Okay guys, slight problem here. As you know, I am new at this, so I ran into a slight issue on the vote tally program.
Namely, do I tally by "No Partitioning", "Partition by Line", "Partition by Line (+Task)", "Partition by Block", "Partition by (Plans) Block" ?
It was never an issue before, not really. But now it is, because the votes are close.
How do I decide which is best? I am assuming since we have subvotes and all that, "No Partitioning" would be the most suitable. In fact, it makes the most sense. "Partitioning by Line" seems so disjointed. But I need your opinions, thanks.

How do I decide which is best? I am assuming since we have subvotes and all that, "No Partitioning" would be the most suitable. In fact, it makes the most sense. "Partitioning by Line" seems so disjointed. But I need your opinions, thanks.
By numbers the people wants Knife! But logically speaking, Partitioning by Line seems to be a horrible precedence to set for future votes where it'll become a huge mess of subvotes.

I would say that the choices actually agree. In both cases, the leading primary option is "Summon Entity!"; that is the part you want to look at. In the partition-by-line case, you also have "Just stab him like you did his wife!" as a higher priority option, but it is a subvote, and a flavor subvote at that.

As an additional note. Usually, "partition by line" is super-useful when you want to tally up the leading option regardless of subvotes. For example, lets say this was the vote:

[] End the world, instead

-[] Via Gravitational Singularity
-[] Via Sufficient Velocity
Tallying without partition would have you with 6 votes to compare, whereas what you really want to do is compare the two primary options, and only then look at the suboptions (i.e. if there were 15 votes for Summoning a Knife and 10 votes for each apocalypse, you would want to go with the apocalypse despite none of its suboptions being the leading option).
