That has some merit, and maybe in a Quest that has more clearly defined limitations and crunchier rules. Here, my problem is that wishes may become too complex if I let you guys run away with how to grant them.

I follow some very simple pseudo-rules for myself:
1) Minimalistic solutions. The less energy required, the better. The simpler the solution, the better. The methods by which wishes are granted SHOULD reasonably only be a single line of text.
2) Chaos potential. Let the characters do with their wishes as they will, for good or ill. It's like handing a nuclear bomb to a child. Hence, all of the options I've given you guys thus far don't force the characters to do something, but rather, provides a temptation. How the characters then choose to use it is up to their personality (which is defined by their personality in Worm Canon).

1) Normally, range is "Battlefield". Which in MtG is just the game area. In real life, this covers Brockton Bay. However, for this specific card, it will be global since the "Battlefield" for the Endbringers is the entire world. It's a variable range depending on what is considered the battlefield in the minds of the caster.

2) Animals count. Legal ownership count.

I feel the just a knife and nothing else is boring and should be saved for people we hate.

Only 1 Bonesaw. The Heroic Bonesaw is a variation of the Bonesaw option, not an additional option.
