not going to see Wei is quite frankly not even an option, we are now a known factor and if we don't provide a suitable explanation for what the fuck went on in his city then we're liable to just get hunted down and slaughtered/captured.
And trying to intimidate him is an absolutely horrible idea, for one we have precisely zero leverage and he's enough of an asshole to make us pay for even making the attempt, that or he'll kill us on the spot, I don't imagine he's in the best of moods at the moment after all.

--Bringing Capone to the meeting would depend on what will be discussed. Sieg's sudden appearance and origin in Lungmen will be brought up. And then the mess that happened. Capone being in the meeting would give some weight to what Sieg would say if we go for the full honest route with the big 3 of Lungmen. Another discussion point would be what Sieg will do after which would be the next points.
-Getting ourselves a really good surgeon to remove the Fairy Wound.
-Direction to Sal Viento and what could hinder us from going there.

Okay now that's just Blacklight considering he needs to eat people to increase biomass that is quite a drawback.
Hopefully he doesn't enter a phase where he wants to destroy the world or something like Mercer did in Prototype 2.

Meeting Wei and the Rat King is absolutely needed. Avoiding them just means Wei sends his Shadow Guard after Sieg, and while they ain't the top of the spec ops on Terra, they're still pretty lethal.
Sieg should be open and honest with them regarding what his goals are, what happened, and what they could do to prepare for a similar event in the future.
Wei's a terrible person, but he does care for Lungmen greatly and if we can give him good reasons as to why helping us helps his city, we'll get the support Sieg needs to get to Sal Viento.
We both stand to benefit here. Wei gets his information and the source of his troubles voluntary leaves Lungmen in exchange for information and resources that are a pittance for a city state.

The worst crimes Capone committed was property damage which Penguin Logistics usually gets up to, and killing mafiosos that neither Wei nor the Rat King care care about since they openly defied both of them.

I completely forgot about this. This means we probably really can't go to the meeting without Capone. With bad enough luck, he would be found by her exactly while we're busy.
Fairy removal would probably take Kal'tsit as a medic with much more than human experience.

Kal'tsit really is the only surgeon here who I imagine has the combination of trustworthiness and skill to extract the fairies in Terra.
If we are to head to Seaborn land we are going to need to bring a lot of jerky or non perishables for Capone and our gang. Given Capone needs biomass and the seaborn picked clean the entire coastline. It is probably better if we do not test what happens if Capone eats a seaborn.

Capone due to his EGO is either one of the very few or even unique individual who could eat and break down seaborn into biomass which can't do anything, or the nearly absolutely worst to eat them with no inbetween.

Holy hell we just hit the jackpot with our new hire. There's a lot of shit that EGO can do. Either way, for the meeting...Bringing Capone with us is probably gonna raise a few eyebrows; But this is arguably the best situation we could be in. We're meeting with the Rat King and Wei, but we have Abel in our head, and Emperor's able to vouch for us.

During her work as the personal assassin of Lord Ameer Hosni Seljuk, Smokestack became known as the "Hellfog," due to her unique smoke-based Arts, manifesting as a cloud of smoke she releases either through her mouth or through the projectiles of her gun. While she has refused to elaborate on the mechanisms or origins of her abilities, Smokestack's effectiveness is not to be underestimated.
Enemies that are touched by her smoke become extremely fragile- even highly resilient armoring will fall apart to her bullets. Smokestack herself is unaffected by this effect- if anything, she will become far stronger when operating inside her fog.

He is wanted in Kazmierz for the murder of the Stream Knight, Ella Lisiewicz. While there was considerable evidence pointing towards a case of self-defense, Danmaku fled the country all the same, claiming that he had "no time for fucking around in the court system" and that "he was sick of that shithole of a country anyway."

Operator Danmaku's weapon has been described as "an insult to guns everywhere" by other Operators. It is an extremely bulky blunderbuss, that appears to not really fire bullets as much as it explodes pieces of shrapnel towards the target. According to Danmaku, it was originally a very different gun, and its current state can be attributed to resource constraints forcing him to utilize low-quality black market replacements.
While Danmaku has displayed considerable accuracy with it, this is not really attributed to any qualities of the tool, but rather extreme skill of the user. If he did not have these skills, he would have likely killed himself with this primitive behemoth of a weapon already.
Operator Danmaku is also skilled in the usage of a cutlass.

It is not known who "Sieg" or the "Steel Determination" are. Even with this general aversion to performing anything then the bare minimum to remain in the job, Operator Danmaku's performance remains extremely high.

During her work as the personal assassin of Lord Ameer Hosni Seljuk, Smokestack became known as the "Hellfog," due to her unique smoke-based Arts, manifesting as a cloud of smoke she releases either through her mouth or through the projectiles of her gun. While she has refused to elaborate on the mechanisms or origins of her abilities, Smokestack's effectiveness is not to be underestimated.
Enemies that are touched by her smoke become extremely fragile- even highly resilient armoring will fall apart to her bullets. Smokestack herself is unaffected by this effect- if anything, she will become far stronger when operating inside her fog.

Operator Smokestack is extremely reserved and a quite heavy smoker. She has been reported to smoke continuously through the entire day, even while sleeping. However, medical examinations have not reported any signs of lung damage.
Other operators have attempted to socialize with her, even organizing a surprise welcome party. Operator Smokestack successfully predicted the location where the party would be, walked in, took the entire cake, walked away and ate it alone in her living quarters through the week.

He said he had heard that Nicole was here and wanted to check up on her. He did not say this in this exact manner- he was considerably more aggressive.

Operator Danmaku is a mercenary and self-described "killer for hire." His true name is unknown, but he usually refers to himself as "Sleepy." He is wanted in Kazmierz for the murder of the Stream Knight, Ella Lisiewicz. While there was considerable evidence pointing towards a case of self-defense, Danmaku fled the country all the same, claiming that he had "no time for fucking around in the court system" and that "he was sick of that shithole of a country anyway."

Operator Danmaku's weapon has been described as "an insult to guns everywhere" by other Operators. It is an extremely bulky blunderbuss, that appears to not really fire bullets as much as it explodes pieces of shrapnel towards the target. According to Danmaku, it was originally a very different gun, and its current state can be attributed to resource constraints forcing him to utilize low-quality black market replacements.
While Danmaku has displayed considerable accuracy with it, this is not really attributed to any qualities of the tool, but rather extreme skill of the user. If he did not have these skills, he would have likely killed himself with this primitive behemoth of a weapon already.
Operator Danmaku is also skilled in the usage of a cutlass.

Operator Danmaku's personal philosophy can be described as "do nothing." He tends towards doing the absolute minimum to succeed in any task that he is assigned to. When questioned about this behavior by another operator, he neatly summarized his own ideas.
"Do nothing. This job does not care about you. Your boss doesn't care about you- they're not Sieg. Nobody is giving a single fuck. Tomorrow you're getting hit by a fucking bus and dying."
"What happens? They forget you and put someone else there. So just do nothing. Do nothing at every possible moment. If you have to do something, do the absolute fucking minimum."
"But it is most preferable to do fuck all. Sleep in. Take as many sick days as legally possible. There ain't nothing to be rushing for. We will all soon be dead so just fucking chill. It is not known who "Sieg" or the "Steel Determination" are. Even with this general aversion to performing anything then the bare minimum to remain in the job, Operator Danmaku's performance remains extremely high.

Imagining Linette as an operator is...honestly, the funniest thing- Her gimmick would probably be duping a random ally in some way, and something like Surtr x2 is both funny from the contextual standpoint and actually really strong.
