Actually, there is a reason: Arturia will simply assumes Illya will be taken care of. After all, Illya is an Einzbern, and someone like Arturia, who grown with normal (not Magus) sensibilities wouldn't even think that her own family will abandon her. Simple as that.

That too, thank you for articulating it better.

Actually, depends on what Juhabacht feed Illya, this might be not the case. If Illya needs to revenge against Arturia become her primary reason, then there is very little reason for her to not summon The Butcher of Camlan Hill, Juhabacht opinion be damned.
... There is a very good reason not to, actually.

Why would you summon someone whose legend is a mutual kill with a Avalon-less king Arthur?

As far as the Einzberns are concerned, Arturia is literally stronger then she has ever really been right now, given that the limits of what she needs to protect has gone from a self destructing kingdom to one boy. And that's ignoring the problem that Mordred is one hell of a wild card for anyone summoning her intentionally, given she's famed for, you know, betraying people.

You'd be way better off summoning Siegfried or something. It'd be easier too.

B-but angst!?

Joking aside; there's a lot of butterflies here, that'll be amusing to see, even if I find weird she ended working in costumer services.

Rin it's gonna have a fit, maybe Zouken will try to take advantages of them?

Want to see how Shirou ends with the tutoring of the, allegedly, best sword master in the planet.

And Gilgamesh; isn't clear if he died. It will appear in future chapters?

Well that just means there will be 9 Servants, with both "legacy Archer" and "legacy Saber"--
Wait, 10 if you count both Assassi--
No wait, 11 if Avenger counts--

I don't even know...

Omake (Non-Canon): Legacies of the Fourth War
So, for mix of something infuriating and D'Awwww (which probably non-canon)

In the end, her goal was clear. Even if it's against almost all of her sensibilities. Even if her every cell in her body screaming 'Don't do it'. Even if there's nothing more in the world she wished than shoved Excalibur through his mouth and simply erase this... this... Thing from existence.

"So, Arturia Pen- I'm sorry, Arturia Einzbern. What will you give? What will you do for the life of this Matou girl? What will you sacrifice to save her?"

Swallowing the bile, the hatred, the repulse, she spoke.

"Name your price, Priest."

****

Kotomine Kirei blinked. He certainly didn't see that coming.

Every soul he collected, all broken bodies he keep to sustain The Golden Archer.

All gone by a single slash.

"...Well, that's-"

"You never said anything about them, Priest. I can't save them, and obviously you wouldn't for whatever reason. But I can end their pain."

Felt much more calm, Arturia sheathed Excalibur.

"I didn't change the agreement. I kept my word. Let's keep it that way."

...That's one way to say it.

...Gilgamesh won't like this.

...Ah well.

****

"Promise me, Sakura-chan. Promise me you'll be there for Shirou-chan. Promise me you'll be there when I can't. I swore by my life and my honour I'll take care of you, but I don't know what will happen in the future. Promise me you'll be there for him."

Sakura wants to say something, but she can't say anything. How could she?

She who was abandoned by her family.

She who gave up all hope long ago.

And her saviour, asking her such a thing, like it was the most important thing in the world.

How could she gave any other answer than-

"Yes, Arturia-sama. I promise."

Despite knowing little to nothing about the Fate/ series, this story has hooked me. I look forward to seeing more of this, and I sincerely hope your interest doesn't die off like it seems to have in your other fics.

Also, minor nitpick. Sidestories are canonical to the main story, but aren't nessecary to enjoy it. Apocrypha denotes things that aren't canon, such as omakes and most/some Bad Ends.

Gilgamesh should go full RomCom, and you should rename the story to "The seduction of a king, by a king, like a king!" :p

I'd say that Gilgamesh is one of your rare examples of a male "tsun-tending" tsundere, but taken seriously. Or the male example to whatever-"I'm better than you are, you can shut up now I'm always on duty"-dere (knowing anime it probably is a thing)

The problem with Gil is that he's kinda psychotic and spends the ten years between wars wandering around the city basically at random. Plus given his perception abilities he would basically recognize Arturia the instant he saw her.

For those reasons, Gil's fate has also been altered in this timeline. He will be indisposed for a significant amount of time at the very least.

Well this is an interesting AU. I'm liking it so far, but this caught my eye:
While the process proved to hold less surprises finding work proved difficult in its own way but the visa Emiya had acquired to cover her service of Irisviel proved it's worth here.
This sentence is rather awkward to read. It feels like it could do with being split up and/or reworded a little.

Also,
Nice premise, curiously I found something similar a few days ago in reddit:

Were you inspired by this? Well, either way, watched. Let's see how your story progress.

The album is borked for me. Images don't load properly, and I get a redirect loop notice when I try to follow the link to imgur.

So, for totally crack idea about Illya. See, since this Illya had no reason to hate her father, and that supposed the most chivalric King of Knight actually betrayed her father, so my idea is that Illya embraced the idea of Magus Killer and bring it to logical conclusion.

There's strong argument among most Enforcers, including Sir Proctor, that you can't be too cautious, too destructive, too unscrupulous in dealing with Sealing Designation.

Lady Illyasviel Von Einzborn, daughter of Magus Killer, seems to make it her life goal to test that argument to the limit. And beyond.

...Yeah I can threadmark that.

I have only maybe 75% of an idea of what exactly is going on but I understand enough that it's a funny thought.

Pretty non-canon either way, but fun.

Next chapter will most likely be up tomorrow evening by the way. Today has been a bit of a fustercluck and the heat wave my city is going through has been absolute murder on my writing ability since it's easier to hide in the basement where it's relatively cool than it is to sit in my top-floor office boiling to death while I try to keep my thoughts coherent enough to story.

Until then~

I can't tell who's speaking during the dialogue.

I can't tell who's speaking during the dialogue.
On first Scene: Sir August Proctor, our esteemed leader of Enforcers, dealing with Sealing Designated that turn the city into zombie game scene. He's being told to hold the city while waiting for Enforcers reinforcement, that currently being assigned to Lady Lorelei Bartholomei for some unspecified reason and cannot be bothered.

(I assumes Lady Bartholomei just want The Sealing Designation to be strong enough to provide challenge for her. Magus can be dick like that.)

After vent some of his frustation on Cloctower phone receptionist, he called for Lord El Melloi, asking for permisson to assign some... more mercenaries force, or maybe asked permission to contact Church Executors or something else.

Tirn out one mercs groups already there, helping Enforcers to evacuate, combing the area, clean all survivors, etc. Etc.

(For, maybe, say, past 3 hours?)

(And yes, she didn't exactly break through lots of red tapes but rather makes a bonfire out of it)

(She can get away with it because Old Juha, El Melloi, and maybe 3/4 of Senior Enforcers and most Junior Enforcers and quite a number of Heir vouch for her)

He knows this from Lord El-Melloi himself, who is now have a migraine about Illya (ab)using his recommendation to do her things behind his back. (He should have known better, but she gets results)

That's when his aide, a young female Enforcers (which may or may not be a Fraga) goes into his office to tell him this....

And then Volcano happened.

The next segment is about the aftermath. And Sir Proctor dealing with migraine and after-report.

Then the next segment is about Illya and Mort doing cleaning up. With P90 and a wicked-looking Sword. And Mort complaining about ice cream factory being destroyed.

Okay. Just as some advice, those are details that should be in the story. You don't want to make your reader work to understand what's going on. I know your writing is in the same style as fan-translated visual novels, but that doesn't work too well in English. If you read any official translated Light Novels, you'll see that they often clarify who's speaking and what they're doing. Japanese is a language where you don't have to say a lot, and the reader will get it by context, but in English it comes off as lazy writing.
Otherwise I like the premise.
