Carmen meeting one of Kaschey's heirs would be fun. They can be room mates in someone's head!
Then there's Amiya meeting Sieg. She's an mindreading empath so she should be able to catch Carmen in the act. She did the same thing to Kaschey.
There's actually a lot of entities in Arknights that would disapprove of Carmen's shenanigans and might actually have the power to stop her.
Amiyah is the obvious one.
The deathless black snake would probably despise Carmen, if they ever end up in the same person expect shoulder-devil shoulder-angel shenanigans except the angel wants to turn you into an abomination and the devil is a Ultranationalist bodysnatcher. Also the devil doesn't need you to sign a contract, merely agreeing with his philosophy can get you mind controlled.
The Sankta probably have the best chance: their society is one of the best on Terra, they're all empaths, and they've got a god…
thing that can actively mess with their biology and has its own rules. Not foolproof, but there's so many layers of security that I doubt Carmen can get a grip on any of them.
If she ever tries to distort Skadi it might be the closest thing to a mistake she can make. Ishar-mla: god of the seaborn, is currently taking a long nap inside her body, and the moment he wakes up there won't be a humanity for Carmen to "free" anymore.
The Sarkaz have all manner of Rituals and future-reading bullshit that would probably mess with her plans for them. Their homeland is awful and they're deeply persecuted though. Easy targets.
[x] Inform Penguin logistics that it'll rapidly become stronger and that the casualties will be in the tens of thousands at best, if isn't killed now.
