed and--"

The sound of glass shattered coming out from somewhere within the house had caused the three of you to be on alert. You could hear the creaking footsteps, a signal that somebody was searching through the house. You kept your breath quiet. You had no idea how to react to this. It seemed that Jotaro and Josuke, too, were unsure of what to do as well. It was only a day passing that Aqua Necklace had gotten captured.

What do you do now in regards to the intruder...?

[] Go and investigate the room where the glass shattered with...
-[] Jotaro. You need to talk to him about Dorothy at some point anyways.
-[] Josuke. You know your best friend will have your back.
[] Set up a trap. You aren't going to risk going up there.
[] Grab the bottle. If Anjuro was coming after Aqua Necklace, you know exactly what he wants...
[] Write-in.

Shit. Dorothy?

-[X] Look around for things that you could get useful proprieties from in a fight and set up lights touching them. Do not investigate until you are prepared for a fight.

I approve of your vote, that is an option. And it's a surprise. I'll keep you all in suspense for sure. ...Hm. Thought everyone would be jumping at the fact that Yukako appeared early to Maki...

For now, indeed. Yukako doesn't know how close Maki is to Koichi, yet.

Also, if you want me to change anything regards to voting this time around or the like, please let me know so I can fix it up for you guys. That way I can make things more enjoyable for everyone participating in the quest.

So yukako is in love with Koichi right now. It has been a while so I can't remember when she did fall.
