In the Domain of the Glutton (Digimon)

[X] Continue the current plan.

Onwards! To unit production!
Somewhere a Core Commander Valvemon is building a factory.
Say it with me now, Gi Ga Sea Dra Mon.

It even fits thematically because it's an armored carrier that can load up mon like Darkdramon with no problem; on top of being a heavy weapons platform.
All you need to do is find enough organic data to infuse into your body... and of course a good place to do so!

Small
OOC: Another bit of backstory to make up for me being busy today.

Small

It has been countless days since you have been left the machine lords service.

Countless days of fighting for your survival.

On this day you have found a pair of strange creatures, a pair of small dinosaurs and an even stranger being wearing a fur coat.

They are not registered among the approved species for the machine lords domain.... and they are being attacked accordingly.

You are not the only one fighting for survival.

The weak gears have seen them... they will not relent in the attack.

Even outnumbered the small ones are fighting, even with all their bravery they will be deleted.

Something about this.... upsets you.

Aggression sparks within your core, you do not want the small ones to be destroyed.

In response you act, you destroy the weak gears with the power from your eyes and the strength of your arms.

The small ones look surprised, they ask you questions but you cannot answer... you do know how to speak.

Confusion seems to have grown between the three of them and two of them talked with each other.

However the third approaches you with red eyes and a flower in its hand.

It offers the flower.

You take the flower.

The flower is pretty, and it is small.

You think you like small.

That is absolutely adorable. And also a great way to show how even in the Dark Area, there are mon with good hearts.

That was really well done man! And hmm, so red eyes and blue eyes were BlackAgumon then? Fits the dark-zone certainly. That Gabumon is almost certainly Lead then. How... wonder what his champ form was then.

Battle in the Yards Part 3
[x] Continue as planned.

You continue on to the yards security center, infortination is key and the building with a connection to the majority of the automated defenses as well as the patrolling machine digimon is the perfect place to get it.

To the credit of the forces of greed they send… someone to take advantage of the security depot though even without the entirety of your forces slaying the thing in short order the vile little creature didn't seem technically adept enough to actually accomplish anything even if it was left alive.

Well…. Never let an enemy's mistake go unexploited.

It doesn't take much to get into the station's security networks… you did help design these security networks after all even if they've degenerated heavily over the long years you've been away from this place most of it is still of a pattern you can easily work with.

Activating these systems is a synche… and it appears they are already fighting the Forces of Green trying to reactivate the factory…. This should at minimum get you some extra time before the factory is compromised, or if you wish to retake it immediately you will be operating with a significant intelligence advantage… and will be able to keep an eye on your mercenaries as well.

Still you have plenty of options available to you at the moment… all you need to do is decide.

What do you do?
[] Crush the remaining enemy base with all of your forces.
[] Send the D-Brigade into the factor and work on taking control, you will keep the remaining enemy base busy.
[] Split up the D Brigade and use your connection to activate the units in storage, this should vastly increase your advantage in the center.
[] Write in.

Strange
OOC: More backstory.

Strange

The Dark Area is a strange place.... even as a native of it you know this to be true.

It is a harsh place.

You have to fight many powerful enemies to keep them from preying upon the three small ones.

And it has left its impact on your, a great deal of your body is dented and in some places you even have holes torn or blasted in your outer shell.

Still you endure.

The three behind you will surly reach champion before the damage to your frame finally causes you to give in.

Until than you will fight.

For what remains of life and for their future.

An Ultimate corners you.... even as a machine you can feel its power.

You prepare to die, hoping that the rookies behind you will somehow survive.

.... but it does not attack.

You look into it and it looks into you.

This happens for a long time, you if you hadn't been before you are now sure that it knows you have no pilot.

Neither of you talk, it because it just doesn't inclined to do so and you because you could not even if you were.

The Ultimate looks to you than it looks to the rookies and motions for you to follow.

You know better than to disobey a request from an ultimate standing right before you.

Still.... this Ultimate is.... strange.

Battle in the Yards End
[x] Split up the D Brigade and use your connection to activate the units in storage, this should vastly increase your advantage in the center.

You waste no time in taking advantage of the advantage control of local security gives you, and send the D-Brigade in… you face almost no resistance in activating the Guardromon in storage and in turn you use those forces to capture the factory and to destroy the remaining base…. The Gaurdromon you'd seized control over were Vaccine attributes and so you had no issue bypassing the problem of the malfunctioning Giromon.

With the Gaurdromon yards taken Valvemon hand the tools needed to build an army and the windfall of initial forces to hold off defeat until then. It was small step on the road to kicking Barbamons goons out of the area sure, but ya know what dey say about thousands of miles er something like that. No my language is no degegerating… I just had some bad food earlier that mad me talk weird!

Results: +40 Gaurdromon, new repeatable option available.

After the battle at the yards you receive reports from the rest of your commanders.

The Eyes twins have manages to fend off the attacks on th Tyranno caverns with no net loss, allowing the population to rebound and contribute to the war effort, as the caverns are tied with the Golemon quarry for the most populous settlement in the area they are of key concern both in terms of civilian life and future recruitment…. You are immensely pleased with these results.

Results: +20 Dark Tyrannomon, +5 Dark Tyrannomon per turn.

Lead has an easy time securing the Junk Zone, there is little else of note.

Results: +2 Raw Resources.

Passive Held Territories
Tyranno Caverns: +5 Dark Tyrannomon per turn.
Junk Zone 575: +1 Raw Resources Per Turn.

Resources:
20 Raw Resources.

Free Actions

[] Payoff
Description: The D-Brigade are a well known and very potent mercinary force, and one that demands a hefty fee for it's services, while have payed them enough for at least one more battle, you may want to pay for another two or three in advance.... a part of you suspects their superiors had intended to sell out to Barbamon first... it would explain the rather high price even for their standards but the longer your contract longer it will take for them to potentially turn on you.
Costs: 5 Raw Resources

[] Construction: Have the Gaurdromons build additional gaurdromon to supplement your armed forces.
Costs: 1 Raw Resource Per Gaurdromon.

Normal Actions

[] D Brigade Base
Description: The base you hired your current forces from, you could hire more if you so wish.... though the cost would be annoying to say the least.
"Allied Forces": Very High
EEF: None

[] Tankmon Camp (Iron Sights): Tankmon as well as many of the mon that associate with them are cheap for their power and don't answer to outside masters, these are traits you highly desire.
Neutral Forces: Very High
Special Note: The ranking mercenary in the camp has send you a hidden message, apparently should the D-Brigade joins up with Barbamon one of the stupidulations in their contract is the destruction of the Iron Sights camp (You have verified these claim independently)… now said mercenary understands that you are reluctant to to betray a contract, but he also knows you are being gouged…. If you were to say not extend it further he would be more than willing to join in on any…. Preventive measures you were to take when it does expire, for free even, and perhaps you might even get some good rates for their services afterwards.
EEF: None

[] 777 Machine Shop
Description: A large workshop run by an Andromon named 'Rigg' it includes both facilities for upgrading full mechanical digimon, even large ones like yourself, and cybernetics labs for those mon that want to add mechanical... or organic parts onto their body.
Allied Forces: Moderate
EEF: High

[] Golemon Quarry:
Description: Located fairly far from the front lines this Quarry is used by the local Golemon to increase their population, as well as a way of getting resources to sell. Still despite its relativly out of the way position it seems have fallen under attack by an enemy advanced force… they appear to be making headway against the Golemon and are building resource extraction sites…. With all the Miasa that comes with those used by the forces of Greed.
Allied Forces: Negligible
EEF: Moderate

[] Chrome Valley
Description: Named oh so creatively for the many, many, many Chome Digiziod mines that dot the place Chrome Vally is controlled by many different 'clans' of mon that mine it's contents both for Chrome Digizoid and for other valuble materials. Though sworn to your master as a whole they are quit frankly of questionable loyalty and Barbamon is known to covet this region most of all of those this far into the Confederation, he's almost certainly been trying to bring these clans under his sway. Some appear to have taken him up on his promises.
Neutral Forces: High Total, lower seperate.
EEF: Moderate High

[] Fort Fierce:
Description: A fort guarding the pass in a large mountain range separating the gold desert from the remaining ⅔'rds of the disputed territory, Fort Fierces long ranges defenses were disabled and its substantial gaurdromon garrison was sealed inside so Barbamons forces could bypass the strongpoint. It is currently under siege by significant enemy forces but it is expected to hold out for a long time before it is at actual risk of falling. Still it controls the largest pass in the area so brining it back up to full power could do great damage to enemy supply lines and reinforcements.
Allied Forces: Very High
EEF: Extreme

We should definitely build up our forces and resource base a bit more before taking on the high difficulty area's next turn we get.

Edit: how much longer is the contract with the D-brigade gonna last?

Edit2: added the extension to buy a bit more time with the plan

One more battle, seems to be the case. So they'll turn on us after this, most likely. I say that we get our money's worth, and cull their numbers by using them as the front runners for taking Fierce Pass. It also chokes Barbamon's supply lines and thus makes it harder for his other forces in the area.

We should have all our potential and current forces together when we go for that fortress so I don't think it's expedient to try it this early.

Got to get a way to share our Defensive Data and start the buildup of our Independent forces.

[X] Plan: Troop Shift

Seems like a fairly good plan. Next turn I'm hoping we can swap out the D-Brigade for Tankmon though. That 5 resources per turn is STEEP.
