At most I'd comment on being from The City, with intent on the name being 'vague' causing confusion. but otherwise, yeah, I don't see a need to say anything at the moment.

I forgot to change my LINE placeholders into actual lines, lmao

Anyway, I reached 100k words! Thanks, everyone!

Bit off topic since Sieg seems like they're about to lay the smackdown Quintus-

The Nosferatu E.G.O weapon launched blood-shard projectiles?
...Nice to know someone knows that this unused sprite exists-

also-
100k words!

Quintus even before he evolved was surprisingly durable. Specter took a chainsaw to his skull and he lived through it. It's gonna take Sieg a bit of time to kill him unless we like lure him into the Seafiend horde while he's too angry to think.

That said, the One Who Watches is surprisingly strong since it can match the First to Talk now that it's in a human form. We can leave the two to fight it out. The Inquisitors are really planning to blow this city up, but if we're lucky, Irene might still be able to convince Dario to not do that, especially with Anita around who probably really doesn't want to see her home and everyone in it dead.

Kal'tsit's outside, and Arabella and Specter went to deal with Seafiend artillery. That leaves the Dreaming Current and Gladiia, the latter we haven't seen since our first encounter with her. She's probably on her way to meet with Specter? Can't really say where she is right now without clues, but considering her goals, that makes the most sense for her.

[X] Punch Quintus in the face and then tell him, "Arabella is just built different. Perhaps you should watch what you feed your pets next time."
-[X] Keep Quintus occupied, he's durable but not much of a fighter. You can probably keep him alive enough to give to Arabella.
-[X] Leave culling the numbers to Wympe, Capone, and Skadi. The Singer seems to know what she's doing.
-[X] Leave Adrien and the Herald to their fight. You can deal with whoever is left later.
-[X] Remember that the Dreaming Current is close. It hasn't shown its face yet, but the candy is proof enough that it's here.

Skadi Grade 1, Irene Grade 2, and Dario "above Grade 2."

None of Skadi's skills are reveal. Some of Irene and Dario are. They both have "Wedge" (Pierce +1 Power) and Dario have "Unrelenting" (immune to damage that deal 25 or below for the Scene once taken lethal damage) are Passive I recognized from LoR.

Kal'tsit overlooking all this with Mon3tr (I now wonder if the 3 means anything or if Kal was just being quirky). But yeah Gladiia is a big unknown considering we didn't even get a PoV for her.

Oh I actually know this bit: Kal'tsit and Mon3tr's artist made them for Pixiv Fantasia (an art collab thing on Pixiv) before Arknights came out. Mon3tr was called Mon5tr back then. It's just straight up leet speak, I think.

Oh I know that, but I meant in-universe if there's a reason. But now I just imagine Kal'tsit as a gamer and having a heated gamer moment. Raging on the mic in a long-winded takedown of how bad her team is.

Considering that she apparently talks like an Arbiter, I am imagining her just going on a several-minute tirade that details, very eloquently, how the noob that just got killed on her team is an embarrassment to their ancestors, their parents, their high school teachers, and even themselves and that they'll never get a girlfriend.

Her gloating over dead enemies is similarly verbose.

There is at least one video of her tirades floating around online with a stupid amount of views.

[X] Plan: A Story Just For You.
-[X]" How ironic that you caused this yourself and you're blaming me for it?... How about a story for your answers? I'm not really asking, so here it goes."
-[X] " Once upon a time, There was a little boy, a curious little boy, he lives by the poor fishing village under the care of the church. but that little place is not enough for him, He wants to go out, seek the new world, to break into the new frontiers with his Discovery, One day he heard a rumor...A big mansion upon the hill that holds all the answers one can seek, so he was excited, He wants to know so he ran and ran, up on the hill and in front of the mansion." Walk towards the priest, Kill anything that jumps for your head.
-[X] "Now this little boy is very brave. He was the bravest one out of all his classmates, He was always praised for being such a brave boy. So standing in front of this clearly haunted mansion, He walked in without a second thought, disregarding every nerve in his body telling him to run away as fast as he can, and without an invitation from the host." Walk up to the priest, disarm him.
-[X] " When he enters the mansion, he was stunned to discover such a grandiose and glorious place, the blood red carpets, and those astounding decor! He was extremely out of place, wearing those dirty clothes and a dirt stained face, but he doesn't care, He was excited, so he walks in, with those dirty paws of his, and start looking everywhere, turning everything upside down to find anything that might answers his curiosity, Ruining the place by his presence" Grab the priest by the throat.
-[X]"You know what happened to the boy?" Pull him close to your face and smile "Take a guess, I wasn't being that cryptic, you know?"
-[X] "He was found by the guards of the host, And was brought forth in front of the host, the great Nosferatu himself... And he was made into the midnight wine, for disrespecting the bloodfiends"
--[X] if Arabella Is here already, throw the guy into her arms, If not...
---[X] "Nosferatu send his regards" torn his head off.

"L+Raito+Don't care didn't ask+You're what 0 pussy does to a person+I probably fucked you ancestors+I rejected your mother's advances+Cringe+Cry about it+Skill issues" * but Arbiter flavor sound horrifying.

I'm still so mad they changed the 5 (S) into 3 (E) and didn't change the name... especially because you could argue mon3tr is pronounced "monitor", which would make sense for a doctor.

stay tuned for some kaltsit dialogue, theres probably something good in A Walk in the Dust I can grab.

A Walk in the Dust WD-5 After said:
Kal'tsit - Before I give you an answer, you must understand that, whatever your choice, it doesn't change the fact you are running away from your problems.
Kal'tsit - You have no way to survive, nowhere to go, and nowhere to run.
Kal'tsit - Are you prepared to accept the fact that your old life has already shattered to pieces? Do you understand it? Are you sure you are not just in a daze from this sudden turn of events?
Elliot - Stop acting so high and mighty...
Kal'tsit - If anger gives you a clearer head.
Kal'tsit - I will be going further north. Far away enough for you to leave everything in Columbia and Sargon behind.
Kal'tsit - I have to say. You've done very well.
Elliot - Are you mocking me...?
Kal'tsit - Much of what you do is rife with immaturity, and you let your emotions get the better of you. If you were a little older, I would indeed make a mockery of you.

We can't spend too much time fighting Quintus when we know the Dreaming Current could drop on Sieg at any moment. I say we lure him into the Seafiends and let them tear him apart.

[X] Punch Quintus in the face and then tell him, "Arabella is just built different. Perhaps you should watch what you feed your pets next time."
-[X] Goad Quintus into chasing after you and lure him near one of those explosive blood bags so you kick him into it and coat him in blood. Let him and the Sea Fiends tear each other apart while you wait for an opportunity to neutralize him as a threat.
-[X] Leave culling the numbers to Wympe, Capone, and Skadi. The Singer seems to know what she's doing.
-[X] Leave Adrien and the Herald to their fight. You can deal with whoever is left later.

Adrien, or… maybe not Adrien, is an unknown, though. His originally extremely unremarkable physique seems to have been uplifted, and he actually understands how to dodge. It seems to be something he's really good at- he's weaving through ever strike of that "Herald" without difficulties, and slowly whittling it down.

Hah, fitting for a coward.
-
I'd give at least one answer to Quintus just out of pity, you know? He spent a long time planning this, and all his plans were ruined because he's dealing with City dwellers and powers beyond his comprehension. Too much above his pay grade.

This sounds gucci-

This looks like a fine plan to me.

I don't think Quintus is a big enough threat to really impact Sieg's performance while fighting The Dreaming Current. Besides giving Arabella Quintus is probably a decent enough apology in Sieg's eyes since he blames himself for everything that's happened to Turb.

I realized that ignoring Quintus and being rude was really funny, but it's still not as funny as just plain not having the answer at all. Whatever happens, however badly his world is destroyed, whatever wonders and horrors we've unleashed, we just plain don't give a shit. We're profoundly uninterested in the specifics of whatever is going on, and we could find out what happened, but the total and unforeseen destruction of his entire world failing to be worth even our curiosity speaks to me very deeply. We're just a mercenary that happened to be here, and that's all it takes to destroy him. Just some guy who doesn't even care.

you're giving him too much credit. he's a chump and always will be. Even the actual herald and abyssal hunters he SHOULD be prepared for make a joke out of him.
