Hiding From Unstable Spirits (Date a Live/Tsukihime)[SI](Spoilers)

"Umu! I don't believe that he lied to us." The next one to voice their opinion was Tohka with a smile on her lips.

She's not wrong but also not right. Half truths are easier to defend plus blabbing about the isekai scenario to people would make them less likely to believe you. Though at this point, I believe Al will probably never tell the girls who he truly is.

Is that what Arcuied must have felt when she was losing her grip on her bloodlust? Will... I too?

Is that...foreshadowing? Maybe Al prevents the inverse of many of the girls and gets everyone a happy ending but in exchange he begins to lose himself to his bloodlust. So in order to let everyone live in peace he seals himself like his sister so he doesn't hurt people. That...would be a bittersweet ending.

Still wonder if Operation: Repeated Humilation to Make Issac Surrender is a go.
The amount of humiliation to make a man like Isaac hide in his room in eternal shame would be enormous. But it would most likely start with precision bomb strikes from Qrow's and Raven's winged friends.

Aye, Al will probably never tell them that he's a human turned super vampire that watched their lives as an anime, would make things super awkward and question everyone's existence.

Well, Al thinks that he is inferior to Arc and is actually terrified of the idea of losing himself in bloodlust, he is also unaware of the powers of Mukuro's Angel as he didn't remember much about her when he read the Wiki.
Though the idea of Al sleeping right next to Arc after accomplishing this much...

Till he fear that his office would never be built with visible glass panels outside as thousands of souless stares looked at his every move dutifully.

Though the idea of Al sleeping right next to Arc after accomplishing this much...

I can already imagine Arc clinging to him for an eternity with the excuse that it's "sibling bonding" meanwhile Al will gradually lose feeling in his arm as the centuries go by. His only hope, Fou, just sits at the foot of their bed laughing at him.

Is he actually inferior to Arc? Or does he just believe he's less powerful?
He is a Prince material that doesn't actually have the bloodsucking impulses(he thinks he should have them, thus he is subconsciously attracted to blood(yes, he is this stupid, but don't worry, big sis will explain to him just how stupid he is)), and he is inferior to Arc when it comes to experience and knowledge.
Power-wise, Arc would most likely get a bigger boost from Gaia over Al if they fought in the Nasuverse setting.

Hospital Visit
"Fou!" Cried my companion at me.

"Calm down Fou, it's only a five-minute walk to the next hospital." I tried to calm the annoying beast down.

"Fou fou!" He countered me back.

"In my defense, how was I supposed to know that they have more than one hospital in this city?" I defend myself.

But if I account for the amount of chaos that happens in this city, this should have been something obvious, as there are at least five hospitals in Tengu City, and I already visited two.

"Besides, third times the charm, right?" I shrugged and gave a nervous chuckle, much to Fou's annoyance.

"Fou." He replied in a tired tone.

"Fine, how about I'll make us some flat pancakes with chocolate for lunch?" I proposed a compromise.

"... Fou." Fou agreed with a huff.

With the wrath of the White Beast of Gaia subsided, I turn my focus back on the road towards the hospital, and dear lord I hope its the right one this time because I'm not looking forward to walking towards the next one that's a few kilometers away.

I also silently hope that this one won't have a metal detector like that last one, I really don't want to break another one by frying its insides with magical energy before I walk through just to hide the little 'gift' I took from Origami as I want to enter through the doors without my Presence Concealment.

After turning left on the crossroads I finally see the white walls of the hospital that standing tall but not as much as its surrounding skyscrapers whose glass windows reflect the sunlight towards the building.

I hope they have good air conditioning there.

"Tengu City Central Hospital. " I muttered the fitting name that was displayed above the entrance with a big screen.

I put on a confident smile and walk with an even pace through the main entrance, noting the lack of any metal detectors and approach the older greyhaired lady at the desk of the reception.

"I'm sorry sir, but no animals are allowed in." She said after quickly eyeing down Fou.

"It's alright for him to be here. " I say to the woman as my Mystic Eyes quickly blaze with magic.

"... Yes, it alright. Can I help you today?" The woman slowly replied.

"Actually yes, could you please tell me if my friend by the name of Tobichi Origami was admitted to this hospital?" I asked her nicely.

"A moment please, I will see if we have someone like that." She agreed and focused on the screen in front of her, and after a moment a frown rose on her face. "I'm sorry, I can't tell you anything about it, it's classified."

"Oh, but I am authorized, so you can tell me where her room is?" My eyes once again flashed and the lady complied.

"She on the fourth-floor room number 20." Came an almost robotic response.

"Thank you, have a nice day." I replied.

And so giggling like a small child I walked out the way I came from, which seemed to confuse Fou quite a lot.

"Fou?" Asked Fou as he tilted his adorable small head.

"Oh, we're going to her. " I said to Fou with a cheeky grin on my face. "We're just not gonna use the stairs or the elevator."

And Fou's eyes went wide in the realization of what I'm implying which only served to turn my giggles into full-blown laughter.

Origami Tobichi PoV

As Origami lay strapped to the white clean bed she thought about what happened yesterday.

She stole the <White Licorice> prototype to kill Ifrit, the Spirit she believed responsible for her parent's death, and yet...

She had utterly failed at that.

And even though from the outside she looked like she was simply and calmly staring into the ceiling, on the inside she was mad.

She was angry that she was unable to take down Ifrit.

Furious that Mana who was supposed to be with the AST showed up to stop her.

Enraged that Princess and Hermit were there to also hold her off.

Then... then there was the newest Spirit, he who mocked her and utterly terrified her.

While she remembers that Ifrit was strong enough to most likely overwhelm her, he on the other hand was manhandling her like an unruly child from the start!

That is until she managed to blow away the Princess and he dropped all pretense of holding back, and Origami saw the pure rage in those glowing crimson eyes, and now that she had time to think she now knows what kind of anger was directed at her.

He was furious for her hurting his family.

There was simply no other way to describe this, he saw the Princess as family, and as such deemed Origami a threat that needed to be taken down to protect the Princess and possibly the Hermit.

She still winces at the image that is now burned in her mind of him having his arm torn off and a giant hole where his stomach was as he continued to approach her and then slam her Territory with countless petals that cut the very earth and would have surely slice her open if he wanted it!

But the thing that made her the angriest was the fact that she was... doubting herself. Was Kotori Itsuka truly not responsible for her parent's death all those years ago? Were he and Shido speaking the truth?

Was all that she did yesterday worthle-

KNOCK KNOCK.

She was snapped out of her thoughts by a sound of something knocking on the... glass window? Origami moved her head towards the windows and her heart stopped.

For on the other side of the glass, a pair of crimson eyes bore into her very soul. A pair of eyes that belonged to a grinning face, that was hanging upside down, and he was waving at her.

Origami quickly looked around her room hoping to find the guard that was here earlier only to find out that the man was suddenly missing. Then she heard a quiet 'click' and when her eyes turned back towards the window that was now open dread filled her whole being.

As he jumped into her room without any effort and seemingly ignored her in the favor of a small white-furred animal whose head was peaking out of his hoodie.

"See? Told you it will be easy. " She saw him pet the animals head before locking eyes on her. "Now, I think its time for a small talk O RI GA MI-chan~."

So Origami wondered if she screamed, would anyone really hear her now?

----------------------------------

Looking upon the white-haired girl that's tied with leather belts to her bed is laying still, I think that I might have overdone it with the tease I did on the entry. The poor girl is practically an ice sculpture!

I expected at least a yelp or a scream for help, as I didn't climb up this high and send some birds to distract the guard just to talk to a statue damn it!

Irritated I made my way towards Origami, which seemed to snap the girl out of her stupor and her face formed a vicious frown.

"Crimson Prince." She spat out with venom on her tongue.

"Yes, it's me the Dand-" Wot?" ... what did you just call me?" Surprised I asked her to clarify this.

"Your designation, the Crimson Prince." She replies, venom still present in her speech.

"But... I ha- I told you on the roof to call me Dandyman damn it!" I yell at the bed-bound girl who winces at my outburst. "Did you report that part at all?"

Origamis frown dropped and she looked me in the eyes, just to a moment later move her head and look towards the window.

"... you didn't do that?" I asked her with a sigh, and I took the silence as confirmation. "Why?"

"I will not tell you anything if you came to finish things, then just do it." She flatly replied not even gracing me with a look.

Though I am quite irritated at the fact that I got a codename that's totally different then what I was hoping for, I'm trying not to show it to her. I mean, 'Crimson Prince' it sounds so god damn edgy, and all I do is wear red! Sigh, plan B it is.

"Fou?" Questions the furball as I pull him out of my hoodie and throw him at Origami.

As the white blob lands on the girl's chest, her head snaps towards Fou and blue eyes gaze into his purple ones and neither of them moves or blinks.

Are...

"Are you two really having a stare off right now?" I question Origami and Fou which makes the later move and climb on top of the girl's hair. " ... alright then. So, how are you Origami-chan?"

"Why are you here?" She asks me with a cold voice rather than the one she had earlier.

Progress.

"Straight to business then. "I said as I walk to the girl's side and pulled out the pistol I took from her yesterday and aim it at her head.

Her eyes went wide as she eyed the weapon aimed at her, only then for them to go back to normal as Origami noticed a small detail.

"The safety is on." She calmly replied, to which I grinned and put the weapon back to the pocket and took a seat on the nearby chair.

"That it is." I said cheerfully and leaned into her closer to pet Fou who found the white mop of hair comfortable. "I'm just here to ask some questions and after that, I'm leaving."

"Fine." Origami relented and focused on the small creature sitting on her head.

"Wonderfull. The first question then: what made you think that stealing a prototype weapon and trying to murder your boyfriend's little sister with it was a good idea?" I said keeping the cheery tone of my voice which made Origami narrow her eyes in... thought?

"Ifrit has killed my pa-"

"Nope, that's not true. I said it, and Shido said it after he recovered some of his sealed memories of the day." I cut the girl off before she could continue with her flawed narrative.

"What evidence do you have for this?" She asked me skeptically.

"Well, I don't have any besides my word. But since our dear Shido has regained parts of hi sealed memories you can always ask him for confirmation," I answer bluntly and her eyebrows rose in confusion.

"Shido's memories... were sealed? By who?" She asked curiously.

"By one of the Spirits responsible for that accident. "I said calmly before continuing for dramatic effect. "She's called Phantom, and if she doesn't want to be found you won't find her. And no, I have no information about the second Spirit.

I felt pretty awful lying to Origami like this, but I can't just tell her that she was the one responsible for that, can I know? She would either dismissive me and call me crazy or believe me and break apart, and then I would have to deal with a time paradox. No matter how much I want to help her, I simply can't right now.

"I see. Then I will ask Shido to confirm this." She replies without much emotion.

"Fine by me, second question: do you still hate us, Spirits I mean?" I asked her, hoping that just maybe she can get along with everyone a tad bit better.

"... Yes, even if Kotori Itsuka is innocent, it was still a Spirit that took my parents away. And as an active member of the AST, it is my duty to fight Spirits." Was her response and I saw the flames of determination flicker in her eyes.

"And yet you didn't report that currently, three Spirits are living with Shido, did you?" I sighed and pinched my the bridge of my nose, as I should have known that it's too early for her to consider changing on that subject. "Though I know you did it mostly because of Shido and not for the girls."

That made Origami frown again and avert eye contact with me, preferring to watch Fou who was giving the girl a concerned look.

"Anyway's the last question before I forget again: when does your class have the school trip to some island?" I asked her the question I forgot to as Shido when I was at his place and I already saw Origami thinking about questioning how I know about that. "I just know, also I want to make sure that Shido and Tohka will be safe so consider it a matter of mutual interest."

She closes her eyes and seemingly thinks for a while before she opens them again and looks into my crimson eyes with her blue ones.

"Four weeks from today, now leave Crimson Prince." She says dismissively before giving Fou a last look.

Huh, I didn't know she likes animals.

"Of course, thanks. But please, just call me Al as that designation is too much of a mouthful." I say as I pick up Fou from her head and hide him in my hoodie so that only his head sticks out below my neck. "Also, remember that if you try and go after the girls, I WILL give you an ass whopping you won't forget."

I saw her eyes narrow at the proclamation, to her it must have sounded like a challenge coming from a Spirit.

"But still... know this, the path you have chosen will lead to nothing but regret and tears, even if you rejected those already." I gave her a warning that she would surely not heed. "And yet, know that Shido will keep reach out towards you and drag you back so do not hesitate to grab his hand when the time comes, and what little it is worth to you, I too will do what I can to help you then."

And with that note, I simply jump out the window, but not before I see the return of the guard in the black suit that's now covered in bird poop. And as I land on the grass I can't help but feel like I'm a coward.

Tobichi Origami is a girl that lived her life hating Spirits and viewing Shido as an anchor to not fall into despair after her parent's death. The same hate that will make her go into the past and kill them by accident. There is simply no winning here, if the girl known as Tobichi Origami stops hating Spirits she will disappear and no one will remember her.

There is no good choice other than going in the past myself but that would still mess things up too much. And so just like the girls, I will have to belive in Shido saving her when the time comes.

"Fou?" Asked the concerned critter as he dug himself out and onto my shoulder.

"It's... nothing." I lied. "Let's go home and see how Reinforced pancakes taste, alright?"

Is this a reference to My Hero Academia? The fact that All For One still has nightmares of All Might coming at him with half of his organs vaporized and the sheer fury and determination on his face?

So as per me habit, here's a fix of dem TYPO's:
I walk through just to hide the little 'gift' I took from Origami as I want to enter through the doors without my Presence Concealment.

"Shido's memories... were sealed? By who?"

Though I think he would notice the designation that has a 'Crimson' in it is near to Type-Moon's name.

Fou will point this out to Al, which causes some distress to him and will most likely end with him yelling something like "I'm nothing like my dad!".
Someone relevant is bound to overhear that comment and start the uncomfortable "how are Spirits created" line of thought which will probably lead them to asking Al who will then give them a vague answer about how the OverSpirit (Mio) did it and how he may be the exception to the norm.

OverSpirit.
Huh, I actually like that, has a certain ring to it. Maybe Al should start referring to Mio as the OverSpirit in public , because that's essentially what she is.

I think he would just call her with something not so... overbearing, and he would just BS about diff. creations of any Ghost-Liners in Nasuverse that would be vaguely similar to how Spirits are actually created.

Interlude : Isaac
"Yes yes, I will arrive shortly. You worry too much Ellen." Dismissively said a man to whoever he was speaking on the phone. "No, I didn't bring an umbrella, because it's not even raining anymore."

The man had ashed blond neck long hair, a face that reminds of someone in their early thirties, eyes uncomfortably sharp, and wore a formal jet black suit with a white tie.

His name was Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott and he's the director of the Deus Ex Machina Industries.

And he is currently on his way towards the local DEM office in Tengu City.

"Fine, well meet at the entrance. Oh, and send me the full AST report when it's ready." The man said and ended the call.

And as he put away his phone he grabbed the black tablet that was lying next to him and scrolled through the last reports that he received.

"Princess, Hermit, Nightmare, Ifrit... " He read the names of the Spirits that appeared in the city within a short time of each other and grinned at the possibilities that could bring, that is until he read the newest addition. "... the Crimson Prince."

A male Spirit.

"Just what is her game with you?" He asked no one in particular.

Every single Spirit that manifested in the world was always a young female, and now there is a male that wasn't recorded and simply arrived in Tengu City at probably the same time as Nightmare? There are also no recordings of him, no readings on the machines that were supposed to detect spacequakes.

Even the AST has only a description of him being a tall European dressed in black and red.

"How curious, I wonder what is your secret?" The man mused.

"Sir, we've arrived." Said the driver as he got out and opened the car door for Isaac.

Isaac walked out of the car and stretched a bit before his eyes landed on the enormous building that belonged to the DEM and from which he would plan his next steps. Though it surprised him that he didn't see Ellen anywhere which most likely meant that she was still inside preparing his office.

"Now, let's get down to bu-"

POOP.

Isaac felt something warm and wet drop on top of his head, and as he touched it and brought it up to his face, he recognized it as bird crap.

He sighed and thought of asking Ellen to hunt down the offending sky rat before he glanced up and saw... a flock of dozen of birds perched on electric wires that were running directly above him, and all the pigeons, ravens, crows, swallows and some owls were looking into his dark blue eyes with a malicious intelligence that no bird should poses.

"Hmm, I should have brought that umbrella." Were his last words before he would be found by Ellen, all covered in bird poop just standing and looking up in the sky.

XXXXXX

So here's a rather short interlude from Isaac, who is now aware of Al, but still thinks that it's just another Spirit he can capture.
Next things planned is a chapter or two that will be more focused on Al trying to play with the elements and maybe making Yoshino the Princess of a castle. After that, there will be a time skip to the day before the school trip and maybe an Omake.

You owe me a popsicle. I laughed so hard i spat half my strawberry one.
Is it bad i want Al to let himself be captured just to fuck all the company up?

Sorry for that, alas I'm broke sooooo... will a promise that the Omake 2x Red and Blue will have part two be enough? After all, stopping Ruby from spreading the power of love and magical girls is a futile endeavor.

That idea was also running in my head, with Al simply walked into a DEM trap and getting captured. All the while flirting with his captors until he'd eventually break free and set everything on fire.
Welp, only time will tell but don't get your hopes up on that just yet.

Yeah... You know, one way he could cover up the weirdness of his existence would be to turn some willing humans into dead apostles, to act as a bit of a smoke screen and disguise his uniqueness, he's just another vampire, one significantly more powerful but just a vampire. I think you can do that without sucking their blood, you just need to inject some true ancestor blood into them, and with proper management and some animals to drain from, you could probably keep them from feeding on humans as well. Heck, you might even be able to advertise it as a cure to otherwise incurable diseases, a way to give people with such illnesses a second chance at life.

That... that sounds like an absolutely horrifying idea! Besides, his disguising himself as a Spirit, not a vampire, and wouldn't the sudden appearance of vampires tick anyone off? Imagine Isaac getting his hands on some of them!
Dead Apostoles geared up in DEM gear? No thank you!
Unless Al would just say F it and let the world burn.

Fair, there is one circumstance where it could work, if he finds someone with the correct ESPer ability (Satsuki from Tsukihime's ability in particular), which would normally be unnoticeable and would likely require the help of Fou to find, then by turning them into a dead apostle they will rapidly gain mystic eyes and a reality marble, which could maybe let them do a passable imitation of being a spirit.

Is it wrong of me to wish for Al to have a a short "battle" with the AST? And by battle I mean humiliating ordeal for the puny mortals. He hasn't met them yet so it could be fun to constantly mock them by showing them that they are as ineffective as flies against him. Isaac and the DEM can wait for now, they shall receive the honor of Al's (Almost) undivided trolling attention.

It is not, I thought about different scenarios where Al would be forced to take on the AST instead of simply 'Noping' out of it, but unless somehow the girls would attract attention he has no reason too. Also, remember that at the end of the Amusement Park chapter he was spotted by the AST that came to support Origami but he just left. There is also the fact that Al knows that Isaac has a ton of influence everywhere and he wants him to think that he's not worth his attention or at least limit the knowledge of him that Isaac can get.
But, lemme say it that Al will have a fight during the Yamai sisters arc, and during Miku's arc, the latter will escalate beyond his control.

All that or Al will simply have a bad day and decide to go on a very enthustiatic walk.

Sorry for that, alas I'm broke sooooo... will a promise that the Omake 2x Red and Blue will have part two be enough? After all, stopping Ruby from spreading the power of love and magical girls is a futile endeavor.
Why the fuck did Zeltrech have to create Ruby? I mean, Sapphire is cool, polite and a good company, her sister is just an idiot of the highest order though.
You know what would be funny? An omake set in the future, in which Al decides to visit his dear old grandpa in the Clocktower and give him a hug while giving all the magi heart attacks, especially Lorelei, at the prospect of a True Ancestor + a Beast of Calamity (+ Big Sis Mio? As a representation of DaL Gaia just to see all the magi have a collective seizure and die) visiting.

TYPO and some suggestions.
Dismissively said a man to whoever he was speaking on the phone.
I think a narration on where Isaac is would had been a better starting paragraph so the words flow well better I think?
and as he touched it and brought it up to his face, he recognized it a bird crap.

I was going to sleep and I remember I haven't checked SV and found this. Made me laugh to be honest lol.
Were his last words before he would be found by Ellen, all covered in bird poop just standing and looking up in the sky.
Man, the guy seemed to have some sort of enlightment when he let the bird shat on him and possibly got recorded not just by the security cams but some reporters stalking the facility and saw the Bigwig of DEM... and the news get's viral and Mio sees it.

Also there where no details but where the birds circling above him like bird of preys and their baleful eyes just focuses on his eyeballs or are they pertched on some wires, scaffolding or the edge of a roof?
... That's dangerous AF and said by the bossman...
He would do it only when the he gone loco.
I just want to point out that while Mystic Eyes and RM's are recorded to be owned by humans they have very specific circumstances to happen.

Mystic Eyes are mutations on Magical Circuits that is as obviously, occurs on the eyes or in a specific part of it(dunno where) and while the Colors or the level of the eyes differ due to multiple factors.

It takes a low chance on awakening on a person's lifetime but it tends to apear due to crazy accidents/incidents but I only know those that happened due to magical shennanigans, or if your in a magus family and has a history of it on your bloodline and get's noticed earlier so it could be opened.

Low lvl Mystic Eyes can be artificially made too but as said, their just low level that would be easily circumvented due to how common this mutations are.

Lastly RM which to be honest, is a pretty fucked up and crazy ability. RM, is soo~ rare on getting accessed and owned that on the whole recorded human history(or in the Nasuverse) the owners and wielders of this abilities can only be counted in one hand(7 or 8 I believe?).

Reality Marble's is on the Magus Association laws, an instant Sealing Designation ticket if the magi society learns you own this ability.

A short infodump of SD's is that they are basically preserving something literally for extensive research from the ground up so the magi can learn how they tick and if it is replicated or highly dangerous that they can be genocidal.

Regardless if it's a living creature or human being, anyone slapped by it is instant on their 'list' of capture, dead or most preferably they are intact and alive. But cases are that the one slapped by it are too powerful so they give a blind eye the Designate unless if they are really needed to be put down.

... Anyways, Reality Marble's one of it's main necessary component is having an utterly alien mindset and way of life.

That's why only people with heavy screw loose has this ability or their not humans.

Also it takes years of dedication to get a full access on this ability and majority succumb to craziness or their brains go splat because of how dangerous on learning said ability.

It is a literal magecraft of a person's whole state of life/being that only lunatics, abnormally genius, idiots or plain old age can learn because everything that the Reality Marble reflects is the caster's 'soul' to the world.

EMIYA literally took almost all his life on learning said ability(till he was executed) and he was always almost in a daily basis practicing it in battlefield combats of the supernatural, or living in almost everyday in warzones.

Alaya might had helped on getting the ability on that powerplant but we don't know.

And lastly Shirou Emiya only learnt his RM due to EMIYA and even on the Saber route, he barely scratched Tracing because they interacted there way lower than the other routes.

All in all of my rant and infodump, it is literally near or downright impossible to just grab a normal person, bite 'em and spray and pray that they would rapidly gain a Reality Marble on the given timetable and ME's are a facet of Espers and while it is known for a person having multiple 'channels' like Shiki Ryougi, it is really hard to come by.

Edit: sorry I'm a bit groggy on writing this post so I'm sorry in advance if I offend whoever read this.

In response I point you to Satsuki Yumizuka from Tsukihime. That's what I was referencing. And while it's uncommon for humans to have a reality marble, among the most powerful dead apostles, it's practically a requirement. And Satsuki had one, a reality marble which drained mana from an area, which is more powerful than it sounds when your opponents use mana and/or you can use the gathered mana yourself. It is near impossible to just grab a random normal person and infect them and expect them to develop so rapidly, but if you can find someone with the right channel that's not the case, it's finding someone with that channel or artificially granting it to someone which is the big problem. Edit: if the wiki is correct then there should be 27-30 people with such an ability in the entire world, so it's incredibly rare, however, I don't know if that number is accounting for the current population of the earth and it definitely doesn't account for the possibility of external factors provoking or preventing the development of the ability.
Edit2: Given that Marble phantasm manipulates probability, and says nothing about being unable to manipulate the probabilities of the user themselves, it might be possible to render the chances of him randomly encountering someone with this potential and recognizing they have it significantly higher.
