Nen looks to be just watered down Hamon, that may or may not require being in the Hunter X Hunter universe to function from what I remember.

...Hamon and Nen are much more different then that.

You can't use Hamon to generate electricity, create cutting blades of pure force or create a slot machine that transforms into nine different weapons. for example.

I don't know any of the pre-made stands aside from the two canon ones, which don't interest me, and I don't feel like trying for a write-in stand, when awesome Daywalker powers are right there.

There is a whole BUNCH of vampire stories all over the internet. Countless settings focused on them. And yet, not a single story/quest with a Marble Phantasm. Let's be original!
And if you really want to be a vampire, choose True Ancestor.
They're a vampire, they don't actually need blood to survive, they're powerful, they look good, anyone who knows about them in-setting shits their pants when they meet one. and they have a Marble Phantasm. Choose between eating the cake and both eating and keeping it.
